yeee
Hm, 15 o'clock
After that scene he probably clothes lined the fuck out of so many cultists
Holding weapon in unusual way = based
I use 24h format for all my life.
Yeah its 15:17 here atm
It's why my Sith OC has a tonfa handled lightsaber
im just scrolling through google looking for tilesets for a project we are doing lol
Huh
This
Sith has all kind of weapons made to hurt themselves.
Sorry my internet is going in and out, there weren't any other messages when I sent that, latest message was the one about holding the sword reverse grip
Like this, but disguised as a walking cane
I vote that holding a sword in a reverse grip is not cool and also insanely dumb every time
Its literally shit
Thank you brother!
It's not a knoife
counterpoint
Spinny
You’re just mad you can’t do it
don't ask how you use it
U sacrifice all your range for the sake of aesthetics
Which is absolutely dumb
Instead of adding to the length of your arm it now is limited by the length of your arm
Not based
Reversed grip reduces the movement you can do, even more so for longer weapons.
Yeah but you get a x3 style points modifer
Meanwhile the guy holding his sword in front just stabs you
Which helps you get your combo score up faster
Yea, it's basically showing off that you're so based that you don't need the extra length
It was dumb when Cavill did it in the witcher too
Next you’re gonna say taunting is dumb
Gunkata
Like, Titus, I know that you don't like to follow the Codex, but it never says anything about grip. You don't need to be different in this case.
Tbf he doesn’t fight like that much
He’s just holding is like that cause he wants to look dope for his father figure
Next, let Titus reversing grip a hammer for +40'000 style point.
It's time to face it
When he’s going to town on people properly he uses the traditional grip

And also he holds his sword correctly

the sword grip is ..okay
flicking the axe was kinda unnecessary ngl
although it was nice to see a space marine literally run through a truck or whatever it was
Impaling the cultist on the axes handle was pretty baller
It is an all terrain vehicle, it is not that strong.
I like the punching them to the ground personally
and smashing them on his helmet
he literally gave that dude the " the fucking nerve on this guy" look when the guy took a shot at him
okay THAT ill defend because its just there to look cool.
also, they carry around a dude in a suitcase
One of my main nitpick about the eps is how the bolt pistol can leave dent on the SM helmet. Then the SM just pick up a random, very thin piece of metal on the ground and it can stop a gatling bolter fire.
Need another?
Tbh they were fighting cultists, it was legit just like, time to have some fun
" Brothers how do we transport this schmuck!"
" just stuff him in that suitcase over there and drag it on a chain"
" aaight"
They didn’t even ignite their weapons, or need them
THOSE are the only point that annoed me, will 100% agree.
The bolt i can maybe wave away saying it didnt have the distance to prime itself (which itself is a really inconsistent feature on 40k media) but them tanking a fucking Punisher gatling cannon with a literal scrap plate from the floor was dumb.
Otherwise liked it.
Like... 2/4 dudes have shield, and their shield are super thick, but the random piece of scrap can tank more damage than their armour and shield...
It’s a titan tilting shield
Fact checked in real time
but yeah its there because they gotta die to the daemon
it makes it more gripping
ish
Now I do agreed it’s dumb they dropped their shields
oh yeah it's from the crashed imperial knight?
also it was nice to see them actually die
But it is literally a titan grade piece of armor
Cause yeah they walk beneath its wreckage
It happens so fast i literally had to rewind to check if they had shields and my brain wasnt just filling in the gap
Didn't clock that's where the shield is from
You also see a Titan power claw at one point
I don't often get annoyed by 40k spelling it Daemon, but I do whenever I try to find gifs
Hmmm let me see
is there some story about titus though, was the point literally just that he doesnt get scared
LMAO
This is not what I want
OF COURSE
All on the lexi
ultramarines making do with scrap in the 41st millenium
Women
I think the deal is that space marines are brainwashed to know no fear, so how about if the human they used to be never knew any fear in the first place?

Titus put a it of exp into his willpower stat
well titus is a special snowflake though, or he took to it really well, since dem marines get scared quite a bit
And he gets free re rolls cause a past event
Titus' lore is basically uh
Space Marine 1 pre-release lore content, all minor stuff for each of his squadmates including him, along with setting up his history with Memeroth
White Dwarf content released decades after pre-SM2, explaining where he was all this time in the gooner-freezer
SM2 which largely doesnt do anything with him, hes just resistant to the Warp ala SM1 because hes just tough.
The lore drop we got now with this animation.
max poise build
gooner freezer
he has his own gooner freezer ?
Uhhh long story
Me leaving my room to get Christmas dinner

an Inquisitor freezes him in a collection because he doesnt trust space marines
LOL
Menatus says he’s filled with pain and rage so presumably he had some fucked up shit happen to him when he was young
understandable
well yeah hes in the 40k fandom
I mean universe
whoops
If you didn't correct that I would still believe you
someone probably gave him a cookie as a child and then took it away before he could finish it and thats traumatized him ever since
Like maybe he didn’t get a lunchly when all the other kids had them
He got one but it was the only mouldy one
also the cultist tech was nicely animated ngl
i like that they had blue garbage stuff
I also like how marneus calgar didnt show up at the end singing christmas carols
I like the blue goo
same
The blue goo was cool but it kind of cribbed Astartes' notes a bit
Did Astartes have blue goo?
Like when they step into the orb chamber, it's a similar thing for a second
is astartes at episode 50 by now?
It's blue glass fragments and blue footprints for a sec
I rewatched it the other day (still insane)
also, now I wanna see greyknights get that level of animation
thats all nice, but Im not giving metaurus the credit to know what it was when he picked it up
Also kinda tells us where SM2 takes place
Zsah'Uj
That's Dan Abnett talking about blue agsin
He scans the rubble and the area as he’s walking
So he would know
isnt that his dow console
That being said I do agreed it doesn’t make much sense why they dropped their shields
SM armour is make of some of the supposedly finest material, and their shield are even more durable (for obvious reason)... yet that 💩 is still a thing. It is just funny to me.
I imagine it was easier to animate
probably true yeah
But a titan or knight tilting shield is still gonna be made of insane stuff
Literally designed to easily shrug off much stronger hits than a leman rush can dish out
also, my fav moment was when the marine climbed up on the truck and the way he sawed that guy in the cockpit
that was slick
Especially a punisher Russ
That whole part was just them fucking around largely anyways
Once they fight the Tzaangors they get more efficient
Its way thicker than the armour and the shield to be fair
I completely forgot they have that fight in the dark with the blue goo
So maybe not that dumb
Possibly a better shield
I like the 3 awkward "ends" to the fight where they are always gonna walk off but get attacked again.
yeah
This is the subtle way the director uses to remind us Tzaangors are fucking annoying

It’s a reference to Marvel civilians and how they treat mutants
💀
also is it normal for 4 space marines to do a mission, I feel like media is always sending them around in few numbers for production reasons
sending marines instead of the guard on a suicide mission to fight cultists
the sheer copium in the 41st millenium
Well the cultists weren't the suicide bit
Nice of them to accurately depict what a Space Marine fan is like when they see a woman

well, secret level is getting a s2, and its nice they got the 40k fans out of the way forever
right?
I’d assume the guard died horribly or something tbh
Me, distracting the baddies crazy friend so my friend can score
I wish that every episode was as long as the 40k one lol
<Would
also I saw someone on reddit going off about how kriegers would have done it better
now I like kreig just as much as the next guy, but some of the krieg folks are out of control with the copium
I think
Krieg are very much just number over quality
The sorceress exploited fear
So like
I think 99.999% of people would be cooked lol
Excluding psykers
4 krieger is just one krieger with 3 guns he/she cant fire
Which could fight back maybe
'But Krieger are unable to feel fear'
'They never flees'

because they die
The vraks in question
They were based for fragging their comissars

maybe hes just too pepega to get scared
like y know, he doesnt comprehend the concept of fear
lol
The unstoppable power of fully weaponised autism
Scare me all you wish
Also some people are literally just built different
My brain is too smooth to comprehend it
yes that
Yeah but it showed child Titus
So I will assume my headcanon
Maybe Child Titus was the traumatic event
That him being built different is from some horrific childhood event
Lol
Menatus does say “a child filled with pain and rage”
And seems to feel bad about how he made him what he is to some degree
i mean, i was a child filled with pain and rage, I stubbed my toe on a table the other day and I have a phobia now
Yeah but you’re not as cool as “sword dragging at age 7” Titus
true
it would be kinda based if after all this titus actually falls to chaos in sm3
oh
the secret level mission takes place after sm2?
interesting

"In the aftermath of the battle, Calgar and the Ultramarines congratulate Titus for his efforts and formally welcome him back into the chapter. Calgar receives the Laurels of Victory from Calgar as it is revealed that the Chaplain monitoring him is none other than Leandros.[12g]"

I loved people calling out the Leandros dumb twist from the moment they met the chaplain sometimes, its great
people also treating it like some huge spoiler was funny when the game barely hangs on it lol
I hope we can post spoilers here, I should have probably thought of that before
oh good
He deserved the promotion, he's a good kid
yeah because largely nothing really mindblowing happens in the game
he is truly weaponized autism at its finest
I feel like you have some kind of storytelling standard for 40k Dilara
must be hard
yeah you'll largely get what you are expecting
I did enjoy the combat in sm1
Be careful who you make fun of in middle school
are those gen10 pokemon?
Worse
you deffo should
also, is the techmarine any good
I cant find much about him online either, probably because im the one person who has the dlc
I really like callidus surprisingly
It feels kinda op af
even moreso than interceptor
Wait isn't the model of Mortarion Warhammer fantasy's Death Elemental ?
oh dear
It was a simpler time
Literally broken as shit
I got no room for him
he has to sit on the ship for the whole campaign
I wanna do just one playthrough, and I gotta try 3 more assassins
and the advanced sm classes
and hopefully the dreadnought, though I dunno how to get that yet, I assume I have to send someone off to their deaths
The gang's all here
Too slow nerd
fulgrim is somewhat similar
and he has that middle school vibe
" DONT STEP ON MY SANDCASTLE YOU DAMN DIRTY APES"
I havent read any of the 40k books in a while either
last thing I read was the lion came back
So many wings
and he was oiling the rogue dark angels jockstraps or something
convincing them he isnt a genocidal maniac
The new fulgrim model is just a better version of that HH one lmao
guy levelled up in his coomerisms
Literally what’s the point of the HH one
BAKAVUSGUSVAUV
its for HH and uhhh
yeah thats it
well that and dumbasses will buy it and break its wings in like Day 1
The FW one has a more sculpture look to him
the fulgrussy bit is INSANE
The helmet is amazing btw
I like the wings better for the heresy one but yeah overall the 40k one is better
Imo
The wings for the heresy are also brutal to not break so
The wing might just be the painting that does them some disservice
The what?
I genuinely don’t see anything, am I just blind?

Let's not go there...
GW "And here's Fulgrim"
Everyone "Nice, what's the next reveal?"
GW ".......what?"
I mean, it is his jewel...
Is that Daemon Fulgrim’s canon design?
yes it was revealed today
That’s sick ngl
https://fxtwitter.com/triumbrush/status/1871927713587659010 epic fulgrim reveal
I finished it quickly because it seemed like you guys liked it.
He looks so good
I like the addition of the helmet
Welp, for Christmas my co-worker gifted me these two. He’s the only other person besides me who can strike up a convo about 40k
But he looked me dead in the eye and said “don’t expect me to buy you every book”.
To which I replied “for your health, both financially and mentally, let’s keep it that way”
Fulgrim's cool but kinda disappointing compared to all the reveals last year
That’s an opinion
Just saying, it's an entire faction reveal vs a single Primarch
Not saying any of these models are better than Fulgrim
Just would have been nice to see more of the other EC
It’s a teaser
The main faction is next year
Also apparently we’re getting Lucius this week or something
No
That’s what you get for being ungrateful
SHUT UP

IS LALO TIME
also I just saw the skullpack from a few days ago
Bro the Marine in the middle thinks hes walter white...
Mfw grandma brings me another plate after I’ve already eaten three and dessert
I just made this, couldnt resist

“Damn this wouldn’t have happened if I had more augmetics.”
Even worse, they were the battle-bros of a Marine with no helmet and a name 😔
Loved the episode where the Marines Malevolent kidnap Battle-Brother Jesse and make him watch as they blow the fucking brains of his serf-gf
OH BABY BLUEEEEE
the worst part is I was also reading a Warhammer Crime story today
and the enforcer character is talking about some drugs on the street
and one of them is fucking named Heisengrad Blue
Was it 99% pure?
Lmao it was just namedropped as a Breaking Bad reference so alas no other mention of it past that
You seen the Outtake where Jessie arrives in Alaska and is just like "Nobody told me there was snow in Alaska"

LOL yeah I watched that, honestly its so good and in character
Heisenberg is canon in 40k.....
"Jesse, we need to cook for the Emperor."
Heisenberg and Mag Uruk Thraka have to cook
If Walter’s meth caused the walking dead…
"Boyz, we'z hafta cook."
Shoutout to that one GW dude saying Ghaz's thatcher name was totally just a coincidence
yeah im sure it was lmao
same with the nazi ork symbol on his warbanner
(which also got purged)
Lemme cook guys (har har har)

You think he hit Horus with the "Listen here Olive Oyl!"
TLDR: Any cool lore I should know about in the 40k Universe?
Thinking of doing a Dark Heresy 1 shot that my brother is doing. (Warhammer DnD type of thing)
I was thinking of doing a Psyker or a servo skull as my character. Im still up for any other characters in the 40k universe.
Does anyone have any lore recommendations?
Don't think there's rules for playing a Servo Skull in Dark Heresy, but you can be a Psyker
It's pretty fun
But uhh I guess if you're looking for recommendations might be good to look at any of the Inquisitor novels (Eisenhorn, Ravenor, Bequin) or even the cliffnotes for them, they're our best exploration of the Inquisition
I don't know much about psyker lore. All I know is that his wife is playing a sister of silence, and apparently they are enemies.
My first intro to 40k was darktide.
I looked up lore surrounding the Mechanicus (idk how to spell) and that was pretty cool.
Not enemies necessarily, but they are kinda opposites. Sisters of Silence are sometimes used as like jailers for psykers or sent to hunt them etc
SoS have the Pariah gene which makes them blank, basically means they have anti psyker auras
bout to be a buff psyker.
"Dont need my mind to bonk"
Bring my Dark souls builds to the light
Are there any other peeps that are a blanks?
thank you.
Because like every person is subtly connected to the warp and has minor latent psyker potential even if they can't do anything with it, it's part of their soul, being a Blank means you're anti warp though, so being around them makes often other people uncomfortable
So a lot of are unfortunately killed young because they innately creep people out with their vibes, some manage to survive on their own but most that survive end up being taken by the Imperium and inducted into whatever organisation needs them
Most women go to the Sisters of Silence and most men go the Assassin Temples
But honestly if you're doing a oneshot you don't need to know a whole lot, I've seen oneshots with people who don't know much about 40k before and it often causes the funniest situations
The Officio take both male and female
As for Sister, iirc there are some lines about them not taking outsider and it being their own daughters
But I'm not sure where that would be
Yeah they also run entire genetic breeding experiments for future Blank candidates
Like I watched a stream where one of the guys had no clue about 40k but everyone else did, he was playing a Psyker and was casually talking to a Priest and said "Yea I regularly allow myself to succumb to the greater powers of the warp" and everyone else at the table just went "What the fuck is wrong with you" and it led to a hilarious half hour ordeal of them trying to stop the Priest executing their Psyker.
Culexus has a lot of uh, interesting methods I acquiring candidates
It lean toward nice roleplay at least
Dont forget also being taken to a lightless dead planet that isnt even in the range of the astronomican 💀
It had Total Biscuit as one of the players so he was "uhm ahktually'ing" the DM so hard, it was great
is officio assassinorum peak non sm humanity in combat
Primarch
I don't think they qualify
but primarchs are just a big marketing scam
Custodes
custodes just sit around and brag
cleaning their armor and weapons and taking baths is 90% of their job
admittedly, all the assassins might be peak, but they dont exactly favor open conflict, except the eversor, who is straight up going for suicide
But if we're talking about peak completely unmodified humans then look no farther than
Going by Fall of Cadia, kasrkin are proper lads
kasrkin are indeed peak guardsmen
but I dunno if the best kasrkin could outshoot or outfight an assassin
maybe?
Temple Assassins?
No definitely not one to one
Depends on the assassin
Depends on if you want to consider augmented humans or not
how augmented is a vindicare
Uhhh here and there
like do they get special eyeballs?
fair enough
they are pretty much Generic Advanced Bio-Assassin
like if you've seen any semi-superhuman assassins in sci-fi its essentially that
Yeah they are just based
all the other assassins seem super juiced up though
well yeah its their job
Some Kasrkin are
But regardless they’re not at that level
Assassins are insanely fast
And have some wild equipment
eversor is well..yknow, callidus has that thing going on with the shapeshifting and the special sword which literally no other type of hoomie gets to use
Yeah but remember they are also largely solo-operators
It depends on the assassin since they’re not all made equal but they’d be more than a match for quite a large number of guardsmen
its why minus Eversor thye always avoid direct confrontation
they can take a small group or someone normal 1v1
its pretty much like stealth games tbh
yes, I mentioned they dont exactly seek open conflict apart from eversor, which makes sense since its in the job description probably
yeah exactly
to be fair culexus got noclip
what do culexus get sent to do
Extreme threats
They’re the rarest assassins
Hardest to make
stuff like uh
Chaos Sorcerors, Ork Weirdboys, Psychic Nids, Eldar Farseers, human psykers etc
they can kill normal folks too but its like getting a tank to blow up a jetplane
its not the right tool for the job even if it will kill it
they basically shut them down right, in terms of psyker abilities
Yeah basically
or just make them wanna kill themselves
they also fire anime laser beams from their helmet which is anti-psyker energy
Also unless you’re a blank yourself, they’re awful to be around when they got their aura going
Even tau with almost no signature get fucked up
yeah the vomiting and discomfort and all that good stuff
eversor is just so unironically funny
the're double-cheeked up tho so its ok
Eversors are just nutty
Chaos champions, Solitaires
Good fucking luck if you see one, even if you kill it
The good news is you probably won’t see it
Most assassins you won’t ever see
this official artwork probably sums them up the best
like this eversor is 100% dying
but the berserking is just hilarious to picture, like imagine you're having your wholesome sunday cultist gathering and an eversor shows up with its skullface and just kills everyone in a killing spree then blows itself up
but hes gonna blow them up with him lol
Tbh he could survive
Theres a really good eversor short story where like
the entire book is half-spent from this governor's POV
whos been tortured/strung up by orks that took over his hiveworld
and then the eversor goes through them all for hours before reaching the spiretop office of his
kills the warboss
and the governor is like
"OH MY GOD IM SAVED"
isnt there a great vid somewhere , ive seen it, where the eversor drives a car to its obj and kills everyone
Before the Eversor turns to him and says he was his target for letting the planet fall to orks in the first place

legit peak
http://1d4chan.org/wiki/Eversor
This gave me an idea on future plans.

this one
Also to be clear Eversors are very cognizant and capable of target differentiation
They’re just sociopaths and don’t care
And are given carte blanche generally
lmaooooooooo
Yeah they are suppose to be a blunt weapon
its why in every assassinorum mission the other temples always treat the eversor in their team as like a fucking dumbass psychopath

They just love killing
" How do you get a sister of battle pregnant"
" I dont know, how?"
" DRESS HER UP AS AN ALTAR BOY!"
EVERSOR ROADRAGING TO THEIR LOCATION IN THE BACKGROUND

YEET
I do also like that Eversors are legit just sometimes lost to their instincts.
The other temples just range between
Cold professional
Legit loves their job / actively sadistic
its great
They're just funny little guys who love their job
yeah its why I love the Kingmaker novel
the Vindicare is trying to give a powerpoint presentation
and the Callidus is like
raises hand
"Why is a dumbass boring beta vindicare like you our squadleader"
💀
arent eversors all like intentionally chosen psychopaths from solitary confinement or somesuch
then they get fried and roided up
Uhhh its a mix but it does help in the process lol
and yeah they also get put in cryo between missions
so all they know their entire life is waking up and killing
yeah they get deployed from a cryo chamber
they sometimes also literally get SHOT into the target location
if uh sneaking isnt an option
then they get their assignment and shoot up drugs and go off they go
Also they’re enhanced a lot to live longer anyways
Their augmentations are compared to marine ones but for a different purpose
Vox In The Void has some stories following an eversor from recruitment to death that I genuinely liked, too bad it's not canon
they basically maximize their pain tolerance and stuff
Depending on the temple, and they’re all fast as fuck
Hard to track for marines and able to keep up with even Solitaires and Slannesh champions on extreme speed drugs in the case of Eversors
Yeah their job is to kill the target and get out fast, they are enhanced enough to handle small-to-medium engagements if things go to shit but its basically like playing a stealth game, you can take out an entire base sure but they wont really stop coming so its better to just gtfo
thats pretty wild
solitaires are some mean aliens
Their fairly resilient but their best defense is not getting hit
Its a bit overplayed
again remember its 40k
Theres also cases where an Eversor just instantly dies by said big threat
its WWE rules
They’re not all the same either
its whatever for the story
Yeah that
and whomever to hype up in the moment
M'Shen casually avoiding bolt rounds like it's nothing comes to mind, but it's a Night Lords story
they can hold their own largely but its definitley Culexus/Eversor who are usually the top dogs that would last the longest
" Im Kaldor Draigo, Im important because I branded Mortarion in the Heart, BUY MY MERCH"
Kaldor Draigo made me ignore the Grey Knights for so long
Like I get he needs to be souped because grey knights supreme gm and all that jazz, but ngl draigo lore is a bit..excessive..
Grey Knights are very cool but they very much are a mary sue chapter
I legit still cannot get over them having the Emperor's geneseed
I like my space marines but it can go from cool to eye rollingly stupid very quickly. Somewhere I hope he's that slaaneshi silver knight in the end
lol
Merry Christmas y'all
Feliz nvidia
Merry Chrysler
Something Sanguinala
Speaking of Slaanesh, Emperor's Children are winning once again. 10 bucks on Lucius looking absolutely stupid
Twinkdeath is chaos-ordained 😔
Uhh a bit
he very much has learned to exploit his power like a videogame player lol
rip solomon demeter
He's very dangerous and skilled, I like pretending he's pathetic
LOL yeah
also the issue is
the writers even realised how fucking stupid OP his power is so it literally culminates to people always asking
"What if we killed him like this-"
>Slaanesh just respawns him back
yeah its essentially pointless
that was legit such a epitome of how dumb his power is
Endless debates about what if this and that, it sucked
" is he gonna steal the landmines soul?"
" no its the guy who planted the mines"
lmao
Yeah sure the guy who orchestrated the orbital bombardment turns into Lucius
LMAO yeah its fucking hilarious
like his power is suppose to be plot-armor
thats what its turned into because the person coming up with it for the codex very much did not put thought into it aside from "yeah this sounds neat"
I like the nurgle champion compared to the others
based
He’s good in the books he’s in
the only char I like like is cain, which seems to be a popular opinion
and no 30k does not count
Well yeah that’s most 40k characters
Yeah and its stinky
Maybe it counts a little
get out
He’s a prick, he also doesn’t really care about like, get in stuff done, he just wants rad fights
He also has a big insecurity about his ability and if it’s making him lazy and making fights boring and if he’d be better without it
still gets more char development than k'bandha
He doesn’t like his ability and it’s a curse for him because his narcissism
Kabanana is Generic Angry Demon
he should ask the writers to remove it then smh
Everyone gets more development than that thing
but yeah its basically literal in-universe plot armor
kbandha just shows up to show how strong someone else is basically
The irony of him is how dangerous he could be, but he doesn’t use it as well as he could because that’s not his goal
and by how strong we mean that book's blood angel character
and he screams about uh
He’s not there to further objectives for anyone
GARRR BLOOD ANGELS
ONE DAY YOU'LL FALL TO KHORNE
bla bla bla
fucking die
jesus
literally get some daemonettes you bitchless fuck
At least he killed the remnants of one chapter in the Devastation of Baal, just to show they were still noble warriors but you know
I kinda liked him in Horus rising so, automatic 10/10 character in my book
K bandha would make a great nurgling
Two luciuslings appear
Lucius is actually piloted by 100 tiny Lucius’
slaanesh will chortle and bring him back
Commoragh is a cool concept for a city ngl
This is why we stan Eidolon
its got the right amount of darkness and edge
and by right I mean abundantly excessive
I was gonna say
Deldar are so stupid I like them
I walk past people strung up on blades every 10 feet
There’s a dark angel who pretended to be a space wolf in commoragh
This has no importance to anything
But I love it
also I like how a commoragh is kind of a pirates den where folks can mill about
and buy whipped body parts on sunday discounts
Being a haemonculi is living life on easymode, seems like the ideal life
who wouldnt wanna sail into the port of lost souls
Some random bitch ass mon-keigh you have expressly told to die 3 times pulling up to your secret lab and killing 5 of you at once:
also nice thing about comorragh , its powered by suns the eldar literally stole and left a bunch of star systems to freeze and die
Just resurrect 4head
(All of your potential ressurection vessels were active in the battle and destroyed)
(Hopefully)
Probably not with those paranoid freaks
I think tervanitas says he turned all his potential bodies on at once
More Comorragh lore please, waiter. More dumb nonsense specifically
I don't even remember, I just wouldn't trust anything a Dark Eldar even if they're describing what colour the sky is as I can see it
well, like everything else
it got ransacked by orks

poor ol grom the paunch is celebrating raiding ulthuans shores
meanwhile 40k greenskins ransacked commoragh for a bit, then got taken captive and killed in a grand gladiator match in commoragh
Favorite Commorragh lore is Drukhari fleshshaping losers into humans as a punishment.
Haemonculi are the pettiest bitches in the setting.
I believe so
I think leman russ will return a traitor and we will get fulgrim back in exchange
My tinfoil hat 2 cents
no
All jokes aside I also hate "chaos primarchs" can be redeemed in general because its a huge slap to the fans of said legion/faction.
nobody wants to see these guys redeemed, they are great because they are just evil monsters
lucius mention
NO
Yeah when I remember reading that excerpt in the Plague Wars when Robby G was briefly possessed by the Emperor, talking to Morty. I was like “Oh get out of here with that crap, E. Just stab him already!”
Godblight has so many dumbass MCU Primarch moments in general
Le Ultra Plague Thats Totally Gonna Kill Gman
Deus Ex Machina Resurection Because Character No-Die
Morty is just one jumble of many in that mess
He just remembered that there were two pieces of vitamin gummies in his pocket and forgot to take them before fighting Mortarion
I like to think big E was just making a low blow at stinky mort to make him feel bad
If a ship is destroyed in orbit and a piece of it kills Lucius, does the maker of the ship get the kill or was it whoever blew it up?
Follow up: What if no single person is responsible for either? Does Lucius's consciousness get divided evenly between them all?
TILA
Turned into Lucius Anonymous
Yeah basically if theres no possible way of respawning Slaanesh just materialises him out of thin-air.
You literally cannot get rid of him, he has actual plot armor.
He’s like the chaos version of Dante when it comes to dying
His armor does have the souls of everyone he's subsumed in it right? You think they have like a little AA meeting every week about how they got there?
No, they just scream
Missed opportunity
That's kind of my fault
Understandable
He doesn’t ever really go away
How does one get rid of typhus though
Much like Cadia
Since he's got all that crazy nurgle endurance stacking
Antibiotics
Apparently he infected a world with a noise plague that caused all the infected to eternally sing a hymn to nurgle
Nurgle customized plagues are a real delight
And he also regularly tells mortarion to go fuck himself
Which isn't all that rare admittedly
But he also flexes on him by telling him mortarion is a grade A wimp and a disgrace to Nurgle
I guess they forgot grotmas 25?
Na the calendar only went up to 24
What

We ended on fucking space wolves
Literally most of the factions didn’t get shit?
Well like
4?
Every faction got one
Guard?
Yep
What when?
15th
Also the 24th is traditionally the last day of an advent calendar
Really?
Huh
Or if it's a 12 day Advent calendar you open the first day on the 25th and the last on the 6th of January
I enjoyed all the detachments
They're all fun and flavourful
Some are more powerful than others
But most of them are decent
Sororitas Discord is really unhappy about their detachment though
Oh yeah as tradition the gsc one is apparently a mess
Personally I like the detachment, it was just clearly written before the latest Sororitas nerf and hasn't been changed to compensate
So the nerf has hurt it a lot
It should have been a nid detachment
I liked the Chaos Knights one flavourwise but it's not great
Relies a lot on Chaos Cultists, who are unfortunately Chaos Cultists
Like if we had more Traitor Guard options to fill in it would be good.
Very good
Generally speaking
Yee I like it a lot too
Maybe next year it will be AOS battle formation? The battle formations are a lot shorter and less impactful tho
theres 24 factions, and probably 25 by next year
or 23 if you coutn kruleboyz and ironajws are together
GW can do multiple in a day
Physically impossible
As much as I'd love an AoS Advent, I fear the 40k fans would mald too severely for GW to consider it
Lmao
Maybe if it was 20 days of 40k reveals and 4 days of AoS with each day dropping battle formations dividing them up in their Grand Orders
So like all the Order, Death etc get it on a chosen day
I can’t believe almost half of the advent calendar were space marines
Half the factions are Space Marines
50% are space Marines
25% are IG
Uhhh
10% rest of the Imperium/Traitors
15% Xenos
Like
Codex Marines
Blood Angels
Dark Angels
Black Templars
Space Wolves
Deathwatch
Grey Knights
Chaos Space Marines
Death Guard
Thousand Sons
World Eaters
Emperors Children
Guard
Daemons
Custodes
Imperial Agents
Sisters
Admech
Imperial Knights
Chaos Knights
Genestealer Cult
Tyranids
Votann
Drukhari
Aeldari
Tau
Necrons
Orks
I think it’s safe to bundle all the marine subfactions together now I’m ngl
For loyalists
I listed all the ones that get their own codex
Since they’re no longer separate codexes
Yeah but they’re supplements now
Not full codexes
Doesn't matter
They get their own book
and each got their own Grotmas detachment
and get their own rules
Fair
Codex vs supplement is just semantics at this point
I disagree tbh, the supplements aren’t functional without the base codex
But yes 40k is a lot of marines
Lucius mentioned again 🗣️
No one mentioned him
Lol
Anyways here’s why GW should make corsairs and harlequins into their own separate factions again
This I can support
Expand Corsairs and Harlequins as their own armies and also let them be used as mercenaries for both Aeldari and Drukhari
Also beyond that I want Rak’gol as their own faction
Tbh
Give us chaos xenos
They’re diverse enough role wise as a faction imo
And they cover a pretty unique niche
Hmm unfortunately as Rogue Trader xenos it's unlikely
As a proper scavenger faction
Yeah but my cope is strong
Uhhh
Beyond that Idfk
As likely as Severan Dominate
I’m trying to avoid bloating the human representation further tbh
Too bad
Which yeah 40k is human centric
Severan Dominate
And then recognize Aeldari as a separate super faction from xenos pls :3
rumour has it corsairs are being expanded on
staying in main eldar codex tho, as are harlequins
but more models for 40k
Good for me
which is awesome cause corsairs are really cool
Sort of happens already
Lol
Corsairs are cool
But they’re not going to separate them on the store page yet imo
Drukhari can take Corsairs right?
Yep!
Nice
Psyker one included
Might grab the Killteam
then also i can play out the bit in the fabius bile books when he pwns a load of corsairs
the killteam is super nice, really nice models
Wait is the Killteam the only corsair unit still sold?
yeah, its multipart tho
Is their not an HQ or was he squatted?
I thought their was a Corsair Prince or something
Yeah
Yriel is weird he’s like
Half Corsair half craftworld
Treated more like craftworld then Corsair
Ah he has rules but his model isn't sold
Yeah
Ah okay, I'd remembered seeing his rules but not looked for his model before
if hes still in the codex when that comes out then he could be back with a model this edition
Y'know honestly my favorite Animatrix short is this:
Only the most exceptional people became aware of the matrix
Those that learn it exists must possess a rare degree of intuition, sensitivity, and a questioning nature. However, very rarely. Some gain this wisdom through wholly different means. This man is one of those few.
All Credits belong to Warner bros.
Basically
thats a sick one
Man breaks through the Matrix through sheer force of will
im always drawn back to the one with the weird anomalous zone and the cat
dunno why
Yeah an area that was basically a glitch of the Matrix
Honestly I just really wished that the Matrix had a show
Because there are a lot of concepts that can be explored that just
Aren't
Because movies
i got the book of all the matrix comics last year
which they released for the 25th anniversary
Also the fact that the runner is implied to be the 4th neo
Due to the amount of 4's there are
He's running on the 4th track
4 dreads
Wearing the number 4
Etc.
did not clock that!
He basically broke out of the matrix twice through sheer force of will.
And may have completely broken out later on
Would've been interesting to see a prequel centered around him
Neo broke out of the matrix because he was chosen
Dan broke out through willpower, determination, and might.
its good that there was never a 4th matrix film
If you want to know my absolute favorite.
I can't decide between the ones I just talked about
Or the one where they basically put a machine through a simulation to try and teach it human thoughts
Basically turning the tables ironically
Matriculated
yeah
thats super trippy
theyre all so good
theres lots of things in Matriculated i really like
its a great finisher
Also the fact that it implies that the machines
Ironically enough
Have lost their humanity
The one thing that they fought for in the beginning
To thrive.
its also kind of like the matrix but in reverse
its really cool
thatd be a great one for a tv show, a human hideout in the surface world where theyre hunting machines
but not to kill them
I always liked the runner episode.
It shows how powerful human will can actually be at times but it's like yeah this doesn't happen hardly ever and it's almost always doomed without outside help.
It shows why people don't just break free all the time and why there are so few who have.
Yeah the man ran 8.72 seconds before collapsing.
Assuming that it's a 100 meter run
Well
The current record holder is Usian Bolt
With 9.58 seconds
The man literally ran faster than Usian Bolt before collapsing
And before his record was 8.99 seconds
He literally ran past human limits
Also to mention it further.
The red pill actually severs your connection safely
Basically due to having a spike in your fucking brain along with several another bits of machinery
Being forcefully disconnected usually kills you unless if it's safely done so firstly
But the guy literally instinctively pulled the spike out and was still alive.
And was forced back into the matrix.
GW give us mangler squigs in 40k just give us like a kit of missile parts to put on the AoS model like they're giant killer super sparklers
https://www.reddit.com/r/40kLore/comments/1hm8dzh/sanguinius_gets_got_and_people_make_a_holiday_for/
I hate 40klore
“He doesn’t because he was mean and a asshole and nobody likes him and Sanguinius was nic-“
He was loved by a ton of his brothers, revered as one of the best, his death so seen as a tragedy, he’s revered as a saint, oh and he has a fucking holiday.

Jfc nobody knows any fucking lore beyond the most basic takes.
Isn't Sanguinala even not the real name ? And Candlemass is ?
Candlemass I think is related, I can’t recall if it’s around the same time and is a part of it or not though
Sanguinala is definitely a holiday and takes after Christmas but yeah it’s
Not quite so simple
the misspelling of his name is the icing on the cake lol
speaking of
OH MY FUCKING GOD YES
What the fuck next are you gonna ask, that Imperials shoot people without asking?
I feel like the level of regardation has grown recently
I guess it’s inevitable
With the universe getting more popular
Honestly its largely because the fucking mods dont police this stuff, they very much just dont give a shit.
People have been asking for at least tags for posts to even help differentiate or avoid commonly asked questions and all they did was add a "30k" tag lol
Yeah
they only step in when uh
"Locking this post because its a new release. Message me back when you edit it."
like... no, whos gonna bother lol
There’s so much low quality shit that should get banned and while I get you can’t be perfect
Jfc the amount of bullshit that’s said
There was a post about if chapter would give dreads to the deathwatch, which is fine and a reasonable question, but then one of the most upvoted replies was Deathwatch wouldn’t know what to do with dreads and wouldn’t use them
Yeah like people joke about reddit mods being dedicated to a subreddit but these people just do nothing. Not even the dumb "ask anything threads" get this many dumb questions.
Like im sick of it but as you say its inevitable you just learn to live with it lol
