@plush swift so forgeworld has 3 issues mainly

#

Their molds degrade faster than steel molds

#

they dont refresh their molds that often

#

they tend to not announce anything before removing it from the store

A forgeworld employee/'sculpter makes the master model/print. They then make a master mold out of that.
The master mold is used to make child models, and from those models, production molds are made

What happens is

#

Say they do it like this, which, often they try to stack together release items into 1 mold so they can cast regardless of breakage

#

but sometimes, Say its a larger model, it can get split up over several molds

#

then if one breaks or wears out, they cant cast it before remaking the former mold

#

so theyre slowly switching over to singular molds for the independant sets
