Its a fun list for the most part.
Custodes with shields march up and tank shots, Saggitarum guard for holding objectives or getting stuck in with misericordia, shiledcaptan and jetbikes to shoot up hordes, or make charges. Venatori to jump in and take out High Value Targets, Achillus dreads to soften up tanks then take them in Melee. Telemon dread to just lay down fire on hordes, or charge things that look scary. Grav tank for shooty Anti tank (Which we are SEVERELY lacking)

The thing with custodes, you'll feel every single loss. So your big units? The big old unit of shield guard, and the tank? Those are your distraction carnifexes on table top. If you want, you can deploy them on the table top, but having the dreads teleport in or the Ventatari jumping in? Thats a surprise there
Plus with pistols and bucklers, while they lose their character killing power, they're good for taking on marine equivalents, and maaaybe terminator equivalents on a good day.
