All primarchs are undeniably psychic and their 'gifts' and powers are warp based (except Dorn who seems to be a kinda...pseudo blank. Chaos has absolutely no effect on him in any case)

Magnus is the most powerful, then Mortarion, then Sanguinius, it gets a lil foggy after this, Lorgar is probably next, Curze's foresight was very potent but its hard to say how strong he'd be bc he's beyond undisciplined in the warp, Corax is up there for sure, he seems to actively draw on the warp for a lot of his stealth stuff, The khan also, they never elaborate but Magnus seems convinced Khan had untapped potential and that the warp has to do with how fast he is,
I wanna say Angron is next but we'll never actually know what a proper paladin Angron would've been like so power level is hard to determine
Russ is an extremely strange case where depending on who you ask he's either a stronger pysker than mortarion and the strongest loyalist pysker or he's just kinda middle-low tier and has untapped warp potential he never realized,
