Does the concept of the ork clans exist in all of the orks' subconcious or is it something that is instilled by other orks? Or does their spores also carry information about the clan? That is to say, if we hypothetically populated some place by ork spores where other orks couldn't get them, would they form one of the six known clan or clans on their own?

Ork gets born

Ork gravitates towards a pre-existing clan or finds like-minded individuals that fit that clan's criteria

Orks more or less are born as blank beings before they learn everything they gotta know gradually, hence why feral orks exist as a starting point in their evolution

the reason i say heal quote unquote, because if an ork goes to one of these doctors, it's common for them to wake up and their left arm to be a mechanical implant, even though their leg was the one that got cut off
