Khorne; usually gladiator rings or fight clubs

Nurgle; either things similar to leper colonies, general disease and plagues, people wnating to escape said plagues, or actually hospitals do get a lot of nurgle cults

Tzeentch; honestly anything that has to do with knowledge or magic. Library planets or places with lot of pykers usually spawn tzeentch cults

Slaanesh; basically anywhere, as long as there’s obsessions and excess a Slaanesh cult can spawn

I like the headcanon/fantheory that lasguns have really potent machine spirits that want to make their wielder happy, and that's why lasguns are so inconsistent. They're literally behaving different based on what the Guardsman expects or wants.
