But yeah, the plasma guns we get in Dark Tide are actually pretty good quality. Since you have to be actively not paying attention for it to Overheat and explode. But yeah there are top tier plasma weapons that basically always fire on overcharge but never overheat, usually DAoT relics, but occasionally someone puts in the effort to make one of such quality,
