Giant 800 lbs dudes with roman themes who use close quarters shock tactics, bolter weapons, flamers
And then there’s the Cabal
I won't deny my self the idiot pleasure of big guys in armor
Also the cabal didn’t use flamethrowers in 1
They brought those in during destiny 2 to burn out humans and the hive lol
I can enjoy the deeper parts of lore and the settings. But sometimes cool art and desgin is a nice thing to just enjoy
Tbf they had like four units in 1
The fallen dispite the fact I can't understand their lore much i like the look of
Psions, legionaries, phalanx, centurions and colossi yeah
insect noises intensifies
Excluding the fucking tank lol
Dismantle mines yes
KEKSIS, THE BETRAYED
headset being blown out noises
Kek, sis
Were so fucking loud
You know in hindsight it’s insane how little content actually dropped with all those
And how much we put up with
That’s the bungie touch
And the destiny player’s psychosis
You hear about dat dere Taniks Dale?
I hear dat boy ain’t got no house.
Lol
AYO
Still could be fallen
tho the Inner Circle literally was from ex-Fallen with the Lion's return, so we circle around to it being correct I guess???
Tbf any ex fallen that lion has redeemed are gona be in the inner circle
pretty much
new DA lore is literally non-existant rn
im guessing it will all be covered in their 10ed Codex
Yeah
Sick
Happy Sanguinala brothers
I know it's supposed to be smoke but my mans bolter looks like it's sealed
Forgot to drill out the barrel, or at least pain black
Fairly commonly missed when working on the miniature
is the emperors face rn visible
Emps currently is more of a skeleton
Well tis the season now (depending on where you live).....
Is spears/long poke stick weapons a thing in 40k? Im thinking as we had some in vermintide but nothing similar here
Yeah power spears are a thing
heck power anything is a thing
And of course you can just have the basic Spears because you don't have the money to afford the good ones
Feudal World moment
It's still messing with me that custodes use "Guardian Spears" even though they're more like Glaives than spears
It's a knife on a stick with a gun is the argument but yeah it's definitely more like a glaive
Veteran: Hunting Spear (Krak; Shock; Plasma; Melta)
Psyker: Force Glaive
Common: 2h Chain Axe; 2h Power Halberd
Admech: Taser Lance; Arc lance
Sister: Anointed Halberd (Power)
In short any (Historical) weapon can exist in any of the following form:
Mundane; Mono-filament; Chain; Power (Shock; Thunder); Force; Sonic (admech); Arc (admech)
Plus a few other that are rarer
Lmao GW panicking and releasing these early when leaks get out if my favorite tradition
Trans sonic is def the weirdest type of melee
Since the first swings arguably don’t do much till they adjust
To what they’re hitting
I though they adjusted at the moment they struck against the armour ?
It takes a swing or two usually
And the calibrations get spread around the squad/force as a whole
Huh, didn't know that, is it specified in the Codex ?
Cause otherwise I think it would probably work like a Power Sword
Yeah, also in the not so great skitarius and tech priest books
They’re really weird weapons
Easiest way would be to have it simply be like the Force Swords
Merry Christmas
Ah its crimmas
You know what that means it's the holiday that celebrates the ass whopping of sanguinius

Nice
I think the funniest one was them releasing updated Dante early after they sent someone the wrong model and it leaked >_>

Remembering a dialogue between a seer and a certain vet voice that I don't remember, how can a pysker just make someone disappear
yeah thats the Seer
Yes I know that
he talks about how a medicognisant (basically just a physician) warned him about his powers, so he made him disappear

Probably made the guy disappear by incinerating him into dust with lightning
or fire
LMAO
also could have mutated the guy into something
Still tho
god damn being a therapist for a psyker must be hard work
He didn't describe what he did he just says the dude disappeared
Not reallt
As long as you don't get the most unhinged and dangerous pysker (like the seer) youll be fine
Me personally I don't wanna be the loner's therapist
Or Idira from Rogue Trader 😛
Gonna have arguments all day
Wouldnt want to be her therapist
I imagine it wasn't quick
Considering seer complains others don't let em "do horrible things" to their targets
I'm surprised the seer doesn't trust other pyskers DESPITE BEING THE MOST DERANGED AND POTENTIALy DANGEROUS
Paranoid nutjobs with trust issues? More likely than you think
They should add a new voiceline regarding the seer's insanity with other pyskers
I wanna know what he says about the topic
@median marsh Explain this name
Why of course, straight from the palace I come to observe and share knowledge
(and occasionally post terrible memes)
Slaanesh writes a wolfer x morrow fanfic cuz why not
Praise!
Ederius where is the loyalist edition
Sometimes drawing requires you to lock up a part of you
Very nice
Meanwhile I stared at my drawing tablet, turned it on, sat in place thinking and then turned it off

Didn’t find Sanguinius and Ushoran wrestling playfully under my tree this year, another disappointing Christmas.
I got an oversized hoodie
I got an apple
Can't go wrong with a succulent apple
Happy sanguinala
Since it's Christmas what Christmas gift would vulkan give his brothers?
A napalm pipebomb
Happy Sanquinia!
wensday im heading to town to blow like 300 usd on warhammer
i, probs gonna get a warcry box and maybe flesh easters or cities or see if there is any boxes on sale
Probably a weapon lol
Remember when Corvus made Konrad a gun for some reason
Bikes
All named after a reindeer
Emps gets a techno-sleigh that contains more 'presents' (ordinance) than should rightly fit in there
Jagatai is very happy with the new hoverbike
I mean Owlcat did show us a bit more direct experience with Psykers mental issues in Rogue trader. That one side quest where you explore a destroyed Inquisition ship carrying psykers to Terra really shows how easily many can give into the "Voices". The dairy and logs from the crew even mentioned how the one psyker that escalated things for the ship to be destroyed was constantly hearing voices and escaping his cell some how to "spread the word" which cause other psykers to "want to live". The crew working for the Inquisitor of course did not know what the psykers were talking about since they do not "hear the voices" and just thought the psykers were just being desperate
Well tbh Rogue Trader makes the psykers realistic or more lore-friendly, which makes them summon daemons and shit not just explode and go down like a wimp
Would’ve been better if a team psyker goes down there’s a slight chance they can summon some warp rifts and some nurgle daemons come out to play with us
I honestly will question why they did not tie Warp Lore to Willpower or give Psyker origin characters the special ability to change Warp Lore from INT to Willpower. It feels like that Pysker Origin characters should have natural knowledge about the Warp the stronger their Willpower is since they can resist the Warp influence better to gain more knowledge about it
There is a hat that does this. I imagine there just isn’t anything inherent to understanding the warp.
Loner freaks

Something don’t seem right
Would be kind dope ngl lol
Although canon Njal would shred almost everything we fight
how old is this guy
second edition model from 1995. 5th edition update, 2012
I thought dante was the oldest not Dreadnought spacemarine at 1500?
He’s the oldest loyalist
wyrdsquig
Yes
Ok cool ima make a psyker squig model
Actually, a psychic squig is the oldest living space marine
Me
I am ready to surf, again.
time to settle an age old and totally inconsequential debate; is sanguinala or candlemas the imperial equivalent of christmas?
Sanguinala is the more recent favoured one, but it could be more a new years thing?
I've seen people say that that Sanguinala is supposed to be the 40k version of Easter
that's what i was thinking, given it's all about sanguinius' sacrifice and he's very clearly a jesus analogue
but in the eisenhorn books, there's mention of gregor and his retinue celebrating candlemas by lighting candles at a chapel altar to commemorate the dead and mark the coming of the imperial new year
it's an interesting thing to think about, especially given there's actual precedent in history for christmas festivities being moved to the new year in countries which scrutinize its' practice, like the soviet union and presbyterian scotland
So, according to the Guardsmens primer, worshipping "false idols", meaning anyone/thing that isnt the emperor or a saint, will have you servitorized and sent to the admech. What if you're worshipping the omnissiah/machine god/motive force instead? Obviously it'd be rare, but it'd definitely happen
Depends
Like everything with 40k
But the Omnissiah/Motive Force/Machine God are supposed to be the Emperor
And how the Emperor is worshipped varies wildly
Omnissiah is the emperor
Motive force and machine god are different entities entirely
They worship the Omnissiah, who is emps, who's a herald of the machine god
So it's a case of "Close enough"
Most people also don't know about it, admech are insular, have special political protection etc. etc.
True
Also, i dont remember if i made this up in my head or read it somewhere, do admech yoink injured guardsmen
i imagine you'd get a stern talking to from your regimental commissar, and a reminder that it's the omnissiah-emperor
it could also be potentially construed as an alternative form of worshipping the emperor and not really interfered with- many worlds, particularly feral ones, have alternative names for the emperor and are allowed to practice their worship as they see fit by the ministorum, so long as it is in fact the emperor they're worshipping at the end of the day
Candlemas is a real world holiday that takes place a month and a half after Christmas. Since it's name isn't overtly religious and it's not widely practiced in the English speaking world, they just recycled the name
It depends on the priest really, Some priests will tolerate it as alternate emperor worship on worlds, others might say heresy.
So I just got into darktide because my friends made me buy it and it's awesome, but I know very little about the lore besides some kind of random shit. Anyone got some video recommendations to start learning about it?
It’s a trinity
Only admech get to worship the Ommnisiah as the physical manifestation of the Emperor iirc, the rest of humanity worships big E, the motive force is more so something folks like the electro priests worship
Weird bunch
They concepts are supposed to be basically all the same deal, it’s a play off Father Son and Holy Spirit
One thing split into three different ideas
Which is why you see them reference the Omnissiah, Machine God, and Motive force somewhat interchangeably
The machine god is the Ommnisiah, the motive force and the Ommnisiah are likely based on that tho
And also about other holidays, there’s the Feast of the Emperors Ascension which is “ On many worlds this is a week-long event, with feasting, games and spectacles to honour the Emperor. Often symbolic sacrifices are made in His name, such as the burning of books to offer their knowledge up to Him. It is also an auspicious time to join people in wedlock or conceive children, leading to mass gatherings of citizens intent on one or both of these undertakings. It is also said that during the Emperor’s Ascension, no false judgements can be made, making it impossible to overturn a ruling made during this time”
The trinity is the Omnissiah is the Emperor is a physical manifestation, mostly called the Omnissiah, while the Machine God and Motive Force are more spiritual.
They’re all the same thing just different representations
Which is the same for the Christian trinity
Three in one
awesome thanks 👍
Sons of Horus have some of the best story imo
Raw & authentic storytelling
The first few Horus Heresy novels in general are really good
Top notch

cool I'll check this out too
Hello lore people. I have a question. So I recently finished "The infinite and the divine"
And in one chapter Trazyn refers to the Golden Throne of Terra as "fairly sure its necron tech"
Do we have any confirmation of that ?
Is there any explanation to that anywhere else ?
All i manage to find just refers to the golden throne as either "created by the emperor" Or "a relic from the dark ages"
It was discovered in a asian ruins but there was no way earth was a necron tomb world
It's likely a mix of old one/golden age tech considering the dark eldar supposedly know how fix it
Considering he was nowhere near it, it's hubris. As you may have noticed they have really high opinions of themselves.
And a similar thing is found on the Terra mockup in Horus Rising
true, true
Okay, thanks. That clears things up a bit
The lore of 40k is pretty damn.... complex
(I think thats the easiest way of putting it)
It's not that complex
Just bloated
With a lot of filler
Not about to ruin that early magic for you though
Good thing is, you have more than enough content for the factions you care for and mostly ignore the fluff
If I don't get chemicals, is my Janus colony stuck forever?
You'll get chemicals
*It's all fun and games until THE LIGHT OF THE IMPERIUM directly strikes back at the immaterium
Rogue Trader is amusing as hell at points
it kind of sucks that Argenta's Good ending for Rogue Trader can only be obtained if players ||bring her with them into Chapter 3 since other wise she never reveal the truth the Rogue Trader and thus let the guilt consume her resulting in her bad ending.||
I'm also pretty sure you can't move your romance on certain characters unless you bring them
On chapter 3
Jae actually does get moved forward if you do not bring her with you in chapter 3 as long you believe Janris so he continue investigating Jae
my game had a bug so it triggered that event despite I did bring Jae with me to Chapter 3
Yeah that triggered for me on my first ever playthrough but on my other one didn't even
I like how in the True Iconoclast ending the Rogue Trader ||successfully turned the Expanse into what the God Emperor wanted for Terra before Erebus's plans ruined everything. Of course the Imperium hated it and tried to invade so the Rogue Trader and his/her God child decided to "screw you all and this Grimdark future, we're making a Non-Grimdark future spot" and created a pocket dimension where the Expanse continue to exists safely from any invaders while people can come and go as they please as long they do not threaten the safety of the Expanse. Not to mention every attempt to invade by the Imperium always fails because majoirty of people in the Imperium that goes there side with the Rogue Trader. ||
if the emperor was alive he would approve of the rogue trader's iconoclast tendencies to be fair
|| also fighting a rogue trader that literally uses a C'tan shard as a pet it's kind of a suicide thing to do ||
Dude you don't get it, the imperium and all it's evils are so necessary, they're so based
If someone unironically uses that as a reason to justify the imperium talking to me I will find where they live and rip out their intestines and strangle them with it
not based enough to make people reject chaos with pure human will and the God Empeor's blessing like the Iconoclast
yeah the Iconoclast fulfills one thing that i want in an imperial character, common sense and mercy
ya it is a very Admiral Spire path in my opinion
Well two things but you know what I mean
I made some non iconoclast choices when it comes to dealing with chaos and drukhari, but overall my zealot path is stopped short at almost level 2. Can i still get true iconoclast ending?
And im stopping short before chapter 3, been trying to figure out this "critical task" quest before moving on
Once you reach tier 3 in the alignment chart your primary alignment will be that
So when you are tier 3 in iconoclast you can only reach tier 2 in dogmatic and heretical
Yea ive been pushing iconoclast pretty hard, almost level 3 too
so if you reach that that's going to be your main alignment
Because if you reach tier three of the alignment there is no going back as far as i can tell
so you reach tier 3 in iconoclasts you are an iconoclast
Im aware of that, so i just have to make iconoclast choices most of the time and theres no "set event" for it, yes?
yeah as long as most of your choices are iconoclasts
And you reach tier three you should be set for what you want to be as a person
Cool, thank you
NP
And anything else i should know before stepping into chapter 3?
Saw the guys up there talking about bringing companions into chapter 3
It's a brutal chapter that's all I'm going to say, bring in the companion you want to move the story forward basically
Some companions can have their stories move forward even if they're not in there but
difficulty ramps up from 0 to 100 at this point
Pick your favorites and bring them in
depending on which companion you bring also determines who gets more companion story as well
Argenta is manditory if you want to get her Good ending
along with a very important main story event that only happens if Argenta is with you in chapter 3
If so then im boned because i chose abelard and cassia
The five companions you will bring in this will have their stories move forward, and of course if you're romancing someone, chapter 3 is one of the ways you can move romance forward, argenta like edley said is quite important for the plot
you will also need to pass certain skill checks and actions to collect parts if you want to remove the Debuff on Abe and Jae
Pasqal debuff can only be removed if you convinced him to rip it out
which majorty agree is very metal
Permanent debuffs?
The unholy flesh can be removed if you kill that specifically hard boss in the abe part
ya those ones
no it is confirmed a bug that happens if he dies
Talking about the time eating monster apparently unholy flesh can be removed using that guy
The one that made abelard old
but of course it's an incredibly hard boss fight
ya that is what I am talking about
So what yall are saying is dont worry about it until AFTER chapter 3 begins after we finish the ceremony, then keep Argenta in the squad. Right?
the debuff is meant to stay unless you convince him to rip it out but a bug happens when they die that cause them to have it replaced with a trauma
Yeah and I'm pretty sure you can't have it healed with the doctor right
I didn't see the option if I remember
ya only abe and jae
you have to convince him to rip it out as the legal way
when you find him
Alright time to doom eternal it then
And Argenta staying is almost a no brainer, she, Abelard, and Pasqal are the staples of my squad
when you enter into chapter 3 argenta is one of the keys to the plot so make sure to bring her along like we said
she also does not suffer any consequences there and there is a very good one-handed flamer for her as well
or Edli said
and if she's physically strong enough she can have the stubber
She has a heavy bolter and heavy flamer on me
it is a special one that cause the enemy to explode and damage near by enemies when they die
next to the toxic flamer
oh yeah giving her any flame or ballistic weapon is guaranteed to make her horrifying in the battlefield
building Argenta to be the flamer unit ended up being one of the best choices but building her for bolter is easier for most players
I might try slapping solid expert on her and give her the heavy stubber, see how it goes
since Arch-militant bolter user is a absolute beast in this game
Giving her the increased rate of fire and increase area attack abilities with a bolter is chef's kiss
my main character is built to be the Bolter Arch-militant and he absolutely murders half the enemy forces before the first round ends
and that is by chapter 3 and above which bombards you with a lot of enemies
I saw first hand, my Argenta has 125% dodge and is also Arch Militant. Literal bullet firehose sweeping enemies away in a tide of heavy bolter fire
Glorious
funny you say that because heavy bolters are quite bad actually, you are better off giving her a normal bolter funnily enough
I'll probably focus on the Void faction in my new playthrough since they provided the best Heavy bolter in the game
What? Dakka is no good?
there is only enough to build 1 faction per playthrough sadly
I got all the heavy weapon perks
though void faction kind of sucks when it comes to colony security
you sacrifice a lot of it to gain huge faction points for them required to make those large reputation requirement leaps in their higher rank
Not sure if bug also but the first heavy bolter that drops from the chaos marine doesnt have bolter requirement
it is a heretical requirement gear
heretical players get a lot of good starting gear during chapter 1
And so I promptly gave my Idisa/Isida/whatever her name is the heavy weapons perk and a strength boost. She was my first dakka but fell off quickly
You're spamming area attacks it's good but sometimes you want her to snipe and not miss with this it's guaranteed she will hit the target no matter how far and pair it up with a good bolter like this and you got yourself something amazing
I do have that, yes
I'm curious when do we get that bolter anyways
I need that for my current playthrough build
for my main character
i got this in toy box some of the weapons in this game i can't find
And I look around a lot
I am guessing Toybox is given access to gear not in the game yet
I've seen a lot of gears only from toybox and it is ingame items
I am assuming they are for future DLC contents
definitely because they have stuff like this
and you can't find that for your space marine buddy
either that's the case or just finding these items are ******* hard
maybe these gear are for a new Campaign considering the first thing we get in picking New game is "Choose you Campagin"
but for now we only have 'Rogue Trader" Campaign
yeah, i one thing i would love to have is to make my own multiple tile companion that is not a space marine or at least be able to make a custom space marine, like an ogryn is a perfect four tile replacement for a space marine
With all these gears we get even in the early game kinda makes me wish we had an ng+ or at least character import
And ogryns, yes
Yeah they would work well as generic replacements for the big guy character being ulfar
Came to think of it, yeah hat makes sense, their burst damage might round up similarly
Heavy bolter having less per round dmg and more chance to miss
This is just a suggestion from me heavy bolters are pretty good it's just that it's function can be performed by this weapon but any weapon you can bring has viability no matter what
it's one of the strong points of the game
I mean, i will try normal bolter, but ive specced into heavy weapons so that will come back to being handy against bigger things or swarms
And the dakka brings pleasure
Honestly just stick with your build, you're probably going to be spamming area attacks anyway specially if the opponent takes multiple tiles
Yea, i go the area attack spam route (honestly with most characters, now that they dont have atrocious accuracy anymore), so i tend to play around that
I might also respec Idira and Cassia into their psyker and navigator types, since the former is half psyker half heavy, and Cassia is slinging a shotgun
i used to make cassia as an amazing grand strategist but I decided to make her full navigator style because of **** like this
She can absolutely **** ** a choke point with this
Yea i first had Cassia as grand strategist too but navigator got some good close range stuff so in my first respec i gave her a shotgun and made her a tactician
i still make cassia grand strategist but focusing more on her navigator abilities
But now that my dudes are level 30 i can respec them and make them really lean into their gimmicks instead of trying to crutch things as i go
like this ability is way too good to let go
Indeed, way too good
Ive also just discovered the psy rating perk today and felt dumb as hell because i was confused about it since i first started
you're not the only one buddy
A lot of the good stuff being specific to the class is all the way down to the scroll tree
pas is a good example of this
a lot of his traits that are absolutely banging are all the way down
Yea, hes only starting to shine as the nukeman very recently
ya Cassia will be a very strong Psyker DPS unit as a Master Tactician
she has none of the psyker negative warp effects on her abilities
i don't make her a master tactician i make her a bit supportive with grand strategist
alot of my team has alot of damage already anyway
and she is a must to have if players want to keep Warp peril low
She also has a perk that reduces warp meter when she uses her abilites, so a great combo with a psyker character
I kept pasqal for Grand strategist since his INT stats focus helps more
I was gonna make my main a strategist but i havnt gotten around to doing that yet
I make him a bounty hunter to destroy a specific target
the focus on INT allows him to contribute and focus on improving Grand Stategist skills compared to Cassia who needs to focus a bit more on Willpower
I may consider in my new playthrough to make a Soldier/Bounty Hunter
So sometimes i have 2 or even 3 tacticians running around granting extra attacks andmaking old Abe and Pasman into swole guys punching mobs into oblivion
just have reload crazy abilities and multiple sniping attacks
I love Rogue trader's freedom
at the sametime, I'm thinking of making my character the Adapt/Bounty Hunter for a new playthrough to focus on Plasma gun
Your characters can be built in a variety of fun ways
I always prefer my main character to play the Support role in debuffing enemies while doing big DPS
but the whole Bolter build was something I could not resist in my personal playthrough
I gave my first plasma pistol to Heinrix, which he absolutely sucked at so now i made him into a melee assasin to run around taking out weak mobs
since the Bolter is my favorite weapon in 40K series
Bolter is indeed based
ya Heinrix is not really build for guns
he is more of a Healer and Melee DPS person
Especially when most ballistics and laser weapons i found have been rather shitty damage wise
certainly a great Paladin type character by design
My character can not only weather the fire of a titan but straight up pick it up and slam it to the floor
ya they kind of meme the lasguns this game
Yeah i like playing as a vanguard
considering how strong they can be lore wise
Yeah i considered making him a a paladin type, but Abe already took that role and Pasqal was already the melee deeps by the time he got in
the weapon that killed off 99% of other species/civilization but now have to deal with the 1% resistant to it
Now featuring TEN percent armour piercing
Las guns are a very specific weapon to use in rogue trader
And TEN damage per shot
well next to stub weapons, it is the easiest weapon a civilian can get their hands on in the Grimdark future of 40K
Yea i literally only saw 2 or 3 longlas in my time
bolters and melta are great still
but they need specific accessories to fully benefit
I love that people will still make fun of the lasgun even though basic ballistic that are not that advanced exist
Like there is literally ak-47s and revolvers in the setting
But they are making fun of the gun that can blow apart concrete no problem
I would attribute that to the fanbase being fanbase
Oh yeah 100%
And the fact that lasguns are baseline weapon of the setting, but it should still be waaaay more powerful than the stats give them credit for
there is a strong accessory in colony projects that increase damage based on Armor piercing which does a lot for melta weapons
I think it is because stub weapons are not shown off often beyond the books
Yeah that too
I personally never realzie stub weapons are still in use years ago when I was younger until looking into the books that shown civilian life
everything outside of the books always shown the military campaign views of the 40K universe
and I started out the 40K series with Dawn of War 2
That is its vanilla selling point i would think, brutal military actions with standard redshirts dying by the millions and big space marines being hero main guys
I do like it when things on the lower levels and scales are shown (like Darktide)
Something that puts guardsmen on top level of things
Necromunda is one of my favourite settings for that reason
Brings you down to the level of the average hiver where bolt guns are one of the toughest weapons
And ammunition for them are scarce
they recently shifted focus to world building more with wh crime and horror
I expect more releases with bolter porn tuned down
and that comic where a krieger got sent to a peaceful agriworld
Just saw a hilarious ass video
As a super casual fan, I like to know how it's going in daily life in underhive and whatnot but minute details like weapon types and made up techy terms like "cogitator array" makes me roll my eyes
I mean, they do have an excuse of knowledge being lost, forgotten, and super bastardized when they had to rediscover everything
still wish they add the bolt pistol into darktide
Same I want that proper comissar feel
There is plenty of other weapons I also want tho
keep in mind a lot of knowledge been lost due to what happened after Horus Heresy
intentionally lost as well since a cult that worship the Emperor as a God slowly took over unchecked
Will probably happen, models already exist iiirc
which lead to founding of the current religion in the Imperium
despite the Emperor giving orders to not treat him as a God and never create a Religion worshipping him as a God
Depending on your hive city but if you are a true nobody. You'll be known as a dreg and basically are a slave paid in scraps to work endlessly in whatever position you find yourself in
Usually menial labour
No education
which is why I pick Crime Lord origin
My character had to work his way up from one of countless nobody to someone worth noting in this Grimdark future despite his Iconoclast beliefs
I ended up more like a God Father type character than I thought when playing through my current playthrough
I know most of my lore of hive city's from necromunda which is a pretty unique setting in 40k
It also fits more for a Iconoclast character since they experience far more than the Dogmatic life of people living good in the Imperium or sent to be a Imperium Guard and the heretical beliefs of the desperate or unwise
All hive worlds are mostly the same
Your worth is always zero and goes between either being a menial or a slave usually
Funny enough if you aren't important good chances are you won't even have a surname.
I still find it funny how the Crime Lord surname is Stubb
I mean most people aren't educated or literate so stubb is an app name
I do not know if it is intentional easter egg to Governer Stubbs from Dawn of War or by chance
Damn companies are hive worlds then fr fr
Theres people in 40k who name their kids after tanks so
I don't think atoma works the same but in necromunda , the gangs basically keep the industry alive while the main imperial House keeps the gangs in check and make sure the tithes are paid whilst also getting stupid rich
where do jeanstealers and imperial fists fit?
Twins that are named Lemun and Russ or Land and Raider
"Leman Russ Punisher, why have you not finished your meal?"
more reason why Crime Lord origin is something I personally pick since it seem the most reasonable outcome for myself if I lived in this Grimdark future. Anything else, I'll be dead or worse.
going full circle with tanks being named after primarchs
Yeah I'll rather die in a brutal gang war then die from inhaling asbestos or some chemical sludge
For necromunda?
yup
don't forget the crazy "opinions" about how people think life was before the Age of Technology ended and what life was like in our current time
Pretty sure Necromunda is a recruiting world for the Fists, so they maintain an outpost there
they think Monkies have Scorpion tails
Hive secundus a hive city in necromunda had a big jeanstealer outbreak and so the big wigs nuked it. However some genestealers still survive and lurk in the tunnels around the wrecked hive as now super mutated mega genestealers.
don't get me started on how serious the Toaster joke really is in 40K era
they will probably be amazed and scared of a cellphone
The imperial fists are there as before House helmawr took control of necromunda they tried to stage a rebellion against the imperium so the imperial fists were sent. They slaughtered all the nobles and a bunch of the population so the biggest gang leader. The leader of the spider gangs and the first helmawr to become planetary governor made a deal he will bring the planet into compliance and if he does he will become in charge of the imperial House and become planetary governor. Which he did and so the imperial fists now watch over necromunda to recruit strong children from gangs and make sure the helmawr line stay in check incase they need to slaughter everyone again.
Is this lore or fan stuff ? Cause I don't remember this and Lexi say that they were given recruitment right on Necromunda for a victory on an Ork campaign
This is lore
Any source ?
In M30 the planet was liberated from an Ork presence by the Imperial Fists, establishing the close ties between Necromunda and the Chapter.[3][7e] According to another point of view, it was not Orks but rather a brief defiance of the former Necromunda's human colony against the coming of the Imperium that unleashed a war that made ash wastes from where hive-cities rise.
Like from memory we never had a gang named Spider, which is why we don't truly know how the Necromundan Spider regiments were/are made
The 8th are the spiders because they're drawn from the spider clan
The Spider Clan is the dominant gang of the lower levels of Hive Primus. For centuries they have received arms from the Imperial Governor of Necromunda in exchange for keeping rebellious gangs and other anarchic forces under control, having even been paid to fight outside Necromunda. Consequently, the Spiders are officially considered a unit of Necromunda's Planetary Defense Force
necromundas a bit confusing regardless, I love House Delaque though
The spider clan basically doesn't exist anymore so forget about them
Anyway I don't have the books with me rn
And the wikis seem to be missing stuff but it was helmawrs descendents that United the hive city and so got to become planetary governor
The lasguns are probably the weapon I like the most next to Bolters
but they really meme it a lot in most 40K content outside of books
they can literally be strong as Bolters or better if modified right
but that maybe consider Tech Heresy due to how the Imperium Copium about the Golden age of 30K era keep them from applying such upgrades
Only the overcharged lasguns are anything close, and even then they just have more pen than explosive punch like the bolter
Eh hotshot laspacks aren't the rarest thing in the world
You can overcharge a normal lasgun too, I remember a techpriest doing it on Hydra Cordatus and it almost knocked over a space marine (didnt pen tho)
Fair even b9ltguns struggle to pen space marines without proper ap rounds
yeah true, gotta have those kraken bolts or the other ap type
There's rules for it in kill team as well
Is it blooded?
is there any reference to thunder hammers or similar tech being used for mining in 40k? The commissary skins for thumber hammers look like rock breaking sledge hammers.
Vet guards get rules for overcharged laspacks iirc
Most GSC gear
stuff like power-pickaxes and power-jackhammers exist
I feel like Warp Lore is not used much in Rogue trader
it is mostly so far been for extra lore and maybe certain random encounters during warp travel
the battle at the machine citadel is such a interest part of chapter 4
if you handle the book story part right then you'll get the support of the Space wolves in the fight
due to your leadership keeping them alive during the assult
the final part with the weapon skill check also have a secondary skill check if you fail being persuasion check which happens if you done things right and have 170 Persuasion
Howcome all chaos terminators have tusks?
Because Elephants are cool
it's provocative it gets the chaos gods going
Chaos corruption/drip
But even iron worriors have them. Dont the iron worriors get rid of all the gross chaos stuff?
Depends on the individual
The largest group of iron warriors follow Perturabo around
Who’s a literal daemon primarch
And they have possesed and obliterators in their ranks
Do Necromunda trade with the rest of the imperium?
yeah
they make a bunch of stuff thats why the worlds important
Necromunda's great hive city-based manufactoria produce lasguns, autoguns, shotguns and bolters, among other weapons important for the Imperial armed forces. The planet also levies huge numbers of troops for the Astra Militarum, most notably the regiments of the Necromundan Guard, as well as other crucial supplies.
Also, I pray we see Perty soon
Its what everyone has said and also for marketing purposes.
The tusks are what makes Chaos Terminators cool, you can't exactly remove that.
my termies never have tusks as an IW, I try to model them after tyrant siege termies
but otherwise, its insane we still havent seen what daemon perty looks like, iirc he's still more mortal looking than the other daemon primarchs, but still daemonic of course
Also yeah iron warriors cut off their mutations if they get any and replace them with bionics generally, very non-chaos god aligned bunch (some still fall to chaos fully)
Yeah, but you could make them metal or something. To retain the iron warriors theme. Idk.
rude
But basically yeah IW are not a special god-alligned army so its why you wont get custom models like Dragos' here
like you CAN kitbash sure but base termies always get husks
It depends on the warband tbh
you can't cut off your mutation if you're a fucking obliterator
you are the mutation at that point lol
Do you guys think Obliterators/Mutilators could mutate into something bigger?
Could they merge with knights and such if blessings were strong enough while being exposed to a knight?
good question
In theory they could fuse with anything they are close for long enough, but I don't think we've seen one fused with anything yet
Would be cool if we saw one fuse with a forge world or a knight
Kinda like that one story about an ork becoming part of a forge world or something along those lines
Honestly I wonder if Chaos Spawn could do this as well, assuming they stay alive for long enough
yeah what Cacti said, these guys just follow a "template" because they are miniatures.
in reality they could literally be anything lol
I think the big thing with obliterators is they just would need more time
to fuse with bigger stuff
It's the same thing with the Tusks on the Chaos Termie
Nearly all Chaos Termi art has them due to official mini having them
Ahhh gotcha
tbh if you don't like the tusks on your mini you can just cut them off
and the thing still looks fine
Lmao owned
Lmao, what do you mean?
they're prob sanctioned as inquisitorial agents now
and there be a lotta radicals in the inq
The Seer is by far the most volatile of the 3
The Savant and Loner both seem relatively chill
yea they took a bunch of peyote and went hog wild
Loner mostly yeah
but the Loner speaks no lies 💀
Everything that comes out the Loner's mouth is the truth
The Savant doesn't say anything heretical tbh
The Seer is just insane
That's the one I use
Savant
I'm surprised they actually kept that in there with the amount of heresy they spit
I honestly wish we could play as heretics at some point
Tbh they're useful
so thats why
also the Loner still really hates chaos
they just also hate the imperium
I wanna face necrons
mfw instant fucking death
That would be fun

TRUE
lol
And love killing things 🙂
You fear Necron warrior
I fear Flayed ones
Also will wear your face
Some sort of top down tactical game would work
Or just skin in general
yeah
dynasty warriors as a necron overlord
hear me out
okay
Necron overlords are like comically overpowered
and have a bunch of insane tools right
have you play as a Necron Overlord vs Orks invading your tomb world
Yea loner spits some legit stuff and is probably only tolerated because they bring results and the warband is short on people
Make it the Admech and I'm waiting on it
Broke
😦
It blew up
Let's be honest the way half of these guys talk to rannick and other high rank members directly to them should end up getting them all shot or accidentally placed somewhere with a bit too many traitors for them to handle
tbh
our characters never directly talk to Rannick lol
they just say sus shit on the open radio
And the mission where we have Rannick as Vocator does make it seem like he is ok with a lot of stuff as long as the campaign is going well
I was really thinking rannick was just gonna off zola
She's too useful
What's with the iron hands
What about them ?
"the flesh is weak"
The iron hands chapter with their primarch mr Iron Hands who had Iron hands and so names his legion the Iron hands
you'll never guess the name of his flagship
the iron hand
The Iron Ship?
Fist of iron
Average Auric Maelstorm experience
No wonder Ferrus got merced
I just realized when Melk and Hallowette are bitching at each other in Ascension Riser, Melk says "Grendyl shall hear of this" and Hallowette says "Pop along and tell him then". Do you think that confirms Grendyl as male?
Since Hallowette works for Brahms and not Grendyl I'm not sure she's actually MET Grendyl so I'm not 100%
Grendyl is referred to as he pretty consistently afaik
I guess that's just the first time I actually noticed, I always thought they just say Grendyl
But I wouldn't take anything as confirmation until we see the dude in person
I'm guessing he'll end up being the narrator for a mission, like Rannick in the carnival or orthus offensive
though he might still be voice modulating
I prefer just never seeing Grendyl
Just shows off how important he is that he doesn't even bother talking to his troops
Ripped this from the files earlier, I figure someone here might want it.
I'm stealing that, thank you
anyone remember what all the trust level cutscenes are?
You can watch em all on youtube
ok finally found a playlist stating the trust level lol

I want to use the funny eldar character, but Idk who to replace, I like all my retinue
Rogue Trader worth it? haven't played an owlcat or digital DnD game b4
i got i for chirsmas bnut i would say yes
i sure do hope i dont end up comissionig an artist with my whole paycheck to make my rogue trader sona
levels and all or just the likeness?
There is a custom portrait so if you have art you can just put in there and make your model look like the art
The game gave me an idea for my oc, Jonathos "Mad" Kyron
he's a battle priest on power armor
which funny eldar
Yrliet is about as far from funny as can be
I don’t know if she actually makes a joke or attempt at humor in the entire game
not even an ounce of it
She does not make a funny humor stuff
like at all
||her ending if you do all of her companion quest is amazing tho||
probably one of the best
Ill have to make sure I do
should be easy to do if you're an iconoclast
I might have already tbh
I’m trying to use toybox to finish a Argenta one that bugged out for me awhile ago
And I failed it
Not sure if I can undo that
yeah fuckin some of the quests are very hard to complete because of that bugging out stuff
I’m definitely gonna wait awhile to replay the game I think
but i can definitely applaud owl cat because they are actually fixing the game
yeah same I could try another run with a new build but I'm just way too attached to being a vanguard
warrior vanguard is so ******* funny, like you could literally just cast a couple of skills and suddenly you could shrug off plasma guns and missiles in a single turn
Warrior really does feel like the best RT class
and the wounds you stack
I can see daring breach is too good
Especially if you got the replenish movement upgrade on it
You could go around the entire battle arena killing a lot of the enemy
And if you can't kill the big target, you have probably taunted it already
And in the next turn you watch as all of its attacks bounce off of you, and you proceed to nuke it with a buffed and boosted melee attack
get use to it. She is under a strick no emotion policy for herself to prevent Slaanesh from influencing her anyway
though she does not do a good job at it
atleast she will help the Rogue trader resolve the Eldar issue if you are Iconoclast
it's actually kind of fun to make her see that not every single human is bad
Or at least there is a human that can respect her and even help her
Use AI to make ur OC Rogue Trader that looks like you
the result for the other eldar is interesting as well when going Iconoclast
the Seer in Judas actually admits he likes being with the humans
either way the Good ending for the Elder|| end up having them all leave the Expanse to find a new home in other far regions of the Galaxy to prevent war in the Expanse over former Eldar worlds thanks to Yrliet's help||
is Toybox essential for some parts of the game? that are bugged and don't work
I would say yes
It's sometimes useful but sometimes even with it you just have to load the save before you encountered the bug
As of now it’s kept me from being unable to progress multiple times
some bugs are just way too brutal even for it
And there’s some quests which apparently cannot be done without it
Also, it’s there for when difficulty spikes are at their peak
And of course it's one of probably the only ways to obtain some of the best weapons for certain characters
because finding specific stuff can be a *****
I'M LOOKING AT YOU ULFAR
the bug I got was one of my colonies devepments just gave no rewards, and did the same after reloading
I swear I've spent half this game on the level up screen reading all the talents
i use toybox to fuck around but that can be fix i think
I don't know how because I don't have encounter problems with my game most of the time
I've deleted the game. I'm tired of dicking around waiting on companies to work with consoles because pcs can just brute force everything so it seems as if there's no issue. I've been lied to multiple times by RT and Owlcat community mods. I'm done with the game and I hate I gave the company the money I did. Literally have been on Footfall for a week now because every single mechanic in the game is a luck dice roll to see if it shuts it off or not. From dialog, to combat. To saving the game. Hell just moving in the wrong direction or pausing the game can do it.
Maybe I'll give it another chance because I spent the cash I did on it, if they actually decide to fix things, if I actually remember to check it back out. Maybe in a year when I give a shit again.
They are literally making weekly patches constantly 💀
bro this game isn't even as bad as you say it is like literally they release fixes constantly
They actually care about the game unlike other game companies
Yeah the fact that people love this game minus all the bugs says a lot.
yeah i admit it definitely has issues but it's not the worst compared to
holy crap the list won't stop
The amount of games this thing beats on its release date is ******* amazing
If I dropped the pathfinder games due to the system (though I played and like pathfinder as a role play game), would it still like Rogue Trader or is it more streamlined than it ?
its very chunky like the TT was which is Owlcat's MO. but the other systems are a vast improvement over wrath
the colony management is so much better than the crusade management and i say that as someone that loved that system
So still more chunky than Bg3 or Wasteland 3 for example ?
yes
i am trying to find this thriced damned personal cogitator thats needed for some quests, and if it is that big one opposite from the elevator then its not letting me finish the quest
Rogue trader is so much fun, they didn't censor anything either which I love. While it is a bit buggy and clunky, the lore aspect and social aspect is the best
Yeah literally the only curse they dont use is "fuck"
which is the usual Warhammer thing

i love how even the "good guy" path is you still being an asshole just not as big of one
and you can still execute the poor, kill all xenos on nsight without talking to them and be considered the good guy. As is warhammer 40k fashion
yup
Well no
technically they censored my romance scene with Jae because my whole ass character goes invisible
xD
that bug is funny
I wanted to romance her too but hwen I found out her dealings I had to execute her for heresy
literally floating guns, killed me first time i saw it
same
yea you gotta be an iconoclast, have some good patience, or a freak to romance Jae
wdym no, im still the emperors chosen rogue trader, loyalist to the emperah
Imma rogue trader your ship in a second
going full heretic next run so imma romance the xenos
romancing them is not really seen as heretical
the companions barely react to it too

tho you DO tell them to shut the fuck up
well as a loyalist to the emperah I must usfffer not the xenos
how is banging a dark eldar not heretical?
tap that [spelf] ass
Heinrix seemed fine with it
Who's going to stop you?
true
^
inquisitors probably bang dark eldars all day
I hunted my lower deck members with Marazhai to appease him and he got very horny over it.
and i was like
"normal imperials literally constantly do this"
"I just have a dark eldar with me now"
KEK
wtf anything that is not killing dark eldar is full heretical
yeah, co operating with any xenos is heresy. (ofcoruse there has been instances of space marines co operating with them but thatss different)
||the lord inquisitor is a radical that might be on the edge of heresy so i doubt he would be bother caring about it||
they are horrible and my boy Pasqal will fuck them up
Yeah he does not care.
the excuse you get is "Whatever you can use to achieve your goal."
Imperials can and do get along with eldar about as well as a xenophobe can with a foreigner, that would probably include drukhari if they'd just stop being dicks with all the piracy and slave raids and what have you
pure radical mindset
He's my right hand man in my loyalist playthrough and I see no signs of heresy. Other than the occasional schitzo ramblings when the warp meter is too high
LMAO the foreigner example is too real
💀
thats not the guy im talking about
I wouldn't just call him a little bit unhinged I would go as far as to say he is no longer attached to the doorway
I thought most loyalists would kill any xenos on sight because of da emperahs words
yea, drukhari are absolute dickwangs unlike the normal, sfw edition
im talking about his boss
ohhh okay
News flash
the Imperium is full of hypocrites
but you can get a lesson in advanced biology from rakarth
Not really on the "borderlands" tbh
"kill the mutant except the ones with the third eye because we need it"
The Imperium itself is an hypocrisy
"treat them like nobles instead"
there are no good guys in 40k lmao, but iconoclast is the cloesest you get
truly digusting, we must have another civil war to rid us from xenos and mutants. (sanctioned mutants built different tho)
There are worlds on the very edge on Imperial space where humans and eldar interact more or less civilly, and even in the core of the Imperium they'll hire an ork mercenary band every now and again
no Horus, you still cannot have your Heresy
also its impossible for anyone to be truly pure dogmatic. life just wont play that way
I am ridding the heresy
If you are purely dogmatic you will definitely not have a long life like Ignacia lol
going dogmatic is pretty glorious against chaos and drukhari
the t'au managed to strong arm the Imperium into actual diplomacy, what horror
I always pick dogmatic option
Being dogmatic alienates most of your allies/crewmates
its also canonically mostly the "moronic" choices
truly terrifying, i'd rather be tortured by the dark elves
how many times have the imperium needed to rely on xenos against a common foe?
Almost all the time lol
I love the fact that developing common sense and being kind, somehow doesn't get me executed by being friendly with an inquisitor interrogator
the xenos helped getting the blue boy back from his power nap
yea, only like 2 or 3 of the companions are hardline dogmatic, others are iconoclast or heretical
man i love being so good to people that i become god
im not talking about the in game stuff. im talking about being pure dogmatic in the setting as a whole
If they want to stray from the Emperor's light, they are free to take their filth off my ship. If they come back with an army, they simply are delivering me more heretics to purge.
If you manage to balance the three alignments, the game tells you that the rogue trader avoided falling into fanaticism, heresy and becoming an unfeeling maniac(iconoclash)
Yeah dogmatic has its moments but if you are going Purely Dog it gets very boring fast
since its just generic "Shut up im shooting you".
so you literally learn nothing from anyone
lmao
going dogmatic against chaos is fun because of the amount of middle finger it slings out
i have gone dogmatic but with enough iconoclast to get the best results most times
like this one, by Argenta's aadvice
yeah I had to abonden her on asome planet for that
i fucking howled when i saw this
I picked a few iconoclast options but I don't find dogmatic boring at all lmao
Yeah from a story standpoint being heretical it's fun because it's just you going absolutely rails with your thinking and being way more unhinged than a creeky doorway and Iconoclast is the person i want to be around people
Iconoclast leaning with dogma choices here and there is the most "Basic Imperial" you can get
they do the warp horrors justice
If anything I wish dogmatic would be more cruel and short sighted
I usually like being sarcastic with them more.
Letting them do their speech, let Abelard announce me, poke holes in their stupid logic etc.
Because the bad guys just going "OH MY GOD SHUT UP LOYALIST!!!" is very funny.
you fool you missed a very good buff by not giving her to the inquisition
i am this, i feel attacked but it is all true
Dogmatic is hilarious lol
Abelard is also shouting that
okay time to reload my 20 hour save
i must try this
They get annoyed fast because you treat them as what they are.
Cartoon Villains.

I just sacrified her
ok dont go that far
just dont miss it on your next dogmatic run
fym giving Idira to the inquisition
alright
my argument to people talking to me like they are hot shit is, " i have a thunder hammer, and I am rapidly approaching your location"
Also funny thing
I MUST TRY THIS, next time i see a chaos i will go full sarcastic with them
The game doesn't give you enough alignment options to get to Zealot by act 4
i only did it to avoid the daemon BS she brings
talk to heinrix because there is an option to get rid of idira
one of the dialogues
remember guys, xenos and mutants are to be killed on sight. unless sanctioned, then they just built different
or it does just barely
i know, but why would you do that
she is beefy as fuck
I had to toybox it lol
Oh, I did pick 1 (one) heretical choice: I made my crew wear the heretical uniforms in the tech temple because I saw how much they hated the idea and I thought it was a good chance to remind them that they are powerless when they are in my presence
because she doesn't have a magical license?
she is literally the main cause of most of the warp fuckery happening on the ship
I revoked her spine privileges the first chance I got
Dude the part going I wonder how the clothes actually wear is genuinely horrifying knowing that you are stuck with this person and you just gave him all this power
i brought Cassia along, and the way she said "Don't make me" made me choose not to. Cassia supremacy is go
COWARD, she needs to learn how to be in the outside world
She's straight so I made her do it anyway. She can be pampered in the modded playthrough.
wish I could romance Cassia but can't as a woman
WHAT oih dammit
you can if you have the toybox mod
how do I dod that
it's on nexus
I still think not making the character playersexual was stupid
so who can you romance as man and who can you romance as woman
i know i can romance Jae and Heinrix as woman
It's a hassle phrog, I'd wait until they release better mod support, which they say will be in an upcoming update
Both can romance Yrilet, Jae and Marazhai
Males get Cassia
Womens get Heinrix
everyone is straight except Yrliet, Jae, and Marazhai
cool, thank you
man cassia, lady heinrix, jae swings both ways and I'm pretty sure you can also do that with the eldar and dark eldar
itsj sut through workshop right?
You have to install it manually
you can romance jae right?
Apparently mods for the game work weird
YEs
But it's simple enough, I did it in 5 minutes
WHY IS THE DARK ELDAR HERE-- actually no dont tell me because i have no intention to do so and the bastard will be getting the Foehammer enema in this playthrough
I'm pretty sure the secret companions are also romanceable? it's just not talked about much
what secret companions
can we toaster our boy pasqal tho
If I told you, they wouldn't be very secret
tell me, eeeeeeeeeee
But nah you can unlock 3 companions based on your morality choices and choosing the right option somewhere in act 3
whats act 3?
one for each alignment
nope, also here's the charts just in case you want to remember them again
she's not up to your standards?
btw where do I meet Incendia Bastaal in footfal? I haven't sene her anywhere
Have you talked to the liege?
yeah
nooooooo
I mighttt just be bugged because I did, went out the building. did all the outside shit too on footfall, and when I restored the food shipments i chose dogmatic option to give footfall to Incendia Bastaal who I never met
mighth ave to actually restart
wait did you see the guy got shot when you got ambushed by the gang?
yeah
the liege is the bald guy by the dining table right?
yes leader of kasballica
Because that's not a name
Incendia Chorda*
incendia chorda
You leave the palace and meet Bastian, who offers you that deal, and then gets shot
Incendia Chorda is the rogue trader he served
oh okay and then wehre do I meet her?
yeah bas is the gut that got domed
It's a long ways off
When you start your plan at retaking quest
but it syas in the guide I meet her in act2 right?
yeah
when your done retaking your planets
i think Incendia shows up in your ceremony
yes
didn't see that when I was being paraded and then ambushed
or is there another one when you take back all 3 planets
Pascale and the Sister of Battle not being romanceable is a shame
there is another one, your full ceremony comes a fair bit after that
ah gotcha
yeah making them see that love is a good thing would be very fun but man I would love to romance Abe
just to see his reaction
That was a triumph, because you "Saved" Rykad, that world belongs to the Winterscale, you're Von Valancius
Abe not romancable makes sense and so is Pasqal, but i do wish we could romance Argenta
ohh alright. so you dont actually see her physically until you restore all 3 worlds
Fucking christ my internet has sucked for the last 2 days
i think i know who this secret companion is, but related to that where the hell is the cogitator on the bridge
it has been driving me mad for days
Pasqual i get where you're coming from but mechanicus can love and in Lore they have shown capability with emotion
like this guy from mechanicus
counterpoint: our boy Pasqal just doesnt seem to give a shit
yeah but fuck that i want more romance options
pasqal got his mouth replaced so people would stop kissing him
that is logical
Pasqal is my angry melee nuke man and he is a staple of my squad
i am both very tempted to ask a lot of questions but i also want to not ask any becasue of potential spoilers
but that lord inquisitor perfectly displays how irritating it is to deal with lord inquisitors
not all of them are like that though, if you think talking to him now is fun, OH BOY the end game going to make you feel like you should have shot him when you first met him
Especially when you realize ||99% of it is just intimidation tactics and he actually doesn't give a single fuck||
i will keep that in mind
now, is there a wiki and quest walkthroughs for this game yet because i am going insane with this itsy bitsy little quest
