My idea for a Nurgle Corrupted Sororitas would be using those Seraphim units
but in place of the jumpacks they're insect wings
Sister of Silence signs
"Hey that's our thing!"
No
WHYYY
As are scions
Because that would make sense
b; in lore they litearlly join battlefields all the time
We can't have that
Come join agents discord and whine with us

also they sell like shit give us another reason to buy them
While like 4 people on it pull off improbable tournament wins
id lvoe to but unless i can get a big box for dirt cheap ive been taking a break from 40k
i dont like how they have been handling the rules
(im very salty about the gsc eveyrthing)
"today we will make a shooting stealth army into a melee horde army"
"we will rewrite the rules 5 times because we gave them 1 army rule that barely works 5 times
😦 that’s too bad
Yeah they’ve been treated badly
And man last editions crossfire rules were so cool and good
the 2 melee cult themes are happy and comp are happy because this is the most competetive they have ever bene
I will say if you come back Agentd are pretty fun if woefully underpowered.
but my gurilla warfare itch isnt fulfilled
i reall y wnana make a roguetrader army tbh lmao
which i heard is the wrost way to build them
ahhh
It’s the opposite. It’s got play
The detachment is great. Just overall lack of army rule sucks.
But look at some of these enhancements
Hang on
And starts
Strats
i should probably get agents since i like greyknight lmao
the only greyknight enjoyer
Then you have a random xeno in your army.
huh?
Rogue traders sometimes have xeno with them in the lore.
Yeah grey knight terms are very good in agents
We don’t have those filthy stinky Rogue Traitors in Agents.
Rogue trader Von Valancius on their way to turn your house into a crater with a handgun
ye i know i was just hoping for asecond there was a rule that let us take them
rogue trader game reference
my 3 favorite warhammer things
rogue traders
kroot
grey knights
also i thought there was a rule that let players take models from other armies and put them into agents
they took teh demon host and monkey..
me too
good news is the worst written inquisitor is dead so im happy about that
not in lore jsut in rules
U better be talking about karamazov
do orcs sleep?
yes orks sleep
plants sleep irl too
Sometimes, I just want someone else control me so I can keep sleeping.
do orks-kommandos use silencers?
No
nah
they they mostly assasinate through knifes
and considering you will meet very heavy opposition sometimes they don't even bother to when everything breaks out
i c
How good is the Imperial guard compared to most modern militaries like USA, UK etc. (as of 2025), considering troop count in both side is equal?
i think much better
definitely in technology and weapons
and since humanity have actual enemies from within and around, the training courses are tougher, and the battle experience is more brutal
A modern army is arguably better, if its something like the U.S army probably even more. The entire way the Guard wages war is suppose to be wasteful and archaic
we also arent superstitious and use everything at our disposal
a single modern fighter would squad most of the shit the Guard uses lol
or you know, drones
or an abrahms tank 💀
most
US army doesn't even compare well with other modern armies lmao
Its kind of like asking can space marines take over earth
its usually 50/50 leaning towards "no lol"
Yeah the only way they will win against the militaries of our world is literally wasting so much vehicles war machines and literal giant walking buildings that can level cities
i think we need to take some particular regiment, maybe with experience
Even then its iffy, the Guard is suppose to be shoddy.
theres a reason mass human wave tactics among other things went out of fashion, same with bayonets, the WW2 way of fighting etc
btw, we are talking about equal counts of soldiers
what fucking machines and planet invasion are you talking about
So guardsmen are never deployed in smaller units? instead of chucking 100k units to capture a rubber duck...
🤔
you decide...
I mean same deal
the guard will win by virtue of literally having millions of worlds worth of resources
We can put up a fight but we will literally get trampled by the amount of s*** they carry
if those millions get bombed by a ballistic missile it changes
theres a reason war itself is seen as "boring"
you sit back and let machinery do all the work lol
the Guard usually dont have that privelage
Yep
If they just find us annoying to be fair they can just throw a giant planet ending bomb
I'd put my money on the guard by the virtue of experience alone
way too much "it depends" to bet for me
lets think that both troops had 10 battles in their lives
who will win
Yeah it's one of those specific questions
Too many variables
just because you fought against nids doesnt mean you wont step on a landmine
The thing about Human wave tactic for guardsmen is, they aren't facing a group of Nazi. They are dealing with aliens with absurdly advanced tech... or Space nazis.
Like if it's a planet conquering fleet designed to carry multiple armies then we're cooked
ok, both have at least 5 units of machinery
But if it's literally just like a single ship or stuff
It doesnt really matter though
We can fight back
They are the Space Nazi though 💀
Yeah they are space nazis
but yeah the Guard is literally imperial japan tier fanatics
space baddies
they could win through attrition and other awful tactics we wouldnt resort to maybe but like lol
Imperial japan with the resources of the us
Yeah pretty much
Magnified by a billion percent
the lore embezzles a ton of stuff because you wanna think of the guard as underdog heroes
in reality they are awful people
Me when i landed in a imperial guard regiment and the moment i'm alone i get beaten to death for not being a pure blood
"considering troop count in both side is equal"
Cadia Moment
I WAS SPEAKING IN GENERAL

in general we can say whatever we want
Embezzle ?
Make it seem heroic
because nobody wants to read about guardsmen liquidating innocent people
Embellish ?
they always need to fight "traitors"
Thats the one whoops
Embezzle is stealing
Well to be fair space marine embezzle their recognition
YEET
Lmao
So, equal number of soldiers of both sides, no tanks or aerial support (that'd open a different can of worms)... would modern day army still win?
Think about training, tactics, equipment etc.
I mean yes
probably
Flak armor is basically kevlar
it wont relaly protect against half the stuff we still use
The guard might have better weapons and equipment but that's the thing with earth humans
Depend on the strength of Kevlar vs Las weapons too
They are creative little fucks
Also this yeah
are both troops experienced?
Id assume so
like, kasrkin would suck dick anyway?
I guess? Real life spec ops are about as deadly if not more
especially if we are sticking to the examples of the U.S lol
Why do they wear Kevlar if it doesn't make a goddamn difference in 40k scale wars?
I mean
why wear body armor if you can just die from stepping on a mine
its mandatory and you never know, its a precaution
^
human life costs less than the armour
its the same as asking "why would i ever wear a helmet"
I'd rather have something than nothing
it might just save your life + its standard issue
It's not going to protect me from a giant green mountain of muscle cutting me in half but
Better than nothing
Kevlar and helmets weren't created solely to stop bullets.
Their main uses were against shrapnel
That too yeah
Flak armour isn't some relic like power armour
i keep forgetting lol
Are you speaking of experience
then he gets a arrow through his visor
also, considering how it looks, it's pretty bulky.
from common sence???
Its lightweight enough
its just plate armor
Shrapnel fucking hurt
I remember when i learned of how claymores are IRL when in games they always make it seem like its an explosive device 💀
seen this today
I love being ripped apart by 1000 tiny balls
Ball bearing go brrr
AI bald head
@storm jungle 's point sounds like everyone in Imperial guard steps on landmine shout Mozel tov
Idk what that means
but the point is people hype the Guard way too much
they are literally a fantasy-scifi WW2 army in space
People hype the Imperium way to much
That too
average guardman is a 18-20 yo kid that has been trained for like 3 months and then killed on a mine
if we take unexperienced troops, then modern army will just walk in guard's barracks at night and say hello
AND then go with artillery
again titans can also be answered with bombs and nukes
Dpend on the Regiment though
we have a lot of those you see
Some are way more trained
From the convo, it is safe to assume Imperial guard members are not trained to communicate, take position, or apply tactical maneuvers?
^
ok, lets take a war-ready Catachan troop, who just have been drafted
The way they operate is WW2-esque as we keep saying
its not comparable too much to how a modern squad operates
Like they're not Sun Tzu, but they're not civilians
That ye
If we're considering Tanks, airstrikes, or Artillery- They can just blow up part of the continent and call it a win.
I mean no
its never that simple lol
Modern air support would wipe most of what the Guard also has tbh
they literally use flying fridges
Also the guard conquers if they're usually going in a planet
Highly tactical minded, well trained, great shots and adept at guerrilla manoeuvre, they'll do great against a regular modern army, as seen before in RL
And would not really bring out a lot of their super weapons
To keep the place mostly intact
That would be the Admech that does that
Yes but still they wouldn't waste super weapons unless necessary
wtf is flying fridges?
imperial aircraft
Every aircraft of the imperial guard
Nah, making the planet inhabitable just speed up their installation process
if you put any of these aircraft in an IRL combat scenario they'd perform horribly because they dont really work well as aircraft
(which even GW has joked about)
oh.. I thought fridge was supposed to mean something like cryo bomb or something like that... You meant the shape and bulkiness I assume
Yeah pretty much
its classic imperial brutalism
simple panels/block-shapes
it looks pretty badass so no comment from me
✋
I'm going to be honest people often underestimate military too much for fictional matchups
They often treat the military like Zombie film do
I assumed Imperial airforce would be consiat of planes with far higher payload than modern tactical ground support aircrafts, able to carpet bomb the whole battlefield.
and Lasgun would perform much better than what's carried by modern forces, able to penetrate covers (like walls or whatnots) taken by modern ground soldiers.
Lasgun don't really penetrate cover...
I was told lasgun shots superheat the target, causing miniature explosions.
maybe a hotshot could
It can destroy cover, not penetrate it.
yep that
so... the cover is no longer a cover anymore?
Depends on the material but yeah it can do that
Depends on the depiction
Sometimes they’re portrayed as proper air support, sometimes it’s WWII dogfighting
It’s like Star Wars
Everyone wants dogfighting cause it’s cool
And air support is icky and not fun so we rarely see it come up in books
a lasgun can punch through Concrete right
Rockcrete no, but concrete yeah probably depending on how thick.
Rockcrete it’s gonna take some doing
@storm jungle Cherubael's hosts were not Psyker right ?
Not entirely no
he essentially just body-hopped
well also just binding him into unlucky blokes really
Some people were saying that the Daemonhost we face are Psyker
Which might be the case, but isn't necessarily
Yeah daemonhosts can literally infest anyone
it doesnt really matter if oyu are a psyker or not, it just adds extra-spice
Psykers are just more vulnerable, Cherubael in also an extremely powerful daemon
Doesn't deamon prince imply a mortal ascended to deamonhood
Correct.
And cherubael is a proper deamon?
Not someone ascended
Or am I misremembering it
Beats me, the official backstory material that came with the Inquisitor rulebook (that released on the same year as Eisenhorn) says hes a daemon prince
keep in mind this is like 20+ year old material they might have just not given a shit lol
yeah but is it really stated that they can't possess humans like demons
Yeah. As far as I can remember we literally barely know anything of Cherb's backstory as is aside from his exploits
its been awhile tho
the lex also says he is a Daemon prince
how exactly does a inquisitor deploy a demonhost effectively
Tons of wards and protective measures
then you just "unleash" it and hope it behaves
its basically an nuke attack dog
its why i always stick with the notion that using daeonhosts in any capacity is stupid af
"Oh well you can ask it information nobody knows about and interrogate it 🤓 "
Yeah im gonna choose to live homie thanks lol
yeah you can either get "lucky" and get a minor demon like say a blood letter or congratulations you just accidentally bounded a bloodthirster
yeah either way id never do it, its such a moronic thing
no wonder only radical-radicals do it lol
yep it is
There’s a reason basically all depictions of inquisitors using them they’re off the deep end
Eisenhorn has Cherubael bound well and they have a very odd relationship at this stage, but it’s still insanely dangerous.
But it’s an insane risk and doing it alone basically corrupts you. Plenty of inquisitors will just kill you on the spot if they found out you were using one, as well as other imperium authorities
Yeah i always also hate the reasons for it too
"OH I NEED ARCANE INFO"
Yeah okay chief cool, im snitching on your ass

yeah on what basis is it a good idea to bound this thing in the material plane
you're just asking for it at that point
Inquisitor Astor Sabbathiel uses one a whole series to get info on the Dark Angels and try to expose them, then she has the bright idea to reveal this to a Grey Knight so he can lead a force to destroy them.
Which promptly results in him killing her immediately for having a daemonhost on her ship that she takes advice from.
let me tell the group of demon hunters i have a demon in my ship
He looks so tired almost.
Like “Bitch really? You brought me here to say that?!”
Considering half the shit she made them go through that sounds about right lol
Dudes rock
Gotta be hard to use cover identities with that HUGE FUCKING I ON YOUR FOREHEAD
I’d love audio for this lol
To betray my bitch son/brother who exiled me?
Duh
ngl i love how the inquisitors are more or less just varying degrees of idiots
I wouldn’t say that, she had more just gone off the deep end by then
i mean, they are all idiots to some level, kinda the point of the whole of the imperium
be it puritan or radical
none are smart
Not really true
the imperium is the most anti-intellectual society imageable
That doesn’t mean they’re not smart or good at their jobs
Yeah the job is a little more than that
They’re kinda given an impossible task a lot of times, we directly see these guys aren’t idiots in almost all portrayals, they’re definitely evil and fucked up but it’s also an impossible job that drives people mad or into corruption for a reason.
Not gonna pretend they’re all equal in that regard but they’re not all idiots lol. Them being part of an evil society doesn’t make them inherently idiots.
how can a society that idolizes idiocy and demonizes any form of intellectualism produce non-idiots?
hell yeah
Shit that looks fire
love it
i like this fella
troll?
It doesn’t inherently do those things, you’re kinda caricaturing how the imperium works.
Like Inquisitors aren’t some random dude in a hive who doesn’t know about any xenos or chaos beyond the propaganda.
And once again, we directly see them be very smart individuals
It’s like saying no smart people existed in Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union even if they bought into the dumbass ideals
A tiny troggoth (I think)
It’s a completely silly view of the world that evil people with bad ideas can’t be smart.
Are we gonna say no smart people existed in the Middle Ages or prior because they believed in some goofy myths or ideas?
none of that is comparable
Damn warcry hasn’t gotten the new underworlds warbands rules yet
it's definitely a type of Dankhold Troggoth
because the point of the imperium is to be the worst thing in all of human history
because this guy can shrink or grow depending on where they sleep
Very true
The article says it’s a tiny troggoth who dreams of bigger things
They are searching for Trogg
yeah this fella Trugg the Troggoth King
So you’re confident that there is literally no examples of smart individuals in lore, in the entire imperium?
the best thing about the imperium is how completely irredeemable it is
That has nothing to do with what we’re talking about
oh im sure there are pletely of smart people
Smartness or competence does not require redemption
but they are redeeming qualities
Who do you think the other underworlds warband is gonna be
and at the end of the day all the smart people of the imperium ether have to act dumb or face persecution/execution
well i don't know
I can think Nazism isn’t a redeemable ideology while thinking some were competent and smart, they’re not exclusive
But whatever, this is legitimately one of the more childish views of the world I’ve seen and I don’t think you actually buy into it.
its not a worldview its a view of a fictional faction
Either that or you’ve never read any lore
The idea that there is 0 examples of smart people or competent ones in the imperium is just completely false
Currently without rep is DoK, fyreslayers, SoB, and ruination chamber
For underworlds
There’s even good people, it’s not irredeemable it’s just mostly evil, and the bad outweighs the good largely.
You’re not actually trying to engage with what’s shown, you’re just declaring something and working back from there while ignoring any examples to the contrary or moving the goalposts when they’re brought up.
with the inqusition the smartest ones are the ones that fall in the middle of the puritan and radical camps
Based off what? Where we you getting this from?
because the puritans never doubt and the radicals doubt so much they end up betraying their ideals
Eisenhorn is objectively a super smart dude who has saved countless billions if not trillions, he’s also kinda nuts and it led him down a bad path.
Yeah they definitely need some
Ravenor is also super radical by their standards but he’s done similar things.
We also see ones on the other end of the spectrum save lives and enact effective plans.
It doesn’t make them good, but they are smart, competent, and effective at their job, and have saved a lot of lives.
Ffs we know say the Iron Hands, despite being complete bastards who are often actively antagonistic, have saved countless trillions through their campaigns and actions.
Same with lots of other chapters, none of whom are good and they’re all super fucked up.
Same with people like Yarrick and Gaunt who grew up embroiled in the teachings and fucked up nature of the regime.
i think we have different meanings of "smart"
and ofc there are many kinds of smart
when i say smart i am talking about intellectualism something that just does not exist in the imperium, at least not in any form we recognize
This also isn’t true, but I’m not convinced you’ve actually read these books, or know what these words mean.
Especially since we’re now somehow moving the goalposts on what smart means when I think we all know exactly what that means, and what is meant by it.
yeah likely best to just drop it here
You people Jesus Christ there are official objective standards for intelligence
Specifically just measure urself against me, a genius
🙄
I have to fix everything around here
Incredible anything even functions without me tbh
Idk how you would do sons of behemoth besides ‘big man cultists’
Also I’d like another cities of sigmar rep
Maybe the remains of hel crown
Trying to find an artifact to save their home from the skaven
Fyreslayers have these guys
Yeha but the rules aren’t up to date
But I wouldn't mind them getting another one
oof
DoK use to have the most underworlds warbands but none of them have unsupported rules
Fyreslayers definitely need…something else going on
Imma be real I love the fyreslayers as is
yeah same here
But I’d like more mounts
yeah same
Give them more beasts like GSG
maybe Magmadroth younlings
Idk, I’m sure they have some fans but they seem to be pretty unpopular and I think their core idea could be expanded upon more
I think there is more salamanders we can focus on
that is true
Apparently they were pretty big in 1.5 edition
They used to be not that liked but after a while people genuinely love them for how unapologetically barbarian they are
they fully embrace the fact that they are fire barbarian dwarves and i love it
It’s the best parts of dwarves and chaos waste barbarians (I forgot what they were called)
Norscans
I feel like vanguard chamber is less popular than fyreslayers
I like aspects of them I just think aesthetically the faction could use some love
Also apparently according to goonhammer kharadron are one of trh most popular factions among new players
Which is pretty great
Doesn’t shock me
Since they are a very very easy army to paint
Easier to paint, cool look, pretty solid rules.
i mean to be fair yeah they are pretty samey in that department but like i like ironjaws
Simple enough concept
Also slaves to darkness being the most popular factions among new warms my heart
and those guys are literally visually speaking giant armored orcs
It matches the lore
Ironjawz have more variety though
I think it was like
Valid
I mean not really I would put their visual repetitiveness like on about the same with Fyreslayers only beating it by a little bit
they could use more flair, but like they look fine to be honest
yeah they look
And genetic monster
pretty much complete
They have 6 infantry which is great
They ahve alot of heroes but that’s because a rule change
ironjawz only really need a giant monster to be complete because I don't think they're the type of army to be packing a range option and artillery
Doom seeker, berzerker, and battle smith use to just be single man elite units
Besides the cabbage?
yeah but those are leader type monsters you know
by Generic monster i'm talking about as like a unit
but like i wouldn't mind them having like a Maw-Krusha that doesn't have a megaboss top of it
Yeahh
Or maybe a rogue idol
Gonna say I bet orruks are gonna get a mid edition expansion
the Kruliez need it
Ironjawz I would say is gonna last awhile without new stuff
yeah maybe a mounted wizard
Oooh yeah
Wizard ironjawz is a slept on build
Also kruleboyz wizards are amazing
They are just difficult to squeeze in a list
also yeah the Krule ladz only have this for Troggs
still weird they can't use swamp trolls but goblins can
They have the swamp crawlla
It’s under war machines
yeah but it's a offshot so pardon me for forgetting
ugly ass
Ur good
Another plug for the Realms of Ruin story vids on YouTube. The acting in that game is great even if game is mid
i mean Kruleboyz are swamp dwelling orcs
And u will come away loving the kruleguys
No I love their look
I just ain’t gonna paint that
Maybe one day
But fuck me those edges and shit ugh
Paint them brown and say they’re covered in swamp gunk
True
Yeah the stories actually great
Unfortunately the gameplay is worse than a skaven trying to be friendly
Poor lil guy
Yeah but the damage is already done
I would be surprised if they can even recover
You know what they say snotlings have no rights
Omfg it’s the warcry 1st edition red harvest terrain in the background
I just noticed
Is there hope my favorite terrain set will be on sale again
Yeah like unusually good writing and acting
For like 2 months as made 2 order 😐
OH SHIT FR?!
Oh?
Just bc terrain sets tend to rotate back around and that one obviously took a lot of work
Ohh
Remember when warcry’s future was bright?
then they decided to release 4 boxes with the same trees and no verticality
The Sylvaneth one?
No all 4 Ghur warcry boxes
They saturated and gave people fatigue
Yeha but they are nice at least
Yeah it’s just the same trees kits in each box
With a few extra pieces
It kind of worked for kill team into the dark bc kill team is much more popular AND because the repeat sets went together into a 40k boarding actions board
But it just fell flat with warcry
Yeah all the sculpts are really nice
Yea
Warcry basically provided the nice terrain for Sigmar
I think that’s why the recent boxes had one big box
The Thondian whatever terrain is super mid
(Also the terrain in the Ossiarch vs sylvaneth box has AOS ogor rules)
Ogre?
Ogor?
I forgot
ogré
øgõr
I’m bitching about warcry bc I was one of those uh extremely intelligent people who bought all the boxes lmao
So I feel I have a right to complain
Lmao
I love love love love warcry
It’s probably the funnest game system I’ve played
Nicest people on discord too
Mhm
They haven’t given us rules for the underworlds warbands yet btw
My bet is the team is focusing on underworlds minis while they work on warcry 3.0 rules
But I have no proof
Oh yeah have you tried the new narrative set for warcry?
Sunders coasts or something like that
Ravaged coasts
Savage coasts?
It’s in a white dwarf
😦 I kind of retired from warcry tbh
do the custodians have the best suits of armor in the imperium
like, they got the most gimmicks?
The best suit of armor in the imperium is contempt, brother
Valid so have I, waiting for new stuff
Real answer best made in an overall sense quite possibly. Most gimmicks prob not; there's some custom rogue trader or inquisitor suit that brushes your teeth and teaches you eldar while you sleep I'm sure.
One imagines that there are several local maxima for armor quality:
Yes.
random batman gadgets tho like Kaggen said no
- Custodes
- Upper echelons of grey knights.
- Chapter master swag. Obv primarch swag.
- High-ranking tech priest gear.
- Anything owned by rich inquisitors, rogue traders, and High Lords + high lord adjacents.
its just really good power armor
And finally wild card
- There are some random people who have access to Dark Age tech like the cancer gang in Necromunda
Obviously the fabricator general has the best stuff
(the dark age tech also gives them cancer)
In reality the orangutans have the best everything
Lmao oh of course
Wild wild card
Monke have literal Old One tech but are semisentient
Also digganobz with necron gear?
I know

no

Hehe dregon
C'tan wet dreams for thousands and thousands of years
Martian dregon

Ave deus mechanicus sister
no
Yeah

Non-senile Votann
yeet
Anyway werent there also other groups with power armored armies
Wonder how they went
Powered armor is a pretty basic concept, it varies a lot
Like other non imperial humans
There’s guard with powered armor suits
No. True power armor belongs to Him alone.
They're mostly made up for 30k fodder text
theres a few other users in 40k but its not really explored
Tbf the us gov has basic power armor already
There was some wild GC factions both in the imperium and who they fought who had powered armor
The rest is fake and gay and heretical and you will not speak of it again.
The issue with power armor is the powering part
I love the issue of it always being "the power source is too expensive/weak"
some of the factions blown up in the Macharian crusade
realism always ruining cool ideas smh
theres a reason power armor just doesnt really come up as a concept a lot IRL
why use this shit when you can just
airstrike
dronestrike
artillery
etc
Also weight

Shits heavy from what I heard
Generally they’re working more towards like, stuff which assists movement, makes carrying stuff easier
And the powered stuff doesnt help your neck
Get rid of surplus young men
Less strain on the body
Like donating blood for health purposes
wdym Ghana has this shit figured out
fucking

Battlefield 2142
What the fuck is that shit

Ghanah had a military parade "of the future"
Ghana has a space program too right?
Based
I like the camo pattern
I really don't get the actual point of this parade
Soft power I guess
ig?
propaganda
it was pretty frivolous and I doubt the military actually thought the stuff they showed off was viable lol
the point of any parade

fucking metal gear
yep
and like an actual effective one
oh shit, I just learnt custodes dont have multiple organs
Yeah
they are normal humans
just extremely gene-enhanced
like, genetic gigachads really
“Normal humans”
they only got 2 lungs and 1 heart, but the quality of their organs is so fine tuned it makes having more pointless
Looks into Ghana space program
Shut the fuck up
“Shut the fuck up”
yeah if we are counting altered they are the peak of humanity in the setting
They turned the babies into soup
I mean
and then remade them
not even a question
space marines dont need half the organs they got
theres a reason they are referred to as mutants
they are mass produced slab monsters
The redundancy is half the point
Custodes are men and women tailored to perfection essentially
it makes more sense that way
False that's me

yeah physique wise they are like near eldar or better right
I guess.
Cullexes are mostly female because bodysuits
eldar have superior physique? I thought they were just bendy and died to hot wind
Eldar are just alien so its not comparable, they are on par/better tho ye
They are literally superior biologically yeah
wtf is this shit custodes aren't fused-skeleton elf twinks
They lore wise have much better physique then humans yeah
also this is like saying
due to muscle + skeletal stuff
You people need to repent
"humans can make an entire civilization but die from falling down stairs"
they have weird compressed muscles
Orks have the bestest physique
i'm comparing physical capability you NPC
the most power per muscle is probably orks?
Its still Eldar
ironically
More like the most muscle per muscle
Its still Eldar
for like bodyweight -> strength
i can see that
muscle also doesnt really equate to power
you can fight the most muscular guy in existence and they'll still die from a stab to the throat
lol
but for actual bodymass -> strength
yeah orks make up for it through size
But they also get bigger
they can get to the size of a tank
And let me tell you at that point all that muscle is gonna turn you into a cheesecake
Eldar win, but are always gettin extinct
They arent tbh
this is why you pick Dark eldar
the lore says as much but they arent going anywhere
also LMAO
yeah
copy paste cloning goes brrr
I like how the shittiest Eldar are the ones without population issues
sorry
I mean the most based
The dynamic between them is great
They’re the Trust Fund Baby faction.
also, I despise how some eldar are open to cooperation
Those who reject His light have no capabilities but to stand and be purged
“Some” is doing heavy lifting there
Okay Nazeem
guh
mfer is gonna talk about the cloud district
I think we should virus bomb cummorag
told you man this guy is about as interesting as an ultra marine
But I want to play virus bomb volleyball
does the imperium officially know where commorragh is
well, how to get to it
Its in the immaterium....
*webway
Its in the Webway
Not really
even if you did its a death sentence
Webway is still the immaterium no?
It’s hard to get to and it wouldn’t do much for them
its inbetween
Drukhari are pretty low on the priority list anyways
Dark Eldar drag literal capital ships into that place
also id be down for the dark eldar doin a proper invasion of someplace instead of the raidin
Not saying the warp, but yeah
Thats basically what they do
They kinda do
the point is they dont need invasions
they are here to steal and leave entire populations
It depends but they do massive scale invasions sometimes
they sometimes empty planets so fast there isnt even a response worthy to be made
dont they drag suns into commorragh too
The Webway is sort of the materium in the same way that your digestive system is sort of the outside world vs your internal anatomy.
Yep
they got ancient eldar empire tech
it gives them the upper hand on a lot of shit
So they can literally just keep expanding in there and live relatively speaking safe
ıts a pocket dimension os its basically endless yes
Wonder what would happen if they accidentally drag in a ctan
dark eldar army roster is one im probably the least familiar with
zog me
its also prolly one of the oldest
its small because xenos but its pretty cool
lol
Either it gets imprisoned or makes a rampage and leaves
whos their elite commando type chad bros
Incubi/Incubus
their basic infantrry
I mean thats the only 2 options ctan have in general
Well yeah
I was expecting witch elves or something

very important
Dark Eldar armor is more or less a direct and not-so-modified descendant of pre-fall Eldar armor no?
Kinda
its at this point their own thing
One half second before fall
Dark eldar drag would slay too hard, I fear
Kabalite Trueborn, Hekatrix Bloodbrides and Haemoxytes are the elites of each respective drukjari subgroup
also has been modified to just adapt to their "new" culture more
do the dark eldar have similar battle tactics to aeldar
Kabalites, Wychs and haemonculi
well
it dpeends i guess
They're much more focused on terrorizing people
both of them are hit and run specialist
all Kabals have their own way of fighting too
but eldar have more options
some literally dont ever touch the ground just for the challenge of it during a raid
or do other wack shit
is it like the fantasy counterparts? the druchii and the island bunnies?
Island what
seeing who can do the most X
High elves
lol bruh
i forgot what you call the donut island elves
i think he called high elves island bunnies
Asur
Aren’t there like actually island elves in fantasy though
Like the sea elves
Not really
HIGH ELVES YOU BALD CHIMPANZE
it's the anus island b/c they're assholes
Lovable tho
Huh I thought there were sea elves
I think an example of how little Drukhari give a shit is like their new detachment where they're literally having a game of who can kill more people with harlequins

Protect themselves more like
^
Bc some frogs told them 2
The world more like
its literally said in the rulebook
yeah so the druchii in fantasy are like the asur, but more aggressive and crossbowy and monstery and shit , i assume thats not the 40k case

Aside from the raiding part they arent that familiar yeah
The Drukhari in 40k are much more aggressive, but aside from that yeah
^
they really really really enjoy torturing people or terroirizing people
I mean who doesn't
nice
fantasy funnily enough only really has Three types, the high and mighty high elves, the average citizens of detroit the dark elves and the Elitewolf special Woodelves
and generally the goal of a real space raid is to get as many slaves as possible
Oh turns out there were sea elves in fantasy, but it was just a term for high elves who would sail
literally only those 3
Because that’s not confusing
So scaring people into submission is always an option
its not that confusing
all of them are asur yes
I have to go to a work meeting and so you all will be laboring in the benighted world devoid of my radiance
Also this yeah
I feel bad 4 u
they are the starting point faction
they mainly use slaves for consumption yeah
they all came from the donut land too
Wood Elfs = comedy
you know the dark eldar biology needing emotions and stuff
not really biology
Aye but elder scrolls have sea elves and like they’re a totally different kind of elves
Love wood elves, love unleashing branchkrieg wooden spirits on french people
more like their soul neesd it
wood elves, " I DONT WANNA LEAVE BRETONNIA, YOU GO HOME"
the fey™️
yeah that's fair
gets agonized by tree spirits instead
"FUCK"
honestly wood elf lore is so hilariously evil i love it
fuck orion
in the funny tree land
orion is my least fav part of wood elves
hes obnoxious
And now straight up they are just straight up wood
they got wood
Straight up made-up of trees
durthu approves this chat
🪵
Durthu is tree hitler
time to launch another Branchkrieg™️ into France 💀
setting durthu on fire is the wet dream of many a dawi
Well yeah they’re wood elves did u think they’d be made of cheese
I thought Coedil was tree Hitler
nah Durthu is the bigger hater
Exodites yeah
