Purple looks a bit thin, but I think (from what I see anyway) that it looks fine. The cloaks I think could be a purple or lilac on the back and the reverse side could be your off colour to better silhouette the purple and detailing on the model that way

Ribbon tools are good for cutting up and carving pieces and can be used for detail work in some capacity, a stylus can mark stuff and make it easier to plan ahead for what you intend to sculpt, its like a writing utensil kind of, but there's no ink or anything. They're really helpful for doing extra fine detail work with the various sizes the metal ball at the end of it comes in, they can be helpful to sculpt things like faces, ripples and such, just generally fine details. Rolling pins was already elaborated, the more generic sets of sculpting tools really depends on their shape, and those scratch brush pens are good to make texture with, like to scratch up a thing you sculpted to rough it up, and is also helpful in cleaning tough to reach places clean.

As for plastic glue... well, I like the Tamiya glues. They actually kinda melt the plastic together, but you have to be a bit careful with it. But thats me.

This is the one I use and its lasted me like two years with careful application. A little goes a long way. Theres also a thinner consistency version of it that's really nice for smaller bits. Its applied via a brush that's built into the cap

He is a sculptor of some renown on the craftworld however, when his best friend Aradryan returns from a long time in space, his life takes a turn for the worse. Spurred by momentary hatred, feeling that he is emotionally betrayed by Thirianna, a female friend, Korlandril is attracted by the Aspect Temples. In order to deal with his turbulent emotions, he finds release in the expression of his anger in battle. Following the path of the Striking Scorpion, the shadow-bound hunter, Korlandril works to control his depthless rage and to focus it on a constructive task.
