Like some of the world building is bizarre, like here's a town, it's defended by 10 Guards (CR 1/8) and the Captain (CR1), nearby the town is a goblin camp filled with 50 Goblins (CR 1/4)

How is the town even still alive

Like I understand the idea is "Hire a party to clear the Goblin Camp" but like how has the town even survived this long with such a weak defence

It's something that bothered me so much about a lot of worldbuilding that I ended up making a character concept who's entire thing was when hired by such towns to deal with problems, would then afterwards yell at them, force them to form an adequate militia and then shout at them to dig ditches and defences.

What they should do with bots is lean into the adaptability aspect

So they’re pretty generic and easily kilkable at first, but they adapt to the tactics you use

So if you do just play really passive behind cover they will pull out the anti cover strats, but once you stop, they switch tactics

• Ultras essentially started this policy so hence why they get bigger dibs + being the base generic Chapter

There’s a theory that the Souldrinkers were originally from one of the Lost Legions

Since like they have a unique geneseed mutation no other chapter has, have a unique weapon that was a relic from their Primarch (who they originally thought was Dorn) and after being tested by the Inquisition it turns out their Geneseed doesn’t match any known sample.

on the mutation aspect of the chapter, I used to suspect their origin to be 1k sons

So the theory is they were survivors of one of the Lost Legions who were absorbed into the Imperial Fists and then split off again the codex was adopted

1k sons have very unstable geneseed though

Whereas the Soul Drinker mutation is quite stable and appears in a fairly standard way with it basically being an enhanced version of a typical space marine organ

Farsight is fighting a massive waaaagh, they manage to beat back the orks to the planet where farsight got the knife from, all the orks dying en mass on that planet causes a daemonic incursion of khornate daemons.

Farsight starts having some intrusive thoughts and visions, and he starts fighting the daemons, the FSE get pushed off of the planet and decide to ask the tau empire for help, the tau empire tells farsight to go kill himself(I’m not joking). The farsight enclave gets stuck in a 3 way war between the orks, and khornate daemons. The khornate daemons summon one of the arks of omen, normal chaos followers are also around now. Farsight manages to close the warp portal on the planet. FSE forces retreat and decide to let the Orks and Chaos forces kill each other.

When most legions found their primarchs, their color schemes were updated, save for the luna wolves who kept their grey armor, and the warhounds (later the world eaters) who kept their white and blue, primarily because angron couldn't give a shit and hated his own legion and everything it stood for.

It's kinda supposed to be a boring and bland color scheme, because angron quite literally couldn't be fucked to care enough about his legion to consider making them distinctive

It's very dependent and varies a lot but Greater Daemons are typically stronger than standard Daemon Princes, but Daemon Primarchs are their own thing
