Unique dialogue, but all voiced by the same 4 people
The models you know the special effects look amazing but holy crap the gameplay is not even there
theres a reason we have memes about Nazeem to this DAY
true
Yeah and half of the dudes have the same voice actor
Like how the two rival clans in Whiterun are both lead by a guy voiced by the same old man
Yeah I think you're being extremely generous calling the characters unique lol but I see what you're saying
That's why I use mods I have downloaded very interesting NPC's that did not make me want to commit genocide every time I walk near them
I'm looking at you cloud district man
I compare skyrim to the witcher and I strongly doubt I'll ever play skyrim again
OOF
My PC doesn't like mods so I can't install it
I have the killable children mod so
they are, though. every one of them has a uniquely procgen'd face using the same character creator tool that the player gets. have you SEEN witcher 3 NPCs? the same faces repeating over and over
Witcher 3 is just peak in that regard
I think the witcher sucks as a game
depends really
WHAT
Skyrim is like the saying wide as an ocean, deep as a pond
witcher 3 and skyrim don't even exist in the same genre
also this
Witcher 3 is like
a saga almost
its one of the best fantasy gaves ive ever played
Everyone is really beating up dilara huh
Yeah one sucks to play but has a great story, the other sucks to play and has a garbage story
We are ?
Man how am I supposed to rewatch gargoyles if the *** **** website is way too slow
Now starcraft, there's a game with a great story
Skyrim is really simple and accessible, which is also why it's massively succesful. the gameplay doesn't have a lot of meat on its bones to keep goopy goblin gamer brains occupied but it's not bad just because it's easy.
They are passable
It's a coinflip
Considering gettting for a month to binge watch shows but I've heard mixed reviews
Yes and no
Yeah its hit and miss
I don't regret my 2 year sub to it but it's not worth it JUST for the animations
Look at warhammer bolter and hammer, sometimes the animation can be like that sometimes it's better
I do like the little beastmen wizard ngl
Not really worth the cost tbh, better to privateer
The big downside of WH+ is that GW basically has it so enclosed that its basically going to wither and die
It's also very jarring because you'll get nicely animated 2D stormcast and then cell shaded model scans

Poking more fun at Games Workshop's Hamm...
and the services are not worth it
if GW wasnt so arrogant and protective of their IP and partnered with some streaming service it would be much better
Yeah thats some 90s cartoon goofiness lmao
Pretty sure it won't die any day soon, if they link the (currently free) army builder to WH+, which I strongly believe they will, it'll keep pumping for a good while longer
Like even down to the "loud sound effects make up for animation with no weight, right guys?"
Yeah I've seen gargoyles and the animation is a lot ******* better and that thing was released like 1994
I will say the Lucius episode is a bit better on the animation front
But the model scans still look stupid
Anything particularly interesting to a chaos simp?\
Is Interrogator out?
I love any non khorne chaos content
First season yeah
It's not even that it's just that it would have been fine if it was a lot ******* faster it's so slow that you can literally I'll run the animation speed by using a wheelchair
Khorne is ok but boring
Unfortunate that he's like the face of chaos
Khorne is simple and based
Like he's basically the first one that you are going to see on the marketing for chaos
Yeah hes functional and I like that he exist
No the face of chaos is probably Nurgle at this point
He's the straight man who justifies the weirdness of the others
Oh yeah he's the usable zombie disposable guy
Yarp
But yeah I feel like Hammer and Bolter is getting consistently better
Albeit at a dirt slow pace
Like
The Lucius episode had a decent enough story it's just that it was about Lucius and there's realistically only one plot thread that's even possible for hi m
Also it had nice Fortress Monastery visuals
Yeah its a shame its trapped on WH+
As always, GW shooting itself in the foot
Also was thinking a while ago, what if they greek pantheon the chaos gods?
a la The big 4 are the Titans and get overthrown for another 4 (or even a bigger, broader pantheon)
You'd naturally have Vashtorr, Belakor, Big E, (Maybe) Malice, whatever the fuck the T'au are manifesting in the warp rn,
you could get super funky with it and have Ferrus Manus as like a headless horseman death god type thing, Lorgar would piss his pants at the opportunity to become a chaos god and it would very poetically ironic if he and big emps ended up on the same power level and in the same pantheon, you could have the wolf spirit entity on Fenris become a new chaos god (unless that was confirmed to be a C'tan I forget details)
idk man I know this is very fanfiction-y but I would like some major advancement to the story because shit is crawlingalong narratively rn
The Horus Heresy/30k itself is already basically a greek myth/tragedy so its not that far fetched surprisingly lol
Yeah I got inspired by hearing Chiron mentioned like 50 times in game earlier lol
yeah 40k fucking LOVES using greek myth names
everything from monsters to locations to figures
Malice mentioned? I rage
So do I honestly I have to refrain from ham-fisted references to norse mythology whenever I try to write
The emps is just Kratos, mortal given godly powers by gods then betraying them but ultimately getting offed themselves
Malice is fake news, don't believe the redditora
oh man this guy is incredibly likeable and loves his mum? would be a shame if someone named him Baldr and made that character trait feel unsubtle
Archaon?
it's also power level wise use for hive fleets, like hive fleets with mythological names are a lot more prominent than something named hive fleet tarantula
no, the emperor. He also got some warp juice to make the primarchs and so on
Archaon is Kratos
Random mortal(Emps is immortal by default)
Hates Gods, is a God
Has godly powers, loads of godly trinkets
Embarked on an epic quest to acquire said trinkets
Item of benefactors he shits on later
Yeah but does big E have a snoo snoo minigame?
yeah with malcador

Can't believe the Emperor actually went "We must continue the Neoth bloodline."
40k exists beyond hyperbole bc you could just as easily be making that up or referencing an actual 45 book series and I would be none the wiser
Unless you are against a lore-nerd yep
well ||turns out|| the 42nd heresy book is Garro so could very much be true
Which what makes warhammer 40K appealing it's sheer ridiculousness means that if someone makes up this you would believe it because it's not as ridiculous in the setting
Also like, people will call some other guy's 40k ideas stupid
when you got shit like the Emperor destroying the Tower of Babel
or how Yarrick has an ork bionic arm
If I made a commissar character like that if Yarrick never existed people would call my character stupid lol
try Tau character with space marine power fist, people would mald
The same people absolutely malding over the Titan in Brutal kunnin'
ork technology can only be used by orks, ork technology can be used if you just fill in the missing parts for the technology
and that wasn't even that bad
Based
I'm a staunch anti vehicle anti dread anti titan player
Gives me lads
Larger lads
And daemon princes
people say an Imperator is too small
im like
bro have you ever stood next to a building
the fuckers teleported through the shield, mounted the head and bashed the people inside, not even that unlikely when titan boarding actions have been done before
like you can literally get a battle wagon add extra parts in and you can use that battle wagon
Theres literally one event where a single khornata climbs up the leg of a titan and its interior by HIMSELF to go kill the crew
so the Brutal Kunnin' one is legit not that bad
also it gave us the best squig name
Princess my beloved â¤ď¸
at least they used a car that can you know teleport past the shield
The problem with having something like a titan is that it's so easy to just Worf one as a lazy way to make your character cool
Farsight exists
theres a reason they travel in packs
He's literally
Every bad homebrew trope rolled into one
And half the fandom adores him
warmachines require infantry support to cover the areas they cannot see or defend, just like in real life you don't have tanks going alone without support and expect to survive for long
also titans are just impractical and get defended by plot convenience
a single orbital bombardment would wipe one out
Yeah I think farsight should've fallen to khorne tbh
Just give Tau a major hero from each caste
Have each one fall to a different chaos god
a well placed tank shoot can disable a lot of the gyros like on the legs and arms making the mech completely paralyzed
Wow look at that dope minis and a reason to push tau story along
this is why I like Knights more
stuff like this always happens in their books
Admech rangers can snipe components off knights
ironically out of all the titans ork ones are the most realistic all of them are practically just balls of firepower
That can move on small feet or treads
Yeah and its a single "mass"
with titans they got long massive legs that need to support a seperate upper body
I mean sure some of them use melee weapons but nine out of 10 times they are basically just giant firing platforms
GAAAH I want to start an Adeptus Titanicus force so bad
Yeah I have a friend who's an engineer who has ranted at length about how top heavy titans would be and how sophisticated the hydraulics would have to be to let it move quickly with any balance
There was a really old mech game with some super fucking hard to use specialized controller where you played basically 40k titans
The one where infantry ran up to you and threw shit inside?
Nah, you were too big to see infantry
Man I just realized how fuckin cool a titanfall game in 40k would be
I was reading Kingmaker the knight novel
i finished it in 2 days
and instantly re-installed Titanfall 2 lmao
Steel battalion?
That was one
But I remember another one where the mechs where basically battleships with legs
Lowkey if you could find a way to bake legions into your class would be really cool
scorch my favorite
Never played Titanfall but I liked him
Salamanders are lower movement but have access to better CQC
TF1 Atlas > all TF2 titans
White scars are fast squishy vehicle specialists
Ultrasmurfs are on the box art
Everyones here!
Any books/media on pre-biotransference Necrontyr out there?
Twice Dead King has plenty
Does Infinite and the Divine reference it at all?
Its mostly mentioning Trazyn's recollection of it yeah
there isnt much aside from like uh
You either willingly went into the massive bio-furnaces
or were dragged in droves by chains
how orikan and trazyn remember certain things differently
Yeee
and just the c'tan flying above the planet eating all the souls of the necrons
thats kind of it?
pretty much. Twice Dead King goes into it further with full recollections about events long before and closer to biotransference
Hawken was a fun mech game
Ye and even then its like
well its literally ancient egypt
lmao
There isnt much to really explore there
it's mostly there to build relationship between a couple characters for the reader
Yeah this basically.
If you want biotransference background just look up the excerpts on reddit and you should be pretty up to date.
100%
it only suffers from the fact that its obviously one book forcefully split into two
otherwise its great
Not specifically the biotransference but like stories and lore around their culture before they became crons
well at least for the dynasty in question in Twice Dead King that is pretty much what you will get from it
Yee Ive heard nothing but good things about TDK so I'll have to check that out
Trying to learn about crons tau and Aeldar
I've given up on Aeldar ngl they're cringe
it's really reprehensible that we know anything about the emperor's life from before the unification wars
I loved the books so much that I've started a whole army of Ithakan necrons
Outside of making slaanesh I can't deal with their weeb stories
its LITERALLY just egypt
not even simplifying it
they have chariots, mud huts, slaves etc
Oh so the tomb king reference is super on-the-nose then?
Nah just writers being unoriginal lol
Bc they're basically just 40k undead skeleton horde right?
Abnett is cringe when it comes to just not shoving historical shit into 40k
Funny cause the tower of babel part is in Mortis, wich was from John French lol
Also yeah necrons have always been just robot egyptian terminators
Literally the only time it wasn't Abnett to use the Enuncia
oh really my bad
Np
I thought that was something he shoehorned into the end and the death or whatever. I haven't even started reading the siege of terra
I can understand considering it's literally the only time it wasn't done by Abnett
Yeah i literally just mixed it up too
because uh
in the latest Death/End novel
theres an entire section where some characters go through malcador's book stash
and its nothing BUT wojak pointing at IRL authors
Lol
Literally jst
to be fair
"OH MY GOD YOU KNOW THIS AUTHOR?"
it works on my dumb ass brain
well there's plenty of made up authors after 21st century
I remember the ancient toy with CCCP on it from uhhhh
the first bequin novel?
because I was like YOOOOOOOOO wojak pointing at the time
it's like 20% real 80% made up
Yeah the general issue is they sometimes make it seem like NOTHING happened between our time and 40k
like theres the Inquisitor novel Vaults of Terra
where a haemonculus says Bach is a great musician
im like
??????
well, he is.

It's not just an alien, it's a Haemonculi
a Haemonculi has definitely seen much more artistic stuff than just Bach
Literally Dark Eldar illuminati member that's slowly destroying the race
Yeah but in those years earth didn't have like, 10 apocalyptic encounters of different kind where the planet was basically reshaped
game. recognize. game.
Yeah I've never been a big fan of the "actual real life human earth is Terra" concept
I must've glossed over that part or didn't realize what he meant because of weird spelling by the narrator
LMAO
that's... the whole premise of the setting, though. "in the far future of the 41st millennium" yadda yadda. 40k is always presented as the future of our universe.
Yeah its always felt goofy to me tho
I need to go work on my commission instead of chatting
and I honestly think Abnett did pretty good work of adding 'stuff' to the time frame between now and then when they go through the books in the library. Most of the stuff was made up after or during the dark age of technology
Yeah but also Earth in those 40k years went through multiple apocalypse level threats, got completely reshaped into basically worse coruscant and had both the unification wars and the fact that during said wars it was mostly rad wastes
^
I don't think any piece of knowledge would survive lol
unless its in a capsule or preserved by the likes of Malcador yeah
Actually I just remembered the whole mechanicus origin story and its redeemed the concept a bit in my mind
or a replica of one tbh
a childhood favorite eh
quite
People on mars worshipping the guys who know how to work the machines and forming a weird regressive religion around it is pretty cool
don't worry, it'll be Bach
đ
Also whats everyone's take on Votann?
They feel a bit...meh to me
Like they have an identity issue
great because they're a human faction separate from the imperium
It will only get worse
But I could also just not know enough I felt like that about tau
literally the best way to do dwarves in 40k
I like Dwarfs, but I prefer the Squats for 40k
squats were weird tbh
The Kin are sorta SM looking like
I think the Votann are pretty cool but I'll have to read some books with them as protagonists and stuff to get a proper feel for the faction
Squats are specifically like, hive city votann aren't they?
Or is it a seperate type of abhuman?
Votaan are their AI, the people are called Kin
Squat are those that live inside the Imperium
Yeah I've gotta adjust to that
squats are a subset of a League that stayed behind or something like that
but I like their origin as a remant of DAoT humanity separate from the Imperium, I like that dwarf fans can have space dwarves now, and I like the Votann ancestor cores, the Ironkin, the cloning process and the idea that the Votann are slowly failing as a racial imperative for the Kin to... you know, start doing stuff. what I don't really like is how all their tech seems to be "Imperial but waaaaay better lol. stupid nerds"
So.. Can we put Deep Rock Galactic inside the 40k?
Remember, Gav is writing the first Votann novel
I'm surprised they didn't have one ready for the release of the army
DRG is a Votann mining operation. brilliant.
If you guys get deep rock then I get "Sera from gears of war is a planet in 40k"
Not enough melee to be part of 40k
idk why it just feels right
nah I don't want turtlemen in 40k
Yeah edgy chainsaw tau whats not to love
The Votann have a MASSIVE Gears vibe in general
this is literally almost the same fucking vehicle
lmao
So if a Votann scientist were to
say
hypothetically
Do some aggressive gene experimentation to try and find a more stable form for the Kins DNA bank?
They could maybe
hypothetically
Problem is
spawn a subterrainian race of ab-votann that live in the planets core for decades
"Aggressive" is the complete opposite of how Votann do things lol
They spend like 100 years debating if they should mine out Path A or Path B
Yeah it would have to be one rogue
Like imagine the dwarf version of Bellisarius Cawl
Because most of their decision making is linked to them ancestor cores iirc, and due to insane bloat they're dead slow
Nah, you don't see the double wheels on the Votaan are at the back
Lowkey tho that kind of society sounds like the perfect catalyst for a little dwarf Magnus with good intentions but no patience to accidentally fuck everything up because he can't handle waiting around for something to change
Kinda like Viktor in Arcane
I think we don't know enough about like
Regular kin
To really gauge how well that'd work
Yeah true but I will find a way to put gears of war into 40k mark my words
Surely I can kitbash an Ork army into locusts or something
so the kin live in the galactic core right
and there's a big fuckoff black hole in the center of the galaxy right
what has 40k done with that black hole so far
what's in it?
what kind of baddie?
gotta be some unspeakable eldritch horror lurking inside of it.
can't recall if it has been even mentioned
So basically Malakai (Failure of an Engineer, Failure of Slayer) or Burlok Damminsson and Grimm Burloksson
Wait is this like a Yog-Sothoth thing?
Bc I am also down for most of Lovecraft to go in as Tzeentch demons and C'tan
40k is fortnite for grown men who would stab me for saying that out loud
Anything fits
Cannot say I'm familiar tbh
If you mean the big glowy thing in the center thats just the big glowing core of our own galaxy, its like that because iirc its because theres a ton of planets there.
Wait not planets, stars sorry
I mean Sagitarrius A*, the supermassive black hole that our galaxy orbits
Sagittarius A* ( AY star), abbreviated Sgr A* ( SAJ AY star), is the supermassive black hole at the Galactic Center of the Milky Way. It is located near the border of the constellations Sagittarius and Scorpius, about 5.6° south of the ecliptic, visually close to the Butterfly Cluster (M6) and Lambda Scorpii.
The object is a bright and very comp...
yeah that aint in 40k
Fantasy Dwarf, all 3 are (or were for Malakai) Engineer who are usually very cautious and test things for decades before clearing things through while all 3 of them were more daring (successfully for Burlok and Grimm
Man I honestly enjoy how tropes kinda write themselves like that
fuck off, why not? why isn't there a cosmic evil in the center of this image
james workshop get on this
That's how you know you've got a solid concept, two people accidentally write the same story
because 40k has been using the milky way "but in the future" thing for like 30 years.
They wouldnt update it just to mention a blackhole that was discovered in modern times
I--
hm
đ¤
why not though. it's not very large
just supermassive
the next evil faction they introduce should come pouring out of that black hole in the middle of the league of votann galactic core territory. you're welcome james, I'll take 10% royalties.
it just doesnt add anything to the story
What major races from fantasy/AoS aren't represented?
Can we justify space dinosaurs coming out of the universussy
Man I am on one tonight
LOL
skraven is the big one
malevolent interstellar phenomena absolutely add something to the story
I highkey want 40k seraphom tho I have so many seraphon bc they're awesome to paint but I don't wanna play AoS
space rats packed like sardines in a black hole that come pouring out in a tide of ... uh... vermin
gottem.
The closest are the Dino rider Elf
it's so dense because there are like ten trillion to the power of 100 skaven stacked superdense
Who don't even have rules or models lol
okay @dry epoch hello mrs writer. please add a bad guy inside the sagittarius a* supermassive black hole in the middle of the milky way to 40k. thanks xoxo
noooo
What if it puckers slightly and thats why we get an Emp's Children refresh
Guardsmen planet meme vibes
They existed once
You could run Slaan using lizardmen models as the leftover protector species the Old Ones made
AoS is pretty based and epic
Yeah they got retconned they dont exist
I just want Olmec inspired power armour tbh, I also super fw the low-tech magician in space vibe they'd probably have
Kinda like the temples in destiny
Maybe a good idea for a tsons proxy, swap the egytian aesthetic for more of a south american one
Isn't there a SM chapter that use such aesthetics
dark angels
They were more North American
south american is very vague
like saying "African aesthetic"
would be interesting to see a colonial american inspired guardsmen regiment
with the tricorns and all
Isn't the Mordrian like that ?
Though more French
it looks good shut up
no
can't wait for the traitor one though
it's specified as the loyalist one in the article, but of course you can paint it Sons of Horus or sometghing if you want to
It doesn't look bad, but it's just a SM
Oh look it's a imperial black fist templar
In all seriousness is that an emperor champion or what?
its a Champion
Btw love how models have like, 6 bullets total in the mag
Also why the fuck is that open to begin with
rule of cool
it's cool to see bullits
and having small ammo count holes or see through mags at that scale is probably not worth the effort
lets you see how much ammo you have left. at least that's what magazine cutaways are for IRL, don't know how useful they'd be for bolters that have built in ammo indicators
i really don't get why GW never takes the opportunity to explain space marine ammunition paradox with their backpacks
they always intentionally make it clear that the backpacks are only for powering the armour even though they could just say they also contain spare ammunition
Space marines in lore usually store mags on their ass
Theyâre magnetic
Or their thighs
I mean wasn't there a bunch of SW books where marines pulled stuff out of their backpack?
yeah i always imagine it as like opening up in containers that are flush against the armour
none that i've read at least
Also I mean, we do have pouches/belt accessories, it's just that no one uses them lol
I like the idea that the shoulders are big to store ammo
Oh yeah I meant for firstborn too
it's just always annoying to me when tactical squads provide supporting fire against waves of infantry
in books
i can't imagine it in my head. they'd run out of ammo so fast unless they keep tons of mags on them
Objectively speaking Marines should not exist
Outside of Horus heresy

Me when science fantasy
still better than elongated primaris bolters
we don't talk about the nerf missile launchers
Ok but they're pretty to draw
I'm not 100% sure but I think I recall some story mentioning that the armour has concealed compartments for ammo
which one
Inceptors
and of course mag clamped to the armour
same. i think it's one of the horus heresy ones
W

Tbf I always imagined as half the damage of a Bolter being all shrapnel from either the bullet itself or the point of impact lol
Problem is the explosion isnât like that big
Sure itâs enough to make marinara sauce out of a human torso
But it leaves it somewhat intact
if you consider a fist sized hole as intact
We just need to find a video of the Neopup PAW hitting a person and we would know for certain lol
Why would you torture yourself like that
Yikes
I know i'm stupid but even i'm concerned
You should be
God Speed Boss
Thank you I shall make this my Canon reason as its the best idea yet :3
If we lose Dilara, who will wrangle lore chat
Not yet

But if you had to deputise 2 people, who would it be
With the help of my professional pain boy degree you won't have to worry, one good brain saw to the head and you're all fixed
Lmao
Pain boy degree would imply Ork University
honestly this is the only chat i actively participate in because every other chat is just terrible
And ork Doctorates
I also have a degree in orkanical engineering which means that if i attach 2 planks together i can make in laser rifle
Honestly the truth, #theorycrafting isn't bad though
This is the only chat where i can talk to people about warhammer 40k lore
Honestly i have it muted, havent touched it in weeks
The chats I frequent in is art, and lore, of course every time i would put on mega armor to enter the war zone that is memes
I don't frequent on ogryn as much as i used to since i don't really play the game anymore
Its either people banging on about the game or players who are acting like Oppenheimer making the atom bomb with metaphysics because they gotta know how much damage some bloody weapon does using math
Like

I think she's trying to avoid civil war by not answering
One time a person from theory crafting was saying that this is the best ogryn build and we should all follow it, person was a weirdo
Metachasers are always losers
True, not enough people delving into datamines as thr crazed Prophets we are
just play the game
i think the only thing ive ever chased was certain blessings like Thrust III / IV
Oh yeah by the way ederius, are you planning to make your new drawing have a red lightning thunder hammer?
Similar to the Hellbreaker?
Oh I see
But red is cool
If HawK wants it red I'll make it red đ¤ˇââď¸
I was just making a comparison but blue is pretty good, except the ultramarines, those blue marketing machines can go to hell
Idk their characters are good
They're just the vessel for selling all the generic models
I'm not saying the characters are bad i'm just saying that it's annoying because that their used for is making generic models like you said, i mean one of my favorite marine characters malum caedo is a ultramarine
Caedo is as much a character as DOOM guy
Less tbh
We never meet his squad, he doesn't monologue, and he just shouts battle cries while killing things
Caedo only exists to sell boltgun, he's literally a marketing tool same as the model line lel
Tbf doom guy gained some semblance of a character only after becoming the slayer
Otherwise he was literally Caedo but silent
And Caedo was literally him but with a battle cry or two
Extremely well put
Also I just saw Davoth's concept art normal sized armour and I want to go to ID software and burn them to the ground

Also implying we are not terrible persons that just built this place as their fortress monastery
OOF
ngl i like both
but the 2nd one is deffo more power-armor
the first one is a bit more "man-sized" so it feels a bit more mano-a-mano
The first one fits as Davoth physical form was supposed to be literally the slayer lol
The second one doesn't because why would the literal avatar of God wear a mech suit
that
exactly
from a "story" perspective first one fits much more
also man, Doom is too metal
Ye, I must say the siege was epic
Would have liked to see a bit more fighting between the sentinel/slayers and Daemons through
Instead of just the giant fuck off mechs and ballistas
The music choice for the big endgame scene was meh
Tbf im more fucking sad it's literally the only time we see other slayers
No you see the traitor in the base game
Otherwise it was... Fine, after all it's only an intro cutscene and not a full blown cinematic battle
And the marauders are evil slayers
Ye but he looks more like a sentinel still
With the Grey armour and all tha5
Marauder is a better counterpoint
Also Davoth's "Aten me" scene where all the ships and Daemons rise up would have been cool if Hell spaceships made even a bit of sense lol
Or if the hell soldier guys had guns instead of halberds while trying to point at the slayer/ground from various km away lol
Doom is my therapist
Literally the only part I remember from the main track
Ignore the random badass 40k war imagery

doom music is so dope
Welp i just readed about Daemon Culaba, thanks Warhammerâ˘ď¸ for ruining this wonderful day
It's funny cause it's kinda mild
Yeah its literally nothing
I say this as a woman btw lol
people extremely overplay it
Unfortunately, it can get worse
@storm jungle this youtuber is spreading false information https://youtu.be/lqPYDsQPo74

wait fuck
wrong video lmao
Every single faction in Warhammer 40,000 is awful. They're all terrible people. All of them. Every One! So in this video let's go through them one by one and explain why, and also why that is a good thing actually.

the imperium is good and i can prove it
LMAO
I just watched that today, Ian is being based as ever
I also like how every other faction gets 1-2 minutes but the Imperium needs like 10 because of course people are dumb đ
Ok, will search it, thanks
how should i search for it?
its in one of the dark eldar codex's
My three full servings of mayo vs the worms in my intestines (colorized)
But its about a Haemonculi's underling turning him into a bowl of literal sentient flesh soup and feeding him to a bunch of other haemonculi
and then revealing that they just drank/ate most of him alive
Theres also a Dark Eldar Kabal that released a gas over an Imperial hive city that caused its entire population to mutate in such a way that their faces became replicas of the ruling Archon's

Good
They do a little bit of trolling
Also dark eldar being able to forcibly turn anything into a human or vice versa
is pretty fun lol
Yeah like
Haemonculi can literally do anything the plot lets them
They are living breathing mcguffins
tbh
they're literally the remnants of the scientists from the eldar empire during its fall
Yeah I know but your average 40k nerd thinks they can just kill one with a lasgun when the guy can open a portal to a dimension with a tiny science-cube and insta-kill you.
you can kill one with a lasgun if they are not prepared.
but he's just gona get resurrected by one of his friends lol
Its Dark Eldar
they are always prepared
they're just always prepared.
LMAO
lol
Jinx
I tried explaining what peak dark eldar shenaningans is like to a friend of mine that doesn't know anything 40k related. So I just flashbanged them with the idea of a military in our own real world slamming three nuclear powered submarines into New York City from the air (What Vect did to that one city cus the leader was a funny little guy). They kinda just stared at me like I was crazy and I told them thats the look you should give any dark eldar.
And they understood
Yeah its close but not enough
Dark Eldar are literally just a pornocracy
look it up its real
i will not look up the porn government. i will however look up porn.
mfw I shoot the hameonculi to death with a las gun but he "pranks" me by turning me into a sentient rug
Haemonculi having a "fun" time is a pretty good indication for any dark eldar not under the protection of a kabal to clear the area
and even then
you still shouldn't stick around lol
lmao
LMFAO
down to you minding your own business and getting run over by a hover car

OR JUST NUKED
OR AIRSTRIKED
Dark eldar civillian walks down the street, gets jumped by a raider full of kabalites and flayed alive, more at 7
i'm actually surprised dark eldar transports don't have blades designed specifically to slice people as the fly overhead. guess it's easy to kitbash....
I mean, the only thing i understood so far about warhammer, that i heard most fans dont do (and i dont know shit about it) is that EVERYONE is bad, without exception
tbh there's a bunch of psychos hanging off of it
They can do the head choppy off
That video above is probably the best for that explanation, everyone is bad, you just pick the one faction you like the most and have fun!
i mean modeled on. they have some steering vanes but no just blatant gougey blades.
The jet's have em
Which one the bomber that drops a bomb so strong it would delete the bomber if it didn't have a shield
or the other one
I want the sexy ones, those genderly ambigous demons look good
Slaanesh is "fun"
this is prolly the most batshit dark eldar vehicle on the tabletop
no, it's "Fun" with a capital F, you gotta capitalize.
TRUE
that's just batman's plane.
false, its cooler
It drops a bomb so volatile and powerful it would eat up the bomber if the bomb didn't have its own shield
Yeah, even the tau which is generally considered the goody two shoes is considered bad because they seem to have a corrupt government
tbh the tau get worse the more you analyze
i've decided the dark eldar are all edgelord batman fanboys. do not try to debate me, my decision is final.
but better then the imperium lol
Least psychopathic weapon the dark eldar has
and sometimes misstreatment
and thats kind of it honestly?
Like its not great
but its not nightmarish either lol
At least i am not to worked to death everyday
I remember reading one book where a tau-based human and a water caste diplomat searching a crime scene and stumbling upon a genestealer conspiracy
the worst planet in the tau empire makes the best forge world in the imperium look awful
the entire irony of the book was that GSC have a hard time settling on tau worlds
because the population is not desperate
or miserable

don't trust a mfer with no nose
also you forgot the fact its impossible for them to really get 2nd gen genestealers
Also that
from the populace beyond just humans
Yeee
bcs the Tau control who gets to have children
also tau actively do bio-scans and checkups
hive worlds meanwhile
"Idk good luck exploring"
You dare question the God-Emperor's will? If he wants you to die you will die now get searching!
Idk some hive boss ig
Living on a forgeworld means you wonât starve to death
Youâll just get worked to death instead

Oh I remember this dlc. That fighting animation between the Atlan and the Titan was beautiful. Like the ones in the STANDALONE film, Pacific Rim.
If you're starving in a hive world just start eating the underhive until the hive itself collapses. That will show them
Im glad Pacific Rim never got a sequel

Love me plascrete
Now that I look at it, gene stealers are only effective at the imperium, the eldar are suffering, same for the dark ones, the tau are advance, the necrons are metal, and the orks, well they are Orks i'm pretty sure you can piece together the pieces from here
Gene stealers only really work on the imperium and random minor xenos species
That arenât mentioned
Eldar infiltration is extremely difficult because they are a close-knit society
also their birth-rate is slow lmao
Also everyoneâs psychic lol
Dark Eldar also dont work because the moment theres a uprising an Archon is gonna nuke that entire area
also Commorragh is literally endless
so good luck
ITS A POCKET DIMENSION
Trying to get into a Craftworld is like trying to be rich enough to get a seat at a 5 star restaurant.
also that
Yes i know, a femboy god is based
Hehehe true
Pulls a doom of Malan'tai
To navigate Commoragh is like being a five year old who gets lost in a mall
the irony is craftworlds are probably the best place to be in 40k
Literally this
Doom of malanâtai is just eldar torture porn lol
Not like that Tzeentch guy, you praise him and he turns you into a shoe
My favorite lord of change
He's just doing a little trolling
turns you into a convertible
Some cultist ends up using salt instead of sugar for a summoning circle and now thereâs a giant bird who murders everyone who sees them
I enjoy those cultists
AETAOSâRAUâKERES is also like the most incomprehensible name for a daemon in 40K
That has a good bit of lore
But everyone he shows up he just murders everyone that isnât aligned with tzeentch
hes from Imperial Armor
Yeah
very based
Craftworld Farseers when I """accidentally"""" crash an Emperor Class Battleship into the star they're orbiting after causing a mutiny among the slave gangs (it was turn-based combat)
Meanwhile in slaaneshs realm they dont care if im a "degenerate who commits crimes against nature" theyll accept me
They learn his name and decide to start looking into him
Which summons him automatically
Because he has a 6th sense
To when people are trying to learn about him
With a name like that you Will need Enuncia to at least control him at best
For some reason
Farseers are cool but
I swear they gotta be mega-mind to be able to handle so many futures and possibilities
Heâs described as an uncontrollable monster
Farseers alongside Inquisitors probably got the most depressing job
you are also turning into a crystal btw
slowly

Farseers watching everyone they know and love getting horrifically murdered
I'd be laughing my ass off as an Inquisitor as I slowly lose my mind to witnessing all the dumb shit Imperial Citizens do just to stave off boredom or put their minds at ease.
I need to ask, are adeptus mechanicus a part of the imperium or they freelance? (not a huge warhammer nerd here)
Has anyone here watched the new Spiderverse
They are a part of it
Theyâre practically their own empire
"No. Citizen. You will not turn into the giant titan if you snort grounded blessed ceramite into your nostrils."
Farseer's turn into crystals like chaos dwarves that keep using magic turn into stone?
Yep
But theyâre with the imperium for a lot of reasons
Ye
also massive hypocrites
once they are almost crystal they go to the Dome of Seers, each craftworld has one
then they finally turn fully and join the other seers in the craftworld's circuit
He broke into every craftworld with the help of clowns
And stole their farseer bones
nah but I probably won't see it either so shrug?
They are trying to save an entire population so no
yes
That moment when the Masque did a funny and began defiling the Infinity Circuit of a Craftworld
yes
I meant mechanicus and their fetish ways with tech
When the canon event of angron was being the champion of the war god, but instead of capturing him they decided to kill him making his fate undeniably even worse
because the admech creed is stupid as shit
that too
I'm sure an Imperial Citizen has been summarily executed by a Magos at one point because they were dared by their friends to request being turned into an air fryer servitor.
Its what I'd do
Itâs an open secret that invention happens
Yeee its just like
you will call a techpriest out on it
and he'll say you're cringe
and servitorize you
If you ask a magos their opinion on something itâs gona depend on what 2 other magosâs say
And what phase the moon is
its all about power and authority
That one techpriest who invented those chicken walkers but now he's dead, and the rest are afraid to turn em off because they don't know how to wake em up again
Martian politics are like GoT on crack
Does anyone know what happened to Phospex weapons?
A techpriest said they were too cruel
One guy broke the stc
and destroyed the last STC
He got burned to death
what did the admech do?
With phosphex
They played too much Spec Ops the Line
they watched that cutscene from an STC.
Itâs just somewhat dilluted
Theyâre trying to figure out how to make phosphex again

The war crimes will recommence
Kryptman mood
Also his screams as he was being burned to death got recorded
Its just redemption
based admech
I did listen to it let me tell you pretty much is pretty good at putting the kids to sleep
When your debit card declines at the barber shop
Don't worry i'm sure they won't have nightmares
Lmfao
This guy was featured on Hot Ones with Sean. Surprisingly Sean didn't burn up
Average 40k Wiki Moment
also yeah like
we dont really know what phospex looks like
unless you count the nades
its basically white phosphorous yeah lmao
And phosphor is modified phosphex
I love using that on boltgun
Whatever theyâve done to phosphex to make it phosphor
Makes it less aggressive?
But burn even worse
Also malum is based
and he wears the Beakie helmet
Anyways I want the admech to find the stc for phosphex again
As a treat
Also because the admech isnât awful enough
And phosphex being used as a punishment again would be funny
its genuinely hilarious tbh
mfer destroyed it because its too cruel and gets McArthur'd
im sure his colleagues appreciated it
Ok so we want to punish this guy, what should we use?
How about the most horrific weapon we have just because we can lmao
Sure
Conversation of the high ranking officials on how to punish a poor farmer
Glad the Imperium kept the graceful brutality of the past just to use it on a farmer and their family off in an insignificant part of the galaxy
Iâm suprised the imperium havenât made an execution device that unspools your internal organs out your mouth or something
Considering how excessive their punishments are
in Day of Ascension they also systematically murder the populace of the planet to avoid overpopulation lmao
Yeah
Thanos
lmao
Iâm going to kill auto correct
Lol
https://youtu.be/gmBj8r1-fDo I have a questions, is this an accurate explanation for nurgle?
All rights belong to FOX / the simpsons show.
Taken from S11E12 (The Mansion Family).
% At the Mayo Clinic, Burns receives the results of his tests.
Burns: Well, doc, I think I did pretty well on my tests. You may shake my hand if you like.
Doctor: Well, under the circumstances, I'd rather not.
Burns: Eh?
Doctor: Mr. Burns, I'm afraid you are ...
Honestly yes
Nurgle followers can have as many infections/diseases as possible
the more the better
It makes them stronger
the Cadian ingame has a great line for it
"No pain. No fear. Only at the price of damnation."
for what i understand, nurgle is the only one that gives actual happines to his followers right?
cause i know that basically
with tzeentch youre fucked
Kind of but its manipulative
with slaanesh youre basically a heroine addict
Itâs an abusive relationship
Nurgle followers are "happy" but also actively suffering
For nurgle
and with khrone well
Is the best way to describe it
saying something is crawling in their thoughts
you want to kill those orphans with khorne
Khorne wants everyone dead
hes the most basic chaos god
its just murder and slaughter
Nurgle is a lot more slow and manipulative
even the "happiness" is just an illusion
and with slaanesh youre a heroine addict right?
Yes the more the better but too much is enough because i don't want to turn into the prisoner of the emerald
Basically it's excessive use of emotions
That make you happy
Is the only thing thatâll give you a high
^
Slaanesh is INCREDIBLY wide excess wise
Yeah
Any sort of like
Excess or perfection
Gets fed off of
Eating, drugs, fighting
Music
Yeah the basic stuff is usually those
Hell wanting to get incredibly strong could be slaaneshi
Yeah if you are addicted to getting a very amazing body next thing you know your protein shake consists of orphans, servants of the emperor, your own daughter and maybe even your own wife
If you obsess over it
Don't ask how i made that analogy
Yeah like even relaistically
slaanesh might start with sex
but thats gonna get boring FAST
you need a new high every time
bodily pleasure is never enough
you need new things constantly
Emperors children on their way to turn civilians into drugs
