funny enough the DKOK once tried to use a nuke on a tomb world, that would have made an EMP blast, ofc they royally pissed off the PDF and they turned on the DKOK and killed them before the bomb could be delivered

so we have no idea what level of effect the nuke or its resulting EMP wave would have had

Depends on what the author wants but IRL nukes emp can be hardened against pretty easily if you're willing to pay for it.

I can't imagine Necrons didn't run into that issue and counter it, if it would even apply to Necrodermis.
