1. Protect you
2. If fail 1, brutally tear apart the person who killed you

and while you might go down in a bad frag, it'd take a whole squad to unload into that Brick Avenger

funny enough, in the old editions, Nork Deddog (Galaxy's Greatest Bodyguard) has a special rule where if his charge is executed by a commissar, Nork proceeds to brutally murder the commissar instantly with no rolls

so i assume that general idea extends to all ogryns
