i mean
lol

small sacrifice needs to be made ig
its a huge universe over a long span of time
servitors are completely unecessary realistically lol
i will be more weirded out if there isnt straight travesty
the only ethical servitors are vatgrown except
"free range" humans are way cheaper lol
Also things like mechanicus ships and space marine cruisers show this more with them being 90% automated
and isnt the premise of story is that imperium everything the Emperor envision not to be
old and decaying
Uh not really
the Emperor was also awful
Well, he would certianly hate it in its current state
only due to religion
but servitors already existied during 30k
lol
YEP
Religon is the real
for him though
To like to cut it short, the only difference between 30k and 40k Imperium is they had billions more space marines, more focused military power, and no religion.
Otherwise they were just as awful.
and the fact the imperium is decaying and dying
They treated slaves slightly better
đ¤
come on
this is commented on by Gulliman
40k is advertised to be grimdark
regarding how menials are treated in 40k lmao
Yeah its goated
I love it lol
yeah
my favorite faction shoved a bunch of POWs into a volcano
KEK

" to do good, you gotta do a little unnecessary and crude and crass travesty that is completely a shock inducer" a great man once said
i mean, understandable ?
no, because they did it explicitly for the reason to cause morale damage lol
And they did a funny death march
well, i will deem that to be appropirate

if the mission is at hand, no cost is too great
I don't think you should throw people into volcanos smh
i mean
worse things has happened
i will be more surprised they didnt
so many possiblities for warcrimes
imagination is the only limitation
The thing specifically is based on the Bataan Death March lol
and its pretty explictly inspired lol
well so far from what i observed, 40k in hopes of creating iconic reference will somehow fit their lore into, but a bastardized verison of it
Cadian child soldiers being an option in 9e will never not be funny to me
people saying GW wouldn't have the balls to make modern white shield rules
was even funnier after that
sounds realistic
there is no limitation for warfare
most of times not for efficency but just out of desperations
Oh its not desperation
Whiteshields were an upgrade to conscripts lol
they'd follow orders better + shoot better + had better morale but had worse melee + couldn't be assigned comissars
they had better shooting and would always recieve orders
the issue was melee which
lol
the most efficient way to use them was to tar pit your opponent and drown them in bodies
oh
didn't matter if they didn't kill anything
waste of resources
bcs the enemy would have to kill 30 wounds worth of minis
it was worth it on the tabletop
in lore Whiteshields usually just get kept in the back and told to shoot
its called a meatshield
Which is a stunning example of Cadian's not being pieces of shit
funny the line gets drawn at telling their kids to go out and die infront of their parents
and if you think wasting 30 guardsman to slow the enemies advance a bit is a waste, then you dont know guardsman
yeah lol
Oh LMAO
save money for a family burial
I do find it funny we did get a named whiteshield
but she was 18 and just hadn't been transfered out yet
best quote about them is
"Children you call them? They can pull a trigger just as well as veterans, and they have the spirit of a bull narthax. Call them children if you wish - I call them troops. Good troops."
đ
put them kids to work, while i sit back with popcorns
I still canât believe GW made a modern 40k book with child soldiers lol
i also heard about the abdnomations
Abominations?
where daemons hatch ouf of pregnant woman ?
Oh that
i forgot the term
Those are a failed chaos experiment
To make space marines faster
Itâs like
Not even in my top 5 most fucked up things that could happen to a normal human in the setting lol
Because all 5 belong to the drukhari
where there are human farms from ork's doing
nothing, just pointing it out
Ah
thats not too bad ?
Yeah that one doesnât have much lore
And compared to what the drukhari do no
Dark eldar are like
i know they torture for fun
Comically evil
for survivial
They also just do it for fun
My favorite part of drukhari lore is that they have to be taught to love tormenting things from birth
and they dont like it originally
They arenât inherently evil
because they arent inherently evil
^
which makes it worse lol
well
Itâs a cultural
whats point of them doing it? to satisfy slaneesh?
To refill their souls
They hate slaanesh
Torturing people and causing terror/agony literally refills their souls
eldar on eldar
Not other drukhari, they need someone from a craftworld or an exodite
Because they arenât normalized to drukhari torture being on the receiving end lol
And eldar feel emotions stronger then any other species
Wdym pause lol
Lol
But most drukhari are vatgrown
Naturally born drukhari children are referred to as true born
And simultaneously spoiled by their parents and horribly abused
why?
Because culture, tradition, they want their child to be ready for the world
Theyâre born into an elevated position just by virtue of being true born
Almost no matter where they end up theyâll be of a higher social class then any vat grown
Only once you get to the higher ranks of Kabals, Wych cults or Haemonculi covens
Does it stop mattering
Their power is wealth
Yeah
Well they are way better trained
And have better equipment
Better combat drugs, Ect.
Long as youâre okay with murder and torture yeah lol
Not like most rich drukhari care about death
They have deals to have a haemonculi revive them
haemonculi?
Drukhari scientists/doctors
tech priest dark eldar edition?
Also the most evil dark eldar
Like itâs not even close
Thereâs a haemonculi who turned his master into sentient soup with his nervous system intact
And then served him to a bunch of other drukhari
They make a new body and drag the soul out of the warp into the new one
Standard policy is 3 days maximum
Until a revival is no longer done
insurance money goes crazy
They just need a single spec of flesh to make it work
bro
Though larger chunks are appreciated
sounds like a pretty good revenge ideas
Oh some drukhari have their rivals revived just to kill/torture them again
soul and consciouness isnt the same thing?

like necrons
Necrons are an exception to the rule really
i heard of a revenge tale where the mc farm kills, farm each generation until they reproduced
no
so he kills them whenever they have a kid
and then kill the parents, and like the kids live , and kill the kid when they have offsprintgs
infinite kill count hack
Oh
Yes
does this apply to all races?
Everyone we know of except the Necrons because they got their souls separated from their mind
Oh also AIs I guess
So technically could the same for Big E?
or big e can resist it and also no vessal is suitable for his soul?
If big E lets up for a single terra is exploding into a new eye of terror
Because of the hole in the human webway project
damn
Weak soul means it gets torn apart by the warp instantly
Strong soul means at best you die horribly again to daemons
Or you get tortured for all of eternity by a daemon
To eat their souls
is it to enslave them ?
they got buffed? \
The Câtan?
Or Necrons
The answer to both is yes
The only real loss was decision making for necron warriors
And also like
Their personalities for immortals and deathmarks
Lychguard and up are where sapiance starts to be properly retained
no idea what are you talking about lol
can we say with definitive proof , the old ones are stronger than c tan?
Uhhh before the power boost yeah
Theyâre ranks of Necrons
ohh
and we cant say for sure the power difference between a chaos gods and old ones?
as they are in different planes, too little lore ?
The big 4 Chaos gods canât fully manifest in real space
Hell some of the really big minor gods like the Raptor God probably canât
A chaos god fully manifesting in real space would literally end the setting
i just wonder
why did the old ones or any races really didnt just to attempt to create their own chao entity
like what Big E has accomplished ,but intentionals
eldar
did it
Because big E isnât a chaos entity
The eldar empire had their own gods that they could summon to real space at the height of their power
Before they degenerated
the dark king doesnt count?
The dark king doesnât really
Never fully manifested
Even if Samus is a daemon of the dark king
The dark king never was born
Chaos gods also arenât benevolent
can i interpret chaos gods arent benevolent not simply that they are evil, enjoy doing it but the representation how the " CHAOTIC" and unregulation of emotions and thoughts is determental to animated subjects in the material plane?
same way how fate is disruptive
They do infact enjoy doing it is the thing though
They are chaotic and self contradictory
But they are like evil
ummm
Something wrong?
just to be clear, there are other warp entities than just the chaos gods right?
Yes
got it thank you for participating in the convo, mind i add you to talk about more in the future?
Hey wasnât there lore about Excalibur in 40k?
I might be thinking of something else
My favorite thing about the inquisition is one of the sects of belief
In the grim darkness of the future where there is only war, that sect wants MORE WAR
Yeah.
We gotta grease the gears of war with a bit of innocent blood

I doubt blood is a very good lubricant actually
Tell that to the mechanicus
đ˘ď¸
when blood coagulates it turns into a solid, and it tends to do it fairly quickly
so blood would be terrible for a lubricant
did you just say the hit game gears of war?

I mean, the imperium as a whole seem to have a hard on for war rivalling that of orks
Which is a given when you believe everything belongs to you and everyone else is a squatter
"Life is eternal warfare" is one of the hallmarks of fascism.
^
plus the imperium has spent the past 10k years in a state of constant war
they long ago lost any reason to fight and only fight because it is all they know
The machine spirit craves blood
This isnât necessarily 40K related, but do yâall got any good inside jokes that sound/look weird from the outside?
Bonus points if it makes you look insane
Oh so thatâs like on gift cards or something?
well
at this point the Imperium has to keep fighting because it is also constantly under attack
but that's a situation of their own creation
(with the exceptions of existential threats like the necrons and tyranids)
blowing it up
Wait really? What beacon?
Pharos
I thought it was just the astronomican acting like a lighthouse
iirc Horus was using the Pharos to teleport large groups of his forces so the ultramarines bleww it up
the same planet became the homeworld for the ultramarine successor chapter of Scythes of the Emperor and was then overrun by tyranids iirc
they beelined there to nom it up
said explosion drew the attention of the hivemind and the rest is history
But wait, wasnât the Pharos somewhat active still for cawl to investigate and interface with it?
Post ânids
it cant be used to teleport across the galaxy anymore afaik
can't really recall what happened at the end of The Great Work tbh
Cawl destroyed it by removing its ctan shard
And teleporting it to a super dense sun iirc
ah right
they happen but haven't had any limelight in years
Ynnari book with the dumb eldar GSC
Xenos GSC Is a cool concept
didn't know about that one tbh, never read the gathering storm/ynnari books
but Orks have had some but they're deemed un orky so they get smacked about pretty early
Even if they act the orkiest orks are so psychically attuned with one another that they can tell which one is an imposter
Amogus
an ork galaxy would be the best outcome for 40k change my mind
They'd fight each other until they became too dumb to make complex equipment
i believe they'd fight until one grand warboss appears
more powerful than the emperor
I'm pretty sure he'd be degenerated by that point đ
the emperor or the warboss?
Yes
i wish the emperor be dead by that point
but orks only get stronger the more there are
as opposed to the shitty imperium which only gets weaker
Oh yeah, but the fact that they fight each other led to their degeneration from Krork to Ork
i dont think that's ever stated
I'm pretty sure it's how they devolved
No it's the fact that they lacked enemies to fight and the eldar literally used orbital bombardment
They were pretty united up to that point until they were you know obliterated and became reduced to that
Interesting
they only get stronger by fighting eachother i love it
I didn't know about an Eldar bombardment doing the Krorks in
It's not really just bombardment it's just that eldar basically cheat in fighting them making it you know not useful for them to evolve
Okay I'm a bit confused by that last sentence; what do you mean exactly by making it not useful for them to evolve?
I love it
Think of them fighting as exercising
They grow bigger because of it even though they can just you know grow normally, fighting makes the process quicker but they need a positive emotional response for the effects to apply, that's why orks that have fun in a fight output stronger WAAAAAGGHHH energy
So imagine if your opponent is a sneaky little b**** that doesn't allow you to hit them the fun way
They will not gain any benefits from that type of fight
Right, so basically a cheat out by strategically nuking (metaphorically and somewhat literally) their command, which lead to the remnants to fight amongst themselves
Basically fighting without much effort
Probably why orks don't use nukes actually
Yeah the pointy ears basically use their god given cheats to just beat them in a non fun way 0
Also eldar GSC can also just get sniffed out right away, necrons are right out, votaan maybe, but are probably resistant
Tau tactics
Necrons can get infected?
Make it so fighting them just isnât with the effort
No
Thatâs why I said theyâre right out
Just not even worth considering
Yeah that's why orks absolutely despise fighting them unless they are bad moonz which you know it's a shootout
also back then eldar were in their peak and making webway shit like it's common lasguns
Are there any other potential GSC avenues?
I gotta say I like the idea of a tau GSC infecting other races through âdiplomacyâ
There was a cool one in one of the ânid books that was tau/mechanicus
Mechanicus GSC seems cool
With the mutations + augmetics
Dey do got da good dakka
The only way to maybe negotiate with orks is to make fighting unappealing, which is easier said then done
worked for peak humanity
the key word is saturation bombardment
make them land on a shitty death world by saying that a good fight is waiting for them there
blow it up
win
sounds very istvaan 3
But orks are unpredictable, the tau try that in a book, and the orks say âmeh, too much work, and weâve already almost beat you gitzâ
Orkstivaan incident
space marines share the same stupid mentality as orks so that's no surprise
lol true
Except way more boring
They're not that predictable once you figure out a pattern with another one you can apply it with another one
Very few Orks are interested in chatting
at least orks are allowed to have fun
They are unpredictable if you don't have experience with them
And yes most of the time it is just better to shoot them
The main thing is weâre seeing exceptional Orks
Not the basic wagghhhhss the Imperium or anyone else crushes without much issues
To be fair this was an unsanctioned water tribe effort that didnât talk to farsight who fucking understood how Orks work
All named Orks are generally speaking quite exceptional and way off the baseline
minus a few ten thousand guardsmen but that's pocket change for the imperium
Most of the time if you're going by basic orks it would be the blood axes that you're going to have trouble with
Depending but sometimes not event that
Combining both brains and brawn
You're going to have a hard time trying to figure them out
Feral Orks are very easy to deal with just hard to fully get rid of
And you have to keep on top of the problem or it grows into a real issue
But armageddon gets like new batches of orks wanting to join there right
Itâs a mix of different things yeah
Like after getting turned into a battle field by ghaz
It basically got turned into a vacation spot for Orks
Armageddon and ullanor okay so any other planet
Significantly bigger than earth
Like lore are there only two so far
I mean Armageddon is Ullanor
another cheeky lore thing
And they didnât realize the Orks would still be drawn to it
Has to be something in the deepest part of the planet right
Who knows
vulkan
But something about it draws them and yeah
Also itâs got lots of scrap and resources which they like to use
So i'm guessing the imperium just like accepted it as it is and they just fight over the world
Mostly theyâre not aware
Just that the Orks go after it
There is an element too of, itâs a well prepared planet which has a very effective guard and other elements attached to it
good training for the steel legion
So if theyâre gonna fight massive Waggghhs itâs a good spot
Also itâs still a valuable world despite its many issues
They can still help the imperium even though it's literally a vacation spot of one of the most dangerous enemies around?
I'm impressed
Sigismund watching Dorn walk up to a block of stone in a parapet and slam his fist âhis imperial fistâ right into it
Canât get over that shit bro
@queen laurel what do you think orks listen to while bashing heads in and having a good time?
âGirls just wanna have funâ
loud engine noises (shuffled, on repeat)
Something along the lines of doom eternal or rock and roll
And heavy metal or anything loud really
actually is there a metal version of this?
boom explosion noises
Thatâs mechanicus
Or maybe Meks
I just have an intense craving for 40K âorkcoreâ music rn
Iâve got most âofficialâ Ork songs
I love shootas blood and teef
Canât wait for speed freeks
it's orks
they legit love loud gun noises
and explosions
and loud engines
and screaming
oh boy they love screaming
Not as much as dark eldar
Itâs worth remembering that the three wars for it were spaced out by quite a bit of time each
True, mechanicus is sampling engine noises in a church and making hymnals out of it
(Guillame David)
Orks is just making engine noises
I just canât find metal that feels âOrkyâ
I don't have an anecdote for today..
But mostly looking to do some "catch up" with some lore topics we haven't discussed in the past.
To any scriers available this afternoon; today's topic is of the Navy.
I do have the questions sectionalized, so (hopefully) they won't be too vague.
First question: Was the Navy created during the "Great Crusade" or before that?
I'd say before Technically
I've got a REALLY bad one
I'm the oldest one in my friendship group
the rest of them are 18/19
while I'm 21
so a common joke is to call me a nonce
obviously I'm not, they know that and I know that but a couple of times my friends have said it when I'm not there with other people and my friends have had to very quickly explain the joke.
I don't have friends
But they grew larger in size when re-exploring the greater reaches of Space?
The imperial army and navy was created during The Great Crusade
I don't know if I get bonus points for it possibly causing me to be wrongfully arrested
as soon as the Imperium folded Saturn into its fold + got Mars to start building ships
The early Imperial Navy was primarily Saturnine's
This is also where the Solar Auxilia come from they're based on Saturnine hoplites
they're also a Saturnine thing
Second question: Just like the Militarum, what's the pecking order of the Navy?
Admiral is one fleet/a collection of battle groups
Technically if you wanna be specific the navy was the Imperial Army back then
Third question: Due to the whole "unity will lead to heresy", are the Navy also in regiments?
It became the navy after the heresy
They form fleets
It varies by area they patrol and guard
Hmmm, mmmh
Sidenote: for the cream of the crop, in both Militarum and Navy. Do the Highest lords stay stationed on earth. Like the high Lord of the inquisition?
How theyâre âraisedâ can be very different, some captains spend their whole lives in the void on ships
There is a naval high lord who tends to reside on Terra
Although theyâd probably have their flagship there with the Battlefleet Solar
Hmm
And likely would also patrol Sol in general
Hmm, mmh
Generally admirals and captains come from naval command families
Which probably have holdings on a homeworld of their family or multiple worlds
Abelard is a good example of this
doesn't have void master
which would be in the warrant officer category
Fourth question: Like the Militarum, does the navy use the same method of recruitment? Like tithes, "volunteered", etc. or is there a separate process?
they pressgang people
for menials
I also don't believe that voidsmen and armsmen are a seperate rank
fair enough
apparently there's a lot of families that say on ships
considering they're the size of a small cities
All ships arenât gonna have the same ranks too
yeah that also
yeah exactly
Rogue Trader ships arenât the norm
Ships are self repleneshing
Imperial Navy would though I'm pretty sure
Probably Iâm not certain
Hmmm, so like the fleet ships are their own hive cities in a sense?
not quite a hive city
they're closer in size to our modern cities
larger ones maybe
Oooh,
So in a sense they've seen planets and stars, but never EVER touched the ground?
Yes, most of the residents
I remember hearing about a 40k novel about when a ship got destroyed in combat and lost most of it's functions. The ratings and slaves who worked on it just got left behind and lived on the drifting hulk for years and years.
It's gravity functioned (although I think it flipped upside down) air production all of that
reactor too
food
but it was just drifting in space full of people who had no idea where they were
pretty interesting premise
Hmm, ok
Fifth question: Though I clearly see the picture presented in front of me. What is the full battleship classification for the Navy. Also what is the biggest known battleship and which among all the battleships is the coolest?
Emperor class is typically the biggest for ships
Some Glorianas exist but
Mostly they belong to chapters and we donât see them much, iirc thereâs one mentioned that the Battlefleet Solar had but we donât see it
by class, emperor and retribution
and that's largest ship the imperium can make right
Phalanx is the largest
Macragge's honour
Or Rock
Rock isn't a ship
It is
that's a space station
They still make these?
it's built on the remain of caliban
Both of them are ships which fly
the rock can't move
And enter the warp by themselves
well
Yes it can
The whole point of the rock is that it's where caliban used to be
Sidenote: which battleship can be used in space and planet atmospheric space?
They donât so yeah Emperor class is the largest that they make consistently
I think escourt ships can enter the atmosphere
Yeah I was starting to forget the details but at least I remembered that
Although they probably could make bigger ones but Imperial Naval doctrine has evolved a lot
they're still about a kilometer long
Sidenote #2: all the ships can carry smaller ships (like jets and such)
Astartes ships are more based around being tanks, getting close and boarding with torpedoes/Thunderhawks or cracking the shields and teleporting marines on.
Yes
Some much more than others but they all have hangers
Hmmm, mmmh
also the proper aircraft they have is pretty big
Yeah the basic fighter is about the size of an Imperator Titan
No?
Yes
where do you get that
the only thing I've found on the size of these aircraft is on the fandom (so questionable legitimacy) and says it's 40-70 meters long
which yeah is the size of imperator titans
huh
second time I've been wrong now
: (
Question 6: So the Navy, (in blunt terms), is the "Soccer Mom" for the Militarum in terms of transportation. So what battleships can be used for Ariel bombardment (like artillery but in the air) and between the Militarum and the Navy which regiment is most compatible in terms of cohesive combat
Maybe I mixed up the height of imperators in feet and meters
Seppuku time
so you're telling me the fighters we sent are very massive as well in battelfeet gothic
someone tell that to the battlefleet gothic devs
those supposed to be tiny things
in 1 they were
And have each other like
tried them in 2 and yeah they weren't great
Basically almost any navy ship that has enough firepower
Yep
I love playing 2, getting the enemies' shield down and then jump dumping a fuck ton of marines on them
not really, most imperial navy ships where way tankier
yeah the space marine ships where fast
hitting that last ship with a ram and killing it is the best
the navy ones where tanks
and in 2 the admech ships where....idfk
but stronger armour
glass cannons
which per the game's balancing meant nothing sadly
yup
navy ships look cooler anyway
and the fact they could never mutiny
big up john blanche
oh yeah
because COMMISSAR, DO YOUR DUTY
bolt round size explosion
All good đ
the funny big red button
Sidenote: does the Navy have their own military police?
They like commissars?
one of the best cinematics in the games
agreed
Oh,
The enforcers on ships are sometimes also just calls enforcers
song feels very lore accurate
They exist to uh, motivate the lower levels to not try anything
yeah but i like the voidsmen at arms name better :P
It do be
which do you prefer
Sidenote #2 just to rephrase the 6th question. In terms of battle cohesion. Which Militarum regiment and Navy fleet got each other like:
well they are Men in Void, also they got arms
đŤ˛
Not quite
the Navy personel mostly comes from nobility
how about i tear off yours
Elucidian Starstrider voids men or Imperial Navy Breacher voidsmen
đŤą
they are very proud and arrogant most of the time
which has the better model
They also care more about the ship than the men on the ground
The idea is none
Theyâre meant to be separate entities without ties
So like a superiority complex?
Yep
they are literally just 1600s navy officers in space lol
Hmm, mmmh
Shame that superiority complex won't save them from ork pirates
this is THE core inspiration yeah
or some daemon
Often times officers will have their families on their ships and their kids will take over their role eventually
they even keep shit like how anyone from the lower decks cannot be seen with navy personel, and that its unheard of
same as how in the old times if a british navy captain sat and ate with the crew people would go "WHAT THE FUCK"
yeah because back then the sailers where seen as sub-human
which I really like
Still are
true
I'm pretty tempted to do a 40k navy landing party army
Imagine choosing to sail the sea
Me when man-overboard
Sidenote #3: can a battleship like sail on water, (like dock on a water planet or huge body of water), and be technically called an actual navy ship...
throw the children off less weight to deal with
It would be a bad day for that planet and that ship
Oh
If they crash land itâs a huge effort if not impossible to get them out of atmosphere again
An actual aquatic Navy is a thing
It's just that naval battles aren't really explored
Like submarines and you know boats are a thing
Theyâve built in the void and in the void they remain
Hmmm, mmmh
I do remember that one artwork from one of the RPGs where they show a naval ship and the artist literally drew it like a voidship but its just inverted because of the prow lmao
id go get it but my scenery artwork folder is too big and im lazy
I could see it tbf, emulating the naval ships.
the artist probably thought it looked close enough
Their design is pretty blatantly already emulating our naval warfare
To be fair warhammer space combat is literally just submarine combat but fancier
you're blatant
Question 7: I relatively remember this from the last conversation, but during the heresy boogaloo... What caused the Imperial army as a whole to be completely split up?
Because navies belonged to crusade groups
So that they don't have an access to an army
who when going traitor also got the navy forces to join them
it was too strong. it got split up into parts that can individually be crushed if they rebell on their own
Hmmm, mmmh
40k authors when I tell them space is three dimensional
Sidenote: does this "Cicatrix Maledictim" caused anything to damage the navy?
I WAS RESISTING MAKING THAT JOKE
It literally split the galaxy in half
đ
so a lot of things got caught in its way
Oh
navy has nebulous strength
its not really strength
The random alien from like 1 billion light years away wondering why suddenly this part of their space is very wobbly and weird
authors will just pull out more ships out of their ass
its more that its a wobbly straight line
its not like it was activley targetting voidships
also this
whenever people especially ask for naval ship counts
lmao
we rarely even get consistent ship classes
i keep finding random ass ship classes
Eighth and final question: what is the battleship classification for the Mourningstar?
Firestorm cruiser iirc
not just ships but literally anything that has a finite amount in the imperium
nerd
they'll always act like every loss is super bad
of course
yaaaawn
a cannon that shoots bullet that turns the entire area around it into a supernova explosion?
yeah we have that like the basement or something
didnt the ultramarines only survive the first tyranid war by blowing up a battlebardge in the center of the hivefleet?
nerd
If you squint you can see it

dilara the ship nerd
AAAAA
uummm it's actually a sword class daedalus ass ripper
Thanks

my foot is gonna rip your ass from how deep im gonna shove it in there

that's what she said?

she literally just said it
That's all I have for now, thank you again
you know me just had to drop a piano on you when the chance is there
40k authors when I tell them space is three dimensional

you made that joke already eternal
okay but hes right again
every book is like
OH NO
WE GOT NOWHERE TO GO
ONLY ALL DIRECTIONS
fucking morons

have they tried you know driving down like a submarine
I'm surprised they don't try to make do creative attack routes like for example the tyranids literally went under the Milky Way
do orks have laws
I'll catch you guys over the weekend, where I'll retaste the update again and have something big planned for later
Not really?
no
Discord was being dumb and double posted
But it still works
rules are there given by bosses
suuuure
The rule is you get krumped
But other than that they can basically do anything they want small assets you know fun
the rule is you give me your lunch money
If you want rulebreakers storm boys would be it
For example they clean their shoes in public
i want my lawyer ork
not to be confused with Yiff
Hey being a storm boy is sick
its so tiny
ngl i can see why the frigates where classed as escort ships in battlefleet gothic
oh Dilifa do storm cast age
how long do they live
ayo?
ight sick
do they have women
Yes?
like custodes do
yes
the requirements to become a stormcast are you fought against chaos to the end
either way you get picked by sigmar and given the option to become one or not
then you get reforged
what happens to people who dont fight to the end
I mean you just die and your soul goes to shyish
is that a good place
so better than dying in 40k
so no
all things considered
you should be fine
unless Nagash is feeling extra petty/you did something to piss him off
that's cool
Then you might get turned into a nighthaunt
but what if legion of the damned?
Legion of the damned don't exist in Age of Sigmar smh
also they're pretty much just daemons imperial editionâ˘ď¸
true my B
considering their weapons act like daemons
Hmm, be a lot cooler if he picked the people who didnât lose
Smh
they manifest like daemons
i mean if you are a awesome hero sigmar can also just steal you from nagash
Devotion, bravery, sacrifice, death
Tbf Sigmar is stealing from nagash in general
Fuck him
i too would honestly take his bones for my own use

i mean they can
do orks eat
like they can make something like rice fungi
do they need to eat
yes
they can photosynthesize to survive longer than average but they need to eat
do they eat humans
yes
whole or do they chew
chew
does it hurt
the sound of crunching bones are fun
Even the smallest ork in a tribe would survive a hit that would cave in a human head
do you believe 40k has a space marine faction?
they would chew through your bones
What
Like it's ******* crackers
40k has 40k?
do orks need to breathe
no fuck
40k has war?
so their ships are airtight?
no
yeah
yeah they are
I mean, Does 40k has a space marine problem?
Star Wars has Jedi?
Not the best but yeah
just prone to "accidents"
So and so
they are around because they sell
its like jedi with star wars
can orks believe that they can breathe in space
no
the constant push of space marine content
Again, money.
why
And by accidents I mean getting the side of the ship obliterated because Bognob Dicklickka decided to fire his gun in the wrong room
how does it work then
so their guns only work when they believe in them
think of it as bending a bar the more orks do it the more they can bend it
But it needs a medium to work off of
.....fuck
for example paint
their basic instincs tells them they can't breath in space so no way they can get to beleive that as stupid as they are
Orks are reality lube
You actually need to apply paint to make your vehicle faster for example
yeah they just you know massage it a bit they don't bend it
like a gun that is very shoddily put together with somehow work
so their machinery actually works?
But a stick firing a laser isn't going to happen
Okay speaker
Its a really shitty gun
its the entire reason why they have Meks
but yes its a gun
yes that's why they have literal mechanics and literal doctors because they still need to do it
That content is paying for everything else and for risky choices
Ork reality lube makes it work as a perfectly functoning gun
i thought meks only worked because waaagh energy
no a human can use ork tech
stop laughing at me
yarrick was thing man

like you can literally fill in the missing pieces for the guns and it will work fine
it would fire twice before exploding but because of their psychic field it can fire 10 time instead so it works from the get go technically
Then it funnels back to space marine models and books
i thought that was because orks believed he was unkillable
no he just got the thing added extra parts to make it work
ork guns 'shouldnt work' because theyre crude and made of scrap
Not really
yo mama
Space marines fund a lot of other stuff for 40k
