How are eldar ships (aside from craftworlds) able to carry their titans? I know it's the same with the imperial titans but just due to the purposes of their fleets I just can't see transporting phantoms or their smaller revenant titans being easy at all

But nah, the best info we have on them comes from a really old and probably retconned book, and even in that an admitted heretics account. And basically it talks of a vision the imperium is shown when they attack one. It's a humanoid godlike figure that gets shattered. The heretic goes on to hint at some old diety poking and prodding, plotting and setting things in motion. Going about his Old Ways. (Hint hint) and then he hid in the warp.
