Kid who pressed on the nuke button
I want to be a bird so therefore, genocide
Dammit Eren
This is what happens when you don’t ground your moral axioms kids
eren was literally hitler
I like how people act like he had some deep motivation when it literally was just "Everyone should die" lmao
eren was literally hitler with titans
he was the evil version of hitler
Bro told hitler in the future to write Mein Kamf
He was fucked in the head man
Tbf with Eren too his whole personality is kinda a time paradox
Sorta the problem with being able to converse with your future self
I mean it's basically a parallel for how oppression breeds oppression
genocide leads to more genocide
Maybe just one genocide
🇮🇱
man what a cool flag
completely unrelated to our current topic
how'd that get there
Yeah I think we might want to stop here

hitler can have a little genocide. as a treat
I will always enjoy how well thought out the AoT story was even if the ending wasn’t perfect
i haven't finished it
considering how few people are talking about the ending
I'm guessing it was mediocre
It wasn't the worse
do they fuck?
I wish there was more at the end but it fits with the general vibe
Eren never gets laid
Just fine like eternal said
and you wonder why he convinced his past/future self to commit genocide
Very abrupt
“Thank you for becoming a mass murderer for our sakes”
💀
Bro what the fuck
So happy they fixed it
I'm going to be honest after receiving the colossal titan he basically became better
EREBUS?
What becoming a WMD does to a motherfucker
Hey he's a walking nuclear bomb now i say you can use that for something
Genocide but hey still a use for something
Still more useful than Bertolololol
If Eren's hitler, Armin was Oppenheimer
I still do not know how you spell his name
No one does
I just call him Bert
Or how to say it
Wdym he outlived sasha
Not the highest bar
😔
I still get chills watching the reveal
I kind of figured out Reiner
Cause hair
But man, I did not expect what it was
Shame his titan became obsolete
That armor is not going to save him from armor piercing tank shells
I got confused with the guy that survived the beast titan
Or literally the hardening ability
Reiner truly is the unluckiest motherfucker ever
He’s the only armor titan that had to deal with actual armored piercing shit
Yeah watching him walkthrough cannon fire was fun but when they develop thunder spears
only see it once
Can you imagine him just going through the memories of all the chads before him kicking everyone’s ass because they’re literally invincible
gets dunked on immediately
It was so over
It's the way it contains the user that limited it
If it was actually in the main body i think it would have done better
i suppose it was immobile
i think it can carry the user
but it's safer not to be in the body
She also had no real combat experience
Which was kinda the point
No endurance
Eren was just way beyond them in training and endurance
Eren was autistic and his special interest was genocide
One thing I really appreciated about the series too was, at no point are titans any less dangerous really
They get better stuff to deal with them but they’re still just as dangerous
air dropped armoured and beast titan
a titan turned into a tank
and eren plays collect them all with titan abilities
It also made sense how the use of Eldians like that would keep the fires of racism for Eldians stoked
Cause it’s horrifying
interestingly the only reason they're kept alive
i remember in other countries they did genocide the eldians
also I'm pretty sure the "true eldians" ethnically are the nobles of paradis island
since it's shown that the children of ymir were the descendants of ymir herself
who were the only people who could becomes titans (and be controlled by the founding titan)
but ymir was a slave who the original eldians captured
and those eldians I imagine didn't "breed" with the children of ymir
sp the nobles aren't affected by the founding titan's control
attack on titan lore jumpscare
How many orks would it take to drive titans to extinction
"these gits is just big 'umies, krump em boys"
Like the Knights thingy ?
Unless orks can advance fast enough probably never
My money's on the orks
Ohh GSC are getting a Brood Brothers Detatchment
Wait
"However, Brood Brother units can now only be taken in this specific Detachment."
Damn you GW
Damn you for being lame
So they've made a detachment that buffs Brood Brothers, then locked Brood Brother exclusively to that detachment
I don't think they've done this for any other detachments in any other Codex's
At this point, I almost feel people should just make their own codices for homebrew games
Why do I suddenly have a looming dread that they're going to do something similarly dumb with Scions when the Militarum codex comes out
Yeah this is super stupid
Its terrible
Its so terrible
Makes me glad I didnt buy any GSC, even if my crusaders are no useless
(just got them this month and kitbashed them from arbites)
poor GSC lol
guard are probably happy they are getting their codex last at this point
I see literally no reason
why they did this
and don't say its for balance
because it def isn't lol
They just suck at their jobs
Broodbros have always been meme tier
Welp
homebrew it is
just go with the old index rule of 25% of the army can be brood bros
I see no reason to stop anyone from doing this in a casual game
dO u uSe lEgEnDs?
or even in a competetive game but TO's prolly won't allow it
yes I do

even though I enjoy comp play the most
I do actually use legends 4fun and for Crusade lol
People who don't use legends in casual play are cowards
I will eat their minatures
They aren't
half naked blue men aren't legends
they just really suck this edition
I was shocked
they were pretty good in both 8e and 9e(by the end of it)
Yeaaaaa
I literally just got a bunch of proxy Crusaders and Death Cult Assassins
And they're gone
so like, electro-priests are a full on separate sect within the admech right?
They’re still part of the general orthodoxy, they just worship the motive force above all
They’re the most prominent side group
so a sect
Yes
And no not all of them are half naked and blue
The mostly naked thing is usually just the youngest and most fanatical
The named character dude from the rogue trader killteam is legends
there was a rogue trader killteam?
i thought the rogue traders had become purly a purview of the rpgs
Like damn, some really cool models
GW has made like 3 minis total for them starting from 8e. 2 for blackstone fortress and 1 for killteam
i love the old dude with the pistol/shotgun and the brute with the mini gun
I love the Assassin and the Doc
I love the voidsmen and the assassin
the voidsmen are the ones with the white helmets i assume
Yea the three trooper guys and the old guy with the autocannon
kill team and necromunda basically style on all of GWs other products
ah i was expecting that to be the arch-militant but i guess that would basically just be the captain of the voidsmen
thats my opinon
I think the guy with the shotgun and pistol might be Archmilitant
yeah would make sense
Yeah he’s the archmillitant
True, only shame is some of the best Munda models are in Resin
nightmare fuel
He’s “cured” the magos said so smh
This suppose to be scary? Ulgo kill it easy
I'm in the second Word Bearers book rn and the way reynolds writes dark eldar as horror instead of xenos enemy is so good
same thing with how he shows possessed
swapping to a human civilian perspective and just being like fuck man this is fucking horrifying
Or when a word bearer grabs an imperial civilian praying for salvation and goes NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE YOUR EMPEROR FUCKING SUCKS FUCK YOU and crushes their skull
I LOVE BAD GUYS
Me at my local christians
I MEAN UH-

One time I was at a church service and unironically had a religious vision burned into my head during it and I immediately went into a pursuit of religious knowledge and tacked a religious studies minor onto my degree back at uni, I should start a cult
Yeah I remember the time Lorgar fed that one disabled kid LSD and the Word Bearers surrounded her
he got the reference let's go
LETS GOOO

It actually cured her disability
Started writing my book
Realized while I have golden handcuffs in my current soul crushing teaching job I need to supplement my life with nerd shit
took the despoiler 13 black crusades to kill one planet of humans. couldnt even figure out how to use the blackstone fortress, had to crash it into the planet.
Get outta here with your grimdank casual misinformation
Now that's an idea
Only the 13th one was aimed at Cadia
stop getting your lore from memes

But Dilara, then I'd have to gulp read.

N O
The Karaz Ankor has fallen, millions must grudge

haters will cite my misinformation. true patriots will blindly agree
a what now
I have fallen
Millions can't get up
This rocks
Blindly agree with this Patriot
Guys do you think the military industrial complex could win 40k?
I was making a dumb but valid
I'm playing rogue trader again
I kinda rushed through it the first time so I'm realizing it felt a lot smaller then lol
I like it more than either of the pathfinder games
i was not in it for the city building or army management mini games but they are annoyingly integrated into the whole experience which really ruined them for me
both games I grade the intro/prologue missions S+
and then they fall off a cliff
At least rogue traders gimmick is ship combat which is a lot simpler and actually somewhat similar to the way the rest of the game plays
just my opinion but I actually had fun with ship combat unlike the their other 2 games
I couldnt be bothered to play much kingmaker
I enjoyed Wrath a good bit doe
The outfits in all their games frustrate me
Give me a base clothing option instead of Perma locking me to one reee
See I love the look of the city building and army building in Kingmaker and Wrath, but I hate Pathfinder (the System) with the intensity of a thousand suns
"oh boy it's time to make my character"
Sheet with 7 billion options unrolls
"What the fuck"
"oh you picked glrofinders headbash instead of Macintosh Massacre at level 8, your build is now useless for the entire game"
7 billion options, but 6.9 billion of those options are suboptimal and you will be mocked for picking
My biggest gripe with wrath was the hordes of giant demons who got to cast mirror image
Like 5e gets shit, but most of it's options just work, like you could make some insane build to do cool things, but you don't have to and could just make an average character and have fun. Whereas Pathfinder is the sort of game where being even slightly suboptimal can make you utterly useless.
Yep
5e is easy
It’s easy to put together a character
And easy to keep it from being horribly dysfunctional
Uhh in what way
The rules presented in game aren't the rules of the Rogue Trader TTRPG like at all
My main issue is the base fits overriding a ton of stuff and having no clue what 90% of the abilities do
I’m talking about how it reads terribly
In rogue trader
And it’s hard to sort shit
Oh
Fr
I hate when games do this
I thought you were talking about how they basically just made up their own rules for the RT game
they taunt you with "Endless" build diversity, only for like 3 options to be usable
Well I’m not as mad about that
I still think they did a bad job designing shit tho
Lol
Tbh pathfinder does have a fuck ton of build diversity
and it also does a lot of restriction shit with the builds which I don't like.
You just need to be careful not to brick your own fucking build
5e is still well designed though
I really want to play wrath and glory, but my dm has been dead silent on what we're doing next
By nature of being near impossible to fuck up
I see them irl tomorrow so hopefully I can get an answer that isnt "we arent doing it anymore"
Like "Oh this class can't be this race" or "This subclass can't be this alignment" is something I'm not a fan of
thats what makes it a good starter ttrpg
real games say "go ahead, try to break it, we fucking dare you"
like ROR2
and if you do break it, it'll still be fun
fr
Race class shit is also lame
it should be character flavor and nothing more
I dont mind alignment as a way to organize and express a general idea of what a character fits into belief wise
And how it’s genuinely fucking worthless in a vacuum
but anything more restrictive is pointless
One of the many things I love about 5e, removing alignment restrictions from classes and removing the necessity of gods from Paladins specifically
I like the alignment chart for the virtue that a lawful evil can be 8 different very unique characters, but if you say, "he's lawful evil" I know a basic idea of what that looks like without having to go too deep in it
me believing into the power of the human spirit instead of a god
Lawful stupid
Paladins as embodiments of ideals is far more interesting than "Cleric but slightly different"
Bonk cleric also has existed since 3e lol
So the overlap was kind of
Really bad
I love being bonk cleric
Oh and the removal of the dumb restrictions like "Clerics can't use piercing weapon" and "Druids can't use metal"
You lie
Oh shit you're right
"Druids will not wear armor or use shields made of metal"
Yea I don't know anyone that follows that rule
Do god-specific things in BG3 only show up when you're a cleric
Yes
Only cleric
Y
But there's a mod which lets everyone choose a god during character creation
Because clerics are their gods call girls
It's an essential one for me

Can I semi-viably multi spec paladin and cleric
Jokes aside clerics in dnd have the closest connection to their god
Prolly not
Paladin warlock is better
Since both use charisma
Minimum difficulty it is
Granted a dnd cleric is probably more in line with my idea of a paladin
Yea be a War Cleric or something and just crush
Can I wear fancy plate armour and use cool light ability stuff
Goods
Also yes
I wanna go all Anduin
Yea War Cleric gives you heavy armour and ablities to buff your attacks
As well as the regular cleric spells
Oh neat then
I guess my perspective is skewed cus my idea of a paladin stems from WoW, and they're literally just priests with armour there
Paladins are weird in wow
No night elf Paladin

It has been years since legion blizzard
Yea in previous editions, they were basically the same but with slightly different abilities. But in 5th edition the difference is greater because Paladins are no longer to do with gods, but they're champions of certain ideals
Pull the noose tight elf
So like Redemption, Devotion, Conquest etc
There was a night elf Paladin
Smh
Oath of Conquest is juicy
Is oath of conquest the scary one
Oath of conquest is the scary one
Oath of Conquest and Oath of Vengeance are both pretty scary
The Oath of Conquest calls to paladins who seek glory in battle and the subjugation of their enemies. It isn’t enough for these paladins to establish order. They must crush the forces of chaos.
The tenets go crazy
Douse the Flame of Hope. It is not enough to merely defeat an enemy in battle. Your victory must be so overwhelming that your enemies’ will to fight is shattered forever. A blade can end a life. Fear can end an empire.
Rule with an Iron Fist. Once you have conquered, tolerate no dissent. Your word is law. Those who obey it shall be favored. Those who defy it shall be punished as an example to all who might follow.
Strength Above All. You shall rule until a stronger one arises. Then you must grow mightier and meet the challenge, or fall to your own ruin.
But Conquest is more crowd control, while Vengeance is typically big single target damage
Yeah
Morenlikeg OAF of conquest
Vengeance absolutely smashes a single target to pieces
Conquest has a lot of aoe tools
also vengeance gets misty step lmao
Me when the paladin teleports
What are oathbreakers
you somehow break your paladin oath
If you're Conquest and multiclass into a full caster you can get the Fear spell and it's a busted combo with your Aura of Conquest
and are punished for it by losing your powers(sort of)
and you gain new ones
Oathbreaker is very much an evilest option
from a gameplay pov with the spells your given
But from a role play perspective a good person can break their oath pretty easily
Because the Fear spell doesn't get saving throws each turn, it's just Frightened for 1 minute where the only action they can take is to run away. While Aura of Conquest causes their speed to become 0 and to take damage everyturn
So the creature literally just stands there for 10 turns taking damage, unable to do anything
W
A dunno. Took oath of rebirth an such. Became plague ridden paladin
I remember playing in a game where the DM tasked us with making the most broken characters possible and I ended up with a Conquest Paladin/Phoenix Sorcerer (UA) Tiefling build and it was insane
I ended up stacking so many different abilities and modifiers that whenever an enemy attacked me they'd take a minimum of 20 damage in retaliation
There was a point during a boss fight where the boss attacked me like 5 times and dealt 30 damage, then took over 120 damage in retaliation, then I got my turn and attacked him for 30 more.
lol
This, the favorite system is awful and I spent like 4 hours planning out all my builds and then forgetting everything I planned because the nothing is easily sortable out of 400 options, 200 of which are just +10 to a skill and +20 to a skill with rerolls.
Oh well, I just spammed two officers and had my arch militants take 50 actions a turn
It is amusing how underwhelming cleric is in BG3
Cleric is weird lol
its easily one of the strongest classes in the game
but also simultaniously just
like
lmao
Cleric is real strong in certain portions of the game
Or Twilight, one of the most OP subclasses ever
WotC really said "What if we made a subclass that did everything?"
Twilight and peace shouldn’t be in BG3
Tbf
Those 2 are genuinely fucking stupid
Twilight you can design around, peace cleric is ????
Twilight is just absurd
Like Martial and Heavy, Darkvision to 300ft and the ability to give all of your allies Darkvision to 300ft for an hour, plus advantage on initiative. All at lvl 1.
Then like 30ft aura at lvl 2 which can heal and end conditions
Flying as a bonus action at lvl6
Like jesus
Like the 300ft Darkvision one is the real kicker for some campaigns
Like the whole thing with Darkvision is it's got limitations, it's got a short range, it's dim light instead of bright and there's no guarantee your entire party is going to have it. But Twilight Cleric just basically negates all that
Although with dark vision I never really got why it was distance based
It's supposed to be a drawback
So like if you're trying to sneak around in the dark cave without light you can only see so far ahead
But then it's kinda moot because most darkvision range is the same or more than the range of a torch anyway
Like most darkvision is 60ft, while the light spells max range is 40ft
I remember the conversation when my DM realized I was making my rogue Sam Fisher with the stuff I was requesting from the artificer
“Yes so I want some kind of dark vision goggles”
“And when I pull them down they make a little high pitched whine”
I love the Gloomstalker Ranger ability which is just "Creatures with darkvision can't see you in the darkness"
Was Eren Yaeger justified?
No
your mother
Dude
his answer to his problem was world genocide
No
well did it work?
Sort of not really
My go to for that is always Build Murray in 5e
Build Murray is less useful at higher levels but if the campaign starts at like level 5 yeah its a tough one
Why are they traitors?
Do you mean like this?
That's Horus' mark basically
The Eye of Horus is an Imperial symbol dating back to the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy.[1]
Originally known as the Eye of Terra, the eye represented the Emperor's eternal vigilance.[2] Following the Ullanor Crusade and the elevation of Horus to Warmaster, the Emperor allowed both Horus and the Sons of Horus to take the symbol for themselves.[1...
Ohk
Its always been a blood drop but artists have mixed it up to be an eye yeah
Its cooler
GW make consistent art by speaking to each other internally challenge: Impossible

Theres no sense of normalcy in blood angel symbols
Is it the blood drop?
The wings?
Or skulls?
Sometimes its all three, or two of three or none at all.
There was a time wasnt there in 4th edition when blood angels had use white alongside gold for the colour of veterancy
Now its just gold
What's with the primarc posting?
Then 30k blood angels was like fuck it, Black is also now a colour of veterancy too with the gold
Black and gold go surprisingly well
With blood red
This is why in love blood angles
At some point of no consistent communication with one another there was a eavy metal painter painting a blood angel veteran with blood red, black and white plus gold
My takes on Warhammer become increasingly more unhinged and ass backwards the more infuriated I am
I am currently playing rouge trader and an I'm a good mood so it's my favorite rn
do chaos guard regiments recruit the same way as regular guard does? it's not really that way in darktide as they've only recently fallen in the grand scheme of things but would other, longer standing traitor regiments recruit normally?
As ever It Depends, but normally yes.
Blood Pact are probably the most detailed/explored cult group like that
^
Pre-Darktide we literally had no traitor guard exploration minus the Blood Pact
Like ever
they are prob one of the most un-explored chaos sub-groups
dilara and yohan started and stopped typing at the same time so i thought dilara changed her name to "Witchfinder Dilara (She/Her) and yohan"
LOL
Alpha legion moment
But basically yeah we just dont know much and its generally up to headcannon.
I am Alpharius.
Traitor Guard in most stories are just star wars stormtroopers but spiky
aka appear to shoot at our heroes and die
No I am alpharius
Impossible. You can't be Alpharius because I am Alpharius.
This is a lie.
This is an obvious lie.
This is an obvious lie.

Oh hey, throwback to the "Does Khorne have Psykers" debate, the Blood Pact worship Khorne and they have Psykers known as Gore Mages who use blood based psyker powers.
(alpha legion circlejerk my beloved)
(id make my first army alpha legion but gw doesnt realize not every csm is chaos infused)
I forgot what was the logic behind it
i think it was "khorne doesnt mind magic but something-something"
I legit cant be fucked to remember

magic fine, hes a chaos god
but magic leads to tzeentch, which is icky weird trickery
man i gotta google this shit hold on
Khorne doesnt necessarily hate magic, he just hates people who use "tricks" to win fights, unfair fighting, basically. If you blast lightining from a safe distance to wreck your enemies, thats horrible, chanting dark hymms as you slay your enemies to infuse your body with supernatural strenght? Thats some good stuff.
Nvm its just as dumb

Damn so that's what happened to Saul after the show ended.
Saul Chaosman, my favorite lawyer
Remember when I asked what chaos god the Phantom Theves would follow if given the choice?
The who?
Oh, never played Persona
persona...
Because I have a somewhat better question
PerSODA
WHAT A SICK JOKE
AND HE GETS TO BE A BLOOD PACT MEMBER?
If the Phantom Theves actually played table-top. What faction(s) do you think they'd play?

Did I just commit heresy?
👆
I already asked it
Man why do laspistols suck so much aaaaaaaa
in game or in lore?
In rogue trader
think zealot chat could work better for this convo
If you really want to play a gunslinger that uses mainly as well or a dual weirder there are better options
Like plasma pistols or the melta pistols
Stub revolver was good early on
One handed weapons aren't really designed too take down an opponent anyway in that game you may as well
it's mainly just there for fire support
My warhammer x persona arc is causing me suffering and I only have myself to blame
Yeah but laspistol cool
Also melta goated
I'm sorry man game makes it that bad that's bad
T'au, 100%
At least I have my long las
It is true to the RPG mostly unfortunately
It’s not very difficult to become immune to lasgun fire
Now this got me thinking what is the strongest laspistol the imperium ever made
like an actually special one that is custom upgraded and stuff\
The lantern I guess
Lasguns and up are fine
Especially the unique ones
But laspistols are just insanely bad lol
Although it was technically a DAoT kinda weapon but
the one mortarian uses?
Yeah
that's a laspistol
It’s basically a juiced up laspistol on steroids
Fires huge blasts of energy
Although for him it’s more a handheld lascannon but
We’ve seen similar things on a smaller scale, there’s a Ad Mech las weaponry expert who has miniaturized las cannons on their person
Yeah one in Brutal Cunning carried that
The Belasco Dueling Pistol is a pretty powerful Laspistol
Sanguinius’s pistol could arguably apply too
Eh nvm it’s pretty solidly described as a melta style weapon
I might be forgetting some but I think the Lantern is probably the most impressive
I need to remember where the Hell pistol drops
The one inquisition ship
Derelict one with the zombies
Wait no that’s the inferno pistol
Aka the cooler Daniel
imagine my roiling when i found out you need skill for dual wield and you couldnt go crazy gunslinger style
Nope, they'd probably agree on T'au but would have different armies
Ryuji with Orks
Morgana would probably be Ultramarines
Yusuke wouldn't be able to afford one
I could see Futaba going for AdMech/Necron
It would be hilarious if Haru had any Khorne stuff
the persuader laspistol is great for taking down stuff early game
mainly due to the dot
Ryuji is an ork player
He has the fun loving spirit of a proper ork player atleast
What makes Mona ultramarine's though?
Either because they are supposed to be the best at what they do or because they are poster boys and look good
Makes sense
Ann and yusuke are ether Eldar/Dark Eldar or Chaos
Ren is probably thousand sons
Or somekind of tzeentch army
Mokoto is definitely sister’s of battle and I will not elaborate
Former black templars
Haru is khorn
Bottom text
And akechi is using mokotos old black Templar army that she sold to him
Ether that or it's iron warriors
Thinking if he would be the type to commission someone to paint
He pays yusuke
Way more than his asking price
It's how he can buy his army's
Speaking of which what would yusuke's army be
(Reminder that given akechi Is a literal celebrity he'd probably have the funds to do that)
I'm not sure about Yusuke's army, he's a little too complex
Probably wouldn't appreciate the distorted beauty of Slaneesh
I mean, he's an artist, there's a chance that he doesn't appreciate distorted anthropomorphic images
Although I don't remember much of his Confidant route
Same here
...maybe costodies?
Like ether custodies or tau
I'm leaning towards costodies though
Ann is dunkari
I've decided she's a dark Eldar player
Because she's quite literally all about the villainess/fem fatale asthetic and the dunkari get pretty goddamm close to it
Slannesh also dose but that's way to obvious of an answer
Sumire is tau
Sumi, be free, yeah that could work
Is the motive force just electricity
Basically
Bit more than that spiritually and it’s connected to machine spirits and stuff too
He's the Goat, THE GOAT
If you consider LeBlanc as a Fortress, Imperial Fist is a pretty good choice
Going through twitter
See 40k post thats basically Tau propaganda roleplaying shit in response to some guy doing humanity fuck ya roleplay shit in response to some other post
Is bombarded with "Erm, Tau cringe?" posts and Imperium justification posts, while the other post is has alot of praise
Man I love social media
GOD ITS AWFUL
Granted, some of them seemed to be having fun with the post so whatever but JESUS CHRIST
Like i genuinely don't want to be judgemental but if a guy has a marine pfp it's immediately a red flag at this point
Like the pattern is there it's hard to not notice
Be me
Factorum worker in forge world
Fall into sheet metal stamper
Have corpse scraped off by servitor
Become rations
Praise the emperor
Also theres the whole thing with the Warhammer 40k account (I dont think its an official account) posting a meme of the two guys shaking hands and looking at the "Coomers and losers demanding diversity" then getting called out by multiple artists because that account also retweeted 40k porn before
GOD I LOVE THIS FANBASE SO MUCH
I LOVE IT HERE I LOVE IT HERE I LOVE IT HERE I LOVE IT HERE
The imperium not having an analog to the internet is the only thing keeping it from having the largest liveleak expy of any setting
I saw that too lmao
the account posting that literally posts coomer art btw
so like um

Pretty proud of him getting so big
I knew of him in a server that Im certain hes still in but doesnt talk in much anymore
In fairness my marine is red
What if the marine is green?
hates me
I'm a few screw loose in the head
You react like I say the weirdest stuff here
Now what about
Chaos space marines
then again someone unironically posted esoteric nazism stuff in one of the CSM discords so who am I kidding
Iron warrior fans be like:
Nah they're not nazis, they just like using the N and F words a lot
Imp fists vs iron warriors beef is legendary even online
I've said it in here a lot, but it was one of the greatest /tg threads ever
Crazy how the can csm legion fans are much more varied then sm fans
Not even true tbh
The main csm legions are like the main sm chapters
In terms of popularity
It’s when you get to niche stuff like random ass warband
Remember when GW pushed the crimson slaughter warband for some reason
DV box set and all that
Named character in the box even
Very odd
great box set
totally forgot I have the unique chaplain from that box on sprue
Kranon the relentless and his involvement with the Saudi government
More at 7
Idk I think literally every faction has stereotypes and the major subfactions associated with it have stereotypes
Orks being British
Tau being asian
Necrons being Egyptian
Tyranids being
Australian
I am not repeating that stupid bait post on Twitter
Oh you mean that
I don't even know what you're referring to 😭
You have to be stupid to even think that
I'm interested someone send it to me
Tyranids are Jews
Apparently
LMFAO what
I will not elaborate
Like I said bait post
They just thought that
the bugs are back
Because people will be people
Just try to ignore it
You know, the old Semitic stereotype of being a giant planet eating swarm
Anyways we should steer into a new topic

How plausible is it for workers under the mechanicus to be granted rights like they do in Forges of mars?
Big ole it depends but not likely
There’s not some chart we have for how likely this stuff is, it’s not typical but it’s not impossible or forgeworlds and Magos can all operate differently
They'll always be treated as second class compared to people born on Forge Worlds, but that doesn't mean that exeptions can't happen
Being born on a Forgeworld doesn’t really matter, they’re just gonna treat you like shit regardless
Say what you will for the Ad Mech but they really only see people as bodies mostly
If you’re a body who happens to be tied to someone powerful or better yet was found to have the aptitude to try to join the priesthood then power to you.
Blood ravens better than both.
I just like the Blood Ravens cause their games are fun, and it’s the closest we got to loyalist Thousand Sons
Depends, but it’s generally unlikely
In forges of mars, an arch magos of an explorator fleet grants them decent working conditions and basic rights after they revolt and take control of the servitors, threatening to destroy the ship
I know
Thats the same book that basically says workers having no rights is about as much of a religious creed as their other doctrines and that they should be glad they are treated as they are (aka slaves)
they also openly mention these "rights" will probably be revoked by the time they are back in imperial space.
Even the most compassionate techpriest or magos would get ousted for trying to appeal to the working class by their colleagues or worse because the admech are just awful.
True
Love in the first book of the WB omnibus when the Magos talks to literally anyone he is the most insufferable thing possible
One of my techpriests literally was branded a heretek due to trying to make factorum working conditions on a forgeworld he was at livable

The humans try to have a normal conversation with him and he responds with a wall of literal text
and they're just like dude kys
actual redditor
I think Mechanicus the game was probably the biggest display of an actually "nice" techpriest with Faustinius and even he cant extend his compassion en-masse.
"Hey Magos, why is the admech sending insane amounts of troops to fight the WB, we can handle it"
The magos trying to conceal a tombworld going on a rant about how he's contractually obligated to help humans and continues to repeat it until the general fucks off
Then the word bearers capture him and put a daemon monkey in his mech balls or whatever and turn him into a body horror killing machine
you should see the techpriest peeps in Day of Ascension tbh
"You...You have sent none of my research to Mars every time we met yearly for my appeals?"
"Yes."

Burzulem got NO CHILL.
i think what makes it worse is these kinds of interactions actually happen IRL
it legit hurt to read for me lmao
Faustinius is still cold tbh, he's just got empathy for Skitarii(who are part of the machine cult) lol
He does not give a shit about menials
Oh right yeah just like him i forgot lower class people exist
LOL
Damn. What’s a poor?
faustinius cares about members of the machine cult
Tell the cogs to turn better
same with Kehpra
lol
considering she's a Skitarii Marshal or a lower ranking priest
Man I’m excited to play as a Necron Dynasty
We we talking about my second favorite 40k book?
Literally happened to me when I told my boss a senior citizen at the retirement home I work was was literally choking on her food
Yall think the necrons will have as much sass as faustinius and the lads?
Was she the one secretly in the void dragon cult?
Yes
they had insane sass in mechanicus 1 as well
tbh
ALSO THE MERCURY LINE WAS SO GOOD
No, its faustinius's like underling
He's the one who goes insane
reading the C'tan stuff
Ah
and summoning The Sufferer
Maybe I outa replay Mechanicus again.
The Sufferer
Maybe with some idea of what I’m doing
Why he red?
If you want an idea of what peak Necron videogame interaction can be like go watch the Battlefleet Gothic 2 Necron Campaign cutscenes
"Primarch? What is that Cryptek?"
"They are humans as I understand it my Overlord. Just taller."
"Ah I see."
💀
Trayzn sure is
he appears in that too
C'tan have no real defined apperance tbh
beyond humanoid
and uh
glowy
also yeah every C'tan is unique, its why the game made its own concept ones, theres quite a few
the sufferer has a really weird ass blue aura
Oh. I guess i' just used to, green and black
everything
that's some wicked concept art tho
also at some point they wanted to do a shard of the deceiver
do not ask why his crotch is on fire
is this concept art for Mechanicus 2 or fan art?
Mech 1
I've forgotten if there ever was a c'tan shard in mech 1 lol
BFG2 is a weird game because it's great but feels somehow worse than the first game
Khepra concept art is weird lol
She looks even more like a skitarii in some of it
oh god he was gona look even older originally
fuckin gramps
lmfao
mfers really made all the ctan fanarts so zesty

mf'er looks like this lol
also mechanicus 2 is necrons agian?
Ye
THATS FUCKING AWESOME
Necron campaign as vargard lady
there's a necron campaign yeah
the Necrons got a girlboss and our guy from 1 makes a return for mechs
besides dawn of war, and ork games, is this like- the first time we played as xenos?
Vargard Nefershah
or at least necrons with a story
Mm nah you can play eldar/Tau in gladius

I mean, you can play necrons in bfg2 I believe
too many dlc
Also playing rogue trader, feels a lot better than launch
yah, I was able to finish the game this time around
Oh yeah they're one of the big campaigns
ive been too busy to play tbh
Not really
fair
i forgot how many warhamemr games there were lmao
"Primarch, Zah?"
"Their leader, great one. Like them but, taller, as I understand"
about to say fire warrior
anyway genestealer cutl game when smh gw hates its fan /j
Cassia still pretty insane crazy
yah, enemies need to get warp damage resistance or something
Regicide?
Regicide was an actual game you can play?
GSC are like one of the least popular factions 💀
GW made a chess clone
with 40k stuff
Not just the shitty chess they talk about all the time?
and there was a mode with weird really shit rules
the actual like
chess function was fine
burn
Man anyone remember that expensive as hell TF2 themed chess set that gave you a funny hat ingame? Man, wild stuff. FixTF2 btw
||Valve you lazy fucks||
They got removed from the game
Why is this one so babygirl
Regicide's only purpose was for people like Sodaz to extract models from it for animations

The moon shaped man tho
Yea

I'm pretty sure Captrix would stab me to death
I’d let her stab me
Captrix has a big hunting kink

Also I feel like necrons are one of the (intentionally) gayest factions in the game
You mean Infinite and the Divine wasn't just one nasty divorce settlement?
What a great book
And those two gay necrons
the Twice Dead King book has a trans necron in it
the fact Orikan kept the head is
💀
and the author was audibly queer about its inclusion
and very much said it was intentional lol
Dysphorek
HMM

I can’t remember if it was real or not but I swear someone said there was a gay necron harem
Lmao no thats not a thing
that tho yeah lmao
