My original thought was that the hired guns that captured the party start beating them a bit, then all but like 2 of them leave to get some “information extraction equipment”, one of the guards tells the other one to leave so he can have some time alone with the prisoners for “payback” since the party killed one of his comrades. Once the other guard leaves though, the lone guard will tell the party that he wants out, since eventually once the cold trader that hires them will simply turn them over to the local commissar when they’re no longer useful, seeing as the hired guns are defector militarum. And will help the party get out somehow, as long as they help them get away from these people.

Not sure if I want him to just unlock their shackles and the cell door, or just give them their keys, how he could give the party a means to escape without himself getting caught, cause they will kill him if they find out

they've got flamers sure but they can't put a flamer on every tactical marine
