Normally i would laugh at this, but they make my loved autogun capable to kill custodes, so i cannot complain

Maybe the old era of autguns being so weak that even flak armour gave enough protection from them is over, and we can finally see autoguns being the weapons they should be

I swear though, the power level swings of custodes and their equipment is meme level, in some stories their armours are the zenith of human tech and are objectively superior to SM to the point that they can shrug off attacks that would have killed SM and in others a single pickaxe can penetrate them... In this we have autoguns managing to not only penetrate them, but also kill a custodes...

I also v much like the models, tau faces have a lot of potential to look v janky in general tbh so i'm glad they look v organic and not weird. The hologram/stealth field effects all look really good and I think it'll excel with the spaceships

This is my boi's work. He's done a fair amount with his brew on and off for two or three years now. Its been long enough that I may have gained blindspots on his homebrewing. But in short, there's a lot to like and draws inspiration from Steppe peoples like the Ottomans and Mongols, maybe a bit of other comparatively obscure Turkic tribes like the Pechenegs and Magyars, but also others like Polish and some Germanic influence here and there. He's done a fair amount of revamping and addressed some more questionable points of lore and did some good teeth kicking of his chapter that I think is typically omitted in homebrewing, let alone marine homebrewers.

Where the Dark Hunters lean into more barbarism and general wild approach to war, his Wraiths are more knightly and "proper" you could say I guess. gotta give that nerdy context to people, that was supposed to be Ironman but they lost the license in the very last minute, a literal day or two before the chips were set in on the machines 😂 and so just scrambled to see what they could do and the solution was to just recolor him and call him Warmachine (this also caused them to having to rescind a few chips that were already done)

Despite being uncharacteristically not Warmachine in punchlines and using proton weaponry (which was fixed in Marvel vs Capcom 2, where both are individual characters and warmachine only has rockets while Ironman has his lasers back)

The Fire hawks are basically a cannon space marine chapter that believes the imperial cult and when they are in battle they have a good chance to engulf them selves in flames mid battle

The flame doesn’t hurt them and it’s actually pretty good to ward off demons but then they were all hunted down by grey knights and got lost in the warp :/

Ok yeah it wasn't that the shard was afraid of being buried again. It was that Uriel had a metal charge on the object that would summon the Nightbringer's super death star ship out of the warp

i think i've found the one thing i hate about the primaris crusader squad kit: if you want to do a big 20 man blob, you have to go all or nothing with the neophyte weapon choice. so you can't mix the chainsword and pistol guys with bolt carbine guys, which is kind of lame

which on the one hand is good because it's better to be really good at one thing than be ok at two things, but still kinda sucks from a rules standpoint

They do this for AoS every year. Seasons of War is the reason why we have Cities of Sigmar as an army and we still have yet to see the results of the event that just happened a couple of months ago
