What an awesome cosplay project!

I usually start by analysing the costume for parts from Fanart and what's needed from canon. Breaking it down into core essentials. For Cain, it would be his jacket, the undershirt, pants, boots, gloves, hat, accessories (chains and what not), and then his weapons.

Thankfully he appears to wear clothing as opposed to armour, so your first port of call is second-hand stores to see if there is anything you can use for parts! Military stores or Online stores might help because of the style of clothing, they might have exactly what you need! If not, a lot of online sources will have patterns for this kind of clothing to be sewn.

For his weapons, I'd go 3D printing or foam. There will be tons of blueprint sources and/or tutorials online for this and I'm happy to help you find good ones if you need :)

For Warhammer, I love to customise and have fun creatively so add as many accessories and stuff as you see fit because the costumes are massive and super dramatic so it's very hard to over-do!

Sorry if this is a mouthful of a message lol but ways happy to help, this just kinda breaks the process into the bare essentials! 😁
