Wouldn't it depend on what the end goal is? If you want to paint an army for playing with, you have to come to terms with the fact that edge highlighting will take a lot of time (oof moment for my obsidian rose kabal), and likewise if you're painting for a competition or for a showpiece drybrushing might not cut it.
