One of my current complaints about 40k atm is that ranged in general just feels Better considering all the ways to scamper away or prevent melee

that is, cults are one of the few, if not the only faction, that can do chunks of damage in movement phase

Vs 2 inch range single always hits 2+ to wound -2 rend 1 damage, and variable attacks depending on how many enemies are in range at 3+ 3+ no rend

Also they dont have the sunmetal blade rule so no mortal wounds on 6s

Bronze paints tend to be darker (I think that's the way you describe it) compared to gold
