Yeah so the basics is, the ship is an asteroid that is big enough to be a phalanx, after hallowing it out they decided to to turn it into a base of operations by strapping a million amounts of weaponry on it

Firstly, daemons appear in real space when there is enough blasphemy that the veil between real space collaspes. They can also be specifically summoned if you know how to do that. They are soldified warp energy as the cactus stated. They do apperently have aesthetic organs like the guts dripping out of nurgles daemons. However they dont really serve a purpose to the daemon. They dont leave corspes because they go back into the warp when they die
