Thats the image for your colours you can change for your helmet. It seems the red visor colour the player has equipped at the time is not there. You later get to see a green reiver that still has his green lenses even though it looks strange. Granted i could just be missing something. But from what i see, there is no visor customization.

The factors for moving up the chain of command is immense. You would need to do account almost every kind of thing you'd need in the real world and make it more grimdark and unfair.
