Remote starts are fun

you can get lucky with your templar and get bladestorm and reaper on him

thats one man wrecking crew

reaper is also busted once you get banish, put a superior repeater and superior mag on your reaper

superior repeater will insta kill targets, and your reaper will just switch to a different one and keep firing till your mass mag runs out

also grenadiers are actually an amazing support class, put holo targeting on all of them

and once you start racking up ability points , you can just go into absurd levels of power since you can unlock all the skills you didnt pick for all your classes

this is most valuable on ranger

who can go from being a full melee build to getting all the busted shotgun skills too

its also very valuable on support, because you can get the mech genocide skills in addition to the healing build

Early game, if you get thr Shadowkeeper pistol...that turns the Sniper into a great shot with the Pistol

to actually make the assassin fight much much easier, you can pack your sniper with two of those throwable scanners that reveal a large area, that makes her visible and makes her invisibility useless

I had been trying yo do a deathless Commander Ironman run over Easter.

Let's just say I think I lost a few sanity points from both malicious AI and my own bad decisions in game

yeah its pretty hard if rng cucks you

but if you play well, the only thing that can cuck you is rng

and it wont happen that often

Never trust a hit percentage that is not 100% is what I learned

I almost always finish the last HPs with a nade now

well I also learnt that defensive skills and abilities can be useful in a pinch

and those arent great on lower difficulties

but I actually used smoke grenades a ton my commander runs

also, the lost are actually your friends if you bring a sniper, you can trigger so much kill chaining

They start smacking ADVENT for me lol

skirmishers are ...ok, they really need a lot of levels, that you can start giving everyone extra actions willy nilly, especially on your rangers and grenadiers

they can attack advent, but its not the most reliable thing

whats generally more useful is that advent can attack them

especially lancers

ive had members in my team saved because a lancer went after a lost instead
