the main 3 archetypes will be a full on engineer using sevroskulls and servitors, a team based buffer who improves ally teammates weapons and armor, and a high tech gun platform

The Blitzes would be different types of Servo-Skulls:
Combat - uses a melta connected to it to fire while active
Repair - heals toughness over time to the selected target
Recon - searches the world to bring back ammo, stims, and crates

TechnoArcheaologist - Master of Servitors and Servo Skulls. Enhances any servo summons and can summon an additional one.

Enginseer - Buffing team weapons and armor, can repair toughness and activates a secondary gun for the Admech wielded by a robotic arm.

ElectroPriest - Horde Clearer and DPS machine. Improves Arc Charge buildup and allows a hyper state at full arc charge.

Arc Charge: a Unique Passive resource that is built up over time and spent on blitzes and combat abilities.

Yes. Becoming a dreadnaught is seen as a honor in most Chapters even if its usually a pretty shit fate. Dreads only differ depending on what type a Chapter has, the older it is the rarer it gets, Space Wolf dreads just get some goofy special treatment since they are a founding Chapter.

They usually see it as a "good" thing to become a dreadnaught hence the "honor" stuff, they only realise what a shitty fate it is later on in their internment until they slowly just start burning out and getting dementia among other things.
