Just to make a few comments for understanding:

The tactic of zerging, and losing ground is not our doctrine. We try to fortify the ground we taken as best as we can. But you can only do so much, when the colonial counter-attack begins within 24 hours. No Bunker system or town will have the upgrades it needs before then to hold off against Tanks, Heavy Artillery, and now Rockets. Even though we lost ground, it's still not a defeat or even a equal trade off. Because the collies lost more resources, time, and so on... then we did. Our doctrine is a War of Attrition. Which is rather effective in a game that has unlimited natural resources to use to produce items.

As for organization and command. This is something that you can't see with outside eyes. To actually notice it you need to at least be in the regiment, to fully notice it you would have to be a Officer in training (Kriegsman) or an Officer. As these individuals use teamspeak to communicate between sections and the Legion Commander who commands all sections and support companies during the Operation.
You actually do notice this somewhat, but didn't realize it. Our supply situation is so good as these units are sending supply requests to our logistics battalion through teamspeak.
