once the neophytes are properly vetted, how do you get them from Newguy to Kickassia

maybe the companies only go to the recruiting worlds when they're short on manpower? but training someone to be ready can take a while

do they have little stables of spare neophytes that they throw in scout armor when there's a vacancy?

that probably would make sense, but that assumes they always get more neophytes than they actually need, which is IIRC quite rare among chapters

so it seems quite reasonable that chapters would keep smaller FTL craft for replenishing the companies with new recruits on a more continual basis

Ive just seen that 343I have added this. The new "fuel rod" (its a reused cashshop skin that was turned into a new gun. Ive also heard that the rods dont even bounce lol) There is also a battle pass that functions the same as normal battlepasses that expire. So you know the only good thing that infinite had going for itself with the forever battlepasses. Thats gone now. But for me it just felt super artificial. in like no time at all everything was back to normal. The characters acted like "we need to rebuild" but after that we went right into osiris which had nothing to do with the red war and the stuff with anna wich also had nothing to do with the red war. And ever since then the red war hasnt really been mentioned. But then again i dont really read any of the lore myself. I got most of my understanding from youtube vids and ingame dialogue.
