Abbaddon is kinda amazing for keeping it together. It's honestly been the cicatrix maledictum thats helped a lot of them in recent years because it's just easier to raid into the imperium. Also some Chaos warhosts are actually competent

And are able to smack dissent or infighting early enough before they bite them in their nuts

Mortal warhosts are usually a little more competent than some Chaos Space Marine warhosts

It gets balanced out by the fact that CSMs usually have outdated and poorly maintained equipment

The warp does not do well for things like "Supply Chains"

So while they have the benefit/curse of warp bullshit

For Genestealer Cultists, although in lore it is just genetics. I can imagine that it's due to the fact that they are basically sacrificial fodder.

After all, what do we do when we prepare pigs, cows, etc. We skin their hide, and remove all of their hair. And Genestealer Cultists lack of hair might be an analogy to that.

They are meant to prepare the planet for an easy invasion. Like a prepared meal. They are already pre-destined to be eaten.

Unsure about the Eldar though. Mainly because I'm unfamiliar with the Eldar Gods. All I know is that most of them fucking died.

Honestly I chalk it out to them just being aliens. Maybe they just naturally have less hair. Since I think the only hair styles I've really seen are a Zuko style ponytail.

But if you want to get more pretentious. It could symbolize them being totally focused on the "greater Good". Similar to the Imperium, being bald symbolizes a lack of distraction from their purpose.
