Like their whole gimmick is they fortify a position and get bonuses, but the bonuses they get from fortifying puts their stats still below the of archers from other factions, except with less max range and they have to remain stationary.
Like Fusiliers get 2 shots if they fortify (Don't move) and 18" range, Lumineth archers have 24" range and can shoot twice even if they move.
and again Lumineth archers got 6" move, Fulisiers get 5" so even if they Fusiliers try to chase them and only do 1 shot each turn they're going to get outranged and avoided
Also the fact our Spearhead box doesn't have a squad of Fusiliers in it is criminal
