There was an Exterminatus order, but it got stuck in the backlog due to the adminstratum being a fuckfest and is basically lost

Along with the sheer warp presence causing even more Daemons to join in the party. With the warp presence attracting more Orks, more humans, and some random Tau thrown in there for giggles

It's basically a Daemon-Tomb-World with Orks, Tyranids, and other popular races on it.

There are still some tell tale signs as a planetary governor that I think you could use to identify one (but it depends on your lackeys being competent and not compromised).

(1) Pay attention to the content of their preachings, if they ramble on about “star father” or “families” and mention “many cousins” those are usually a tell tale sign. [Per a GSC vs Ad Mech novel]

(2) Be paranoid, if a particular sector of industry is suddenly booming from above average productivity. [To borrow from a Doctor Who episode: when nobody had taken sick leave at all, that is actually suspicious.]
