This fucked things up and created Slaanesh. Humanity got sent back technology wise, and separated from each other.

And the Emperor came, and despite living since the beginning of Human civilization, he has no idea how to be an actual decent dad.

The Imperium accidentally fucked up by ringing the dinner bell for Tyranids.
