First time I wanted Tzimisce but she objected saying that clan was banned because they're "too evil",
Then I read about them some more and discovered Old Clan Tzimisce which had different rules and culture etc and made a character for that instead, but they were refused because "Old Clan Tzimisce don't make new vamps, so you'd have to be from an older generation and too powerful" even though the rulebook said they still did make new vamps and didn't have any requirements on generation for playing them.
Then I tried a Brujah with the Flesh Eater flaw but that was also refused because "Brujah don't eat flesh" even though again the rulebook said I was allowed to do it.
