They’re also able to use their dual hearts to kick into overdrive and go faster but they can’t keep that up for too long without hurting themselves.

If you want a reason we don’t see that blistering speed in the animations, it’s because it would look silly. It’s really hard to do extreme speed like that and make it look satisfying and not goofy.

I think Astartes and the new Secret Level short do a good enough job though.
