Ah. Don't think we have that here in Aus
This is the brand. Your local hobby store might have it
Ultramarines are the most popular generic chapter, but Cadian and Cadia based regiments are just straight up a vast majority of the actual imperial guard's roster
It's supposed to be even the non-cadians replicate the strict training Cadians go through because they're so effective
Every Guard Regiment that doesn't have its own unique identity is patterned off Cadians
But thats my point. Cadian fatigue, gear and strategy is basically common within the armies of the imperium. But cadian culture is probably a fairly small and rare number when taken into account all guardsman regiments. While yes they are probably the biggest by far, number wise, they are still a tiny spec in the numbers of regiments you have in total. And so if you have a guardsman that has the same fatigue, gear and training but doesn't know a single thing about Cadia, are they still called "cadian". idk thats just how i view it.
They have the same training and gear as cadians, its different than a box of space marines being called ultramarines because ultramarines specifically have tailored gear, like cadians
The actual physical box of infantry they sell you is supposed to be a blank template for your own regiments/army whatever. Cadians just are that blank template because most generic regiments are just cadians, so you can work from that
But cadian culture is very popular because cadia is basically a sweatshop for soldiers. They shipped out billions of cadians
That was my original point. Why is it labeled as "Cadian" instead of Guardsman. I cant think of any other generic box that has a specific faction tied to its name. I was saying its the same thing as calling an "intercessor box" a Ultramarine intercessor box while its still not exactly tied to the ultramarines. It can be any chapter.
Well i mean it IS a cadian box its not just a label. I guess i see your point but I think you're underestimating the presence of cadia
The new cadians came out with a massive box called Cadia Stands
The Astra Militarum do have separate rules for Non Cadian infantry squads, they just don't sell models for them currently/yet
Oh, so im in the wrong. Nvm lol
Who knows, maybe when we get their Codex we'll see a release of non Cadian infatry squads
Not a killteam map but this is all the terrain i got for under 100 bucks
Yea in the rules the Guard have 4/5 Battleline squads
Cadian Shock Troops
Death Korps of Krieg
Catachan Jungle Fighters
Infantry Squad
And Tempestus Scions (Only Battleline if your Warlord is a Tempestor Prime)
finished my ogryns
well done.. once i paint up all the imperial knights i want i'mma make some imperial guard next
Super nice cameo pattern on the pants!
That pegasus stuff is really great value for 40k use. Do you have plans for floor/roof stuff?
Wonderfull Bullgryns little one!
Just by curiosity, how do you share your 40K minis here ?
The awesome thing is that their actual physical store is like 10 miles away from me so i get their cheap ass prices with no shipping
I got plans for the floors and roof yeah. Gonna get cardstock for floors and pick up some diorama roof panels i saw at pegasus
Oh, hell yeah. That's sick.
That's awesome! I want to see how that stuff goes. Once I get into my 40k communal terrain library, I'll probably be working with Pegasus stuff
I'd love to see what you cook up when you get to it, the terrain is truly amazing
he said WHAT?
How do you guys paint glass?
Getting these printed soon and I want to paint the glass on those porthole looking things
The button with the plus symbol by the gift box is for attachments. You can either post a previously taken photo or take a new one
Could I just do a dark gray and then lighter and lighter grays toward the edges?
I don't have it yet unfortunately but thank you for the help
Depending how fancy you wanna go with it, you could do like a glowing effect from inside.
Ooh I could try that
I think that would be pretty cool
I might do green lenses with it
So I'll probably base with I'll problem go caliban green>warpstone glow>Moot green>yriel yellow and then a small bit of white in the center
a dark paint with a light paint over it then a coat of gloss varnish
Back from holiday and now it’s back to the grindstone
Adder more dakka to the snazzwagon/squigbuggy proxies
I couldn't fit a squig launcher on the buggy but I had a better option,
I'm just gonna fill the cab with explosions and bomb squigs
Is it just me or do you guys hate poses where your guys aren't like mid-action or like aiming/sprinting whatever
Always bothers me when i just have a dude dramatically posing in my army idk why
whats your opinon on random rocks in the models
i kind of hate it
my canoness brings her shattered pillar wherever she goes ig
I only like them if they're for like sprinting/jumping units
Posing on a random rock is dumb as shit
I mean free basing material. But am the same time I'm getting sick of tactical rocks lol
Dman who that?!
Need some advice on what to add as the final part of my oops all Grots list
I'm running, Zodgrod, 3 units of 20 grots,2 units of 4 grot tanks, 2 units of 3 killa kans, 2 mek guns. And I'm debating that'll be more useful. Cuttong 2 mobs of 20 grots for one unit of 4 grot tanks, or keeping the grots
Removed one of my captain General model, feels much better now
Trying to make a hive world type industrial base for my Minotaur Space marines. Makes it hard when they keep having rocks on their bases.
PPPPPISSraetor. Finally painting up my praetor.
if i wanted to sand down a base to give a smoother effect for a floor what grit would yall recommend?
I just spend nearly 2 days straight painting the most mid cloth i have ever seen. I've noticed i always have this when painting. Everything is going dandy untill i fuck one thing up and it takes out all the fun i was having.
6th Nob done, featuring his Lil greenstuff cigar
Love it!
Anyone have pics of the Leman Russes from the game's levels? I'm trying to make a 1k point list of Moebian 21st and need the color scheme of the Russ for my tanks

@timid raft
it's just a rusty dull green
Thanks, I had trouble finding pics on the internet
I'm not sure if those Russes were from the 21st or the traitors, not sure how I'd make a tank fit with the amphibious theme the 21st has
An acceptable amount of dakka
Proppa Snazz
Well, at least the Chimera is canonically amphibious
Got this in the mail today
oh wow
Best part was it was only £13 including shipping
Ikr I am hoping to find a "how to paint citadel minis" booklet eventually
WIP Aeldari Defenders
Templar intercessors are starting to get there
Oooh, you using contrasts?
Nope
Oh fair enough
Getting there. Really starting to resent my past self for nit building these 100% in subassembally
not a mini, but used an online token thingy to make a concept for my knight houses infantry army.. Behold one of the Amalgam Men at Arms
Unpainted and 3d printed
I think this is one of my best so far
good shit dude
Yikes, that looks like a rough print.
It's not that bad, tbh I just need to sand it alil
Is it a thing where you shouldn't prime when the weather is damp?
Both temperature and humidity are factors for spraying
Can't remember what the numbers are exactly but basically you don't want it to be too humid or too dry, the same way you don't want it to be too hot or too cold
that's a really cool concept
i live in humid area, primer is fine. I dont use citadel primer.
are you using PLA?
Yeh, my current home setup cant deal with anything that lets off fumes or needs special environment so it's just pla and pla+ for me
Yeah, i think you can basically get away with anything as long as you keep the minis inside afterwards. It was pouring down and i needed to prime an arm. I covered the arm with my palm, ran into my shed, sprayed, ran back and put it in my bathroom. It turned out fine.
do you dehydrate your filament beforehand
hell, i primed outside, i live in tropical country. I went back, my room is 18C cold. let it dry and it turned out fine.
This stuff is freshly bought, and I know my main issues are that I need to change the nozzle and up retraction
The problem lies with what primer can you are using, and how you spray it
yeah i was going to say that. the stringing seems to be excessive for a small print with PLA
I've been 3d printing since before the plague and before I knew bout Warhammer
awesome
Yeah, I was just lazy
i started a year ago and im still learning so much stuff
Well. PLA will get you just about anywhere, I don't remember the exact settings off the top of my head but after changing them tree supports become the best supports and if you wanna make minis print all the parts to a single mini at once with a brim and basically dont pull off the supports or brim till you ready to build
Or do it with like 5 of them and treat it kinda like a parts sheet from GW without the need for the clippers
To the 3D printing guys, how hard is it to find 1 to 1 GW pdfs out there?
Wrong file format and it's not that hard
noted, thanks for the tip. i'm currently doing resin printing though because im not satisfied with my filament models
top model is my first filament print, bottom is resin
Oh. If you doin resin then it don't matter. Resin will always be better for minis
Hell, sometimes resin printers are too good for the job
yeah. it's just a pain in the ass to use
currently my room temperature is my biggest annoyance. layers keep splitting
I don't got resin and it's what I got the least experience with so I wouldn't know but I know the pain
Cuz it happens with PLA too. And during the cold days....
add me in DM's if you need some pointers for where to find 1:1 stuff. when you're starting out it's a bit difficult to find the right places
Those look like hamburgers
what kind of dry ass hamburgers are you used to
Vulkan He'Stan the first vs the second
I didn't look him up the first time. And felt like homebrewing him to have a just as long but much GURTHIER!!!! Option
Also, pink power weapons be a vibe I wanna mess with
I was just curious for the future. If you're still around, when i get around to it, ill try to get in contact. Thanks.
Whats the tank south from leman russ?
a leman russ with an out of production forge world gryphonne IV turret and vanquisher cannon
yes this is a real model
Ah ok 👌
the cannon is ridiculous
In my leman russ i hadnt that long canon
yeah the current GW vanquisher cannon is much smaller
in this pic the gryphonne IV russ is backwards and it's still longer lol
Getting better at muscle separation with highlights
amazing skin work my man
Lol thanks, it could definitely be better
pictures always highlight the tiniest mistakes. At normal human viewing distances im sure that model looks tournament level
painting tournament i mean!
i gotta say though, how many orcs you planning to paint like that
gonna take you a long time!
my custom cybernetica datasmith conversion i just finished, with one of her charges
Mostly done
Just gotta do some cleanup and maybe an ogryn camo highlight
My 90s' flash git unit, Boyz 2 mek
I just took a shower and had a shower thought of me calling mini STLs "PDFs". Out of curiosity i scrolled up to see if i actually did, and low and behold. Im not the smartest cookie in the tin.
Is okey, we all dumb sometimes
Gitz done,
To a tabletop standard at least
I'll pick out the gubbins I missed later, I just wanted them done to a tabletop standard before my weekend was up
ur an inspiration
i have a whole squad of novitiates ready to assemble and paint and I've been lackin
Mostly finished Wraithguard. Just needs base work and transfers
Thanks!
What is some advice for painting flesh? I now have a Cherub and am unsure what I’ll do for its “skin”
Depending on your skill level, i would recomend not using shades. From my experience shades make mistakes very hard to fix. I would use layering instead. But if you are careful a shade will work fine.
Or you can do it the super lazy way wraithbone base>guilliman flesh contrast
Ez
I would try this but I just have corax and rakarth
Corax. Oof
The only white that was available at the store at the time. Actually worked really well though
Of all paints ive used from any brand. Easily the worst lol
My advice would be to try and steer away from citadel paints
This is coming from a citadel shill
To be honest, I prefer to use their paints just because I know most will use them as a reference point. Just makes it easier on me to determine colors, if that makes sense
Can definitely see why people suggest otherwise though
Yeah I get ya, but eventually I'd suggest getting an artist acrylic paint like golden
It's also cheaper in the long run
12ml of rhinox hide is $5.50 meanwhile 59ml of burnt umber is like $10
Yikes
I just bought the Space Marine/Tyranid starter set and am going to get the Leagues of Votann in a few weeks to start learning the game. How terrible of a decision have I made?
How much do you like the factions?
I like Marines and think Tyranids look cool. Then the thing that is making me pull the trigger is frigging Space Dwarves.
I fell down the lore hole about 6mo ago.
Bc of Darktide.
40k is great
Then I’d argue it’s not that bad idea. Financially, maybe. Otherwise? Nah
My only advice would be to hold off on further purchases until you've built/painted the first set you get, everyone has a little backlog pile they haven't gotten to yet and that's fine, but you won't know how you truly feel about the hobby until you've built and painted your first couple of models. So try not to drown yourself in minis before you figure out if you enjoy the process or not.
I've been 3d printing and painting for a few months now.
Oh in that case nevermind
I love the process of basing/assembling/painting lol.
I'll probably do some 3d printed models to fill in gaps but plan on going mostly official.
Yea that's fine, I've just seen cases of people jumping into the hobby and straight off the bat spending £500 getting a full 2k point list and then giving up after the first mini because they realise they hate the process.
Yeah I started with a friend's cast-off minis before investing in anything else. Just to make sure.
i need some help with painting a pelt on a ork warlord 40k, idea is - ork's in a jungle - would be nice if its part of real lore - what i need help with is what animal's/creature's live in this jungle planet
If theirs no pelt already use green stuff and small scissors theirs a good YouTube video on this
yeah there is
Do you know what kind of pelt it is or what kinda colors you want
kinda looks like a wolf pelt, and maybe like a burgundy with slightly lighter yellow stripes
hes riding a mech squig
You could do wolf Grey coat or if you want to do burgundy ide maybe start with ronox hide, dry brush of catchan skin, and a light dry brush of skrag brown
I watched a video sometime earlier and heres my most sincere opinion based on that.
-
GW pumps alot of models recent year. Aim to market at you at an exponential rate recently.
-
Each time it takes to paint an actual mini is very long for a average hobbyist. Think about that.
At the end of the day they are selling you plastics. You have to invest tools, material, skills and most importantly TIME on it.
I have made an honest mistake of just hording boxes and barely got any of them done yet. So just be considerate at that.
Tho their maybe better choices I don't do much pelt painting
mmkay that sounds like a good idea, the kit is mozrog skragbad
thanks!
This is one of the pelts I've done
jokaero.. tech monke
It's a Jokaero weapon smith
Ally to the imperium can be attached to inquisitor retenue for buffs
Yes
thats pre cool never seen em before
Theirs still data sheets for demon hosts as well but they don't make or sell the model anymore
Daemonhosts have chaos spawn syndrome
Why would I ever buy when when I could kitbash a soulblight mini
Yeah no one buys the chaos spawn kit either bc you can literally just go into any old bits box with some greenstuff and walk away with a better chaos spawn than the GW one
Yea true
Im going to do a daemonhost kitbash using ephrael stern as the base
gonna paint the skin gold and wrap a bunch of chains around her
comes in later this month
That would be a good choice.
The sister looks like a sayian
she'll look even more like one when i paint her hair golden yellow
Crazy
I want to see it
well the model doesnt come in for a bit so youll be waiting but ill probably post it here :>
I'm so happy
I'm gonna be buying the paints either this or next month and then a squad of intercessors for my birthday in April
I'm so excited to get started on DA
Are those Aeldari ?
Aeldari Wraithguard
That is a great army
Hoping soon to finish my Salamanders and Necrons
what currency is that? Zloty?
yeah
It's złoty, yeah
I was refreshing before 10AM UTC around 9:55AM and it was just there so I frantically put both in my cart
Wait, wouldn't it be Zlote in english? Zloty implies its singular.
Technically but it's like how Pierogi is plural but everyone uses it for singular as well
Even if it should be just pieróg
Oh, idk. Just sounded weird
Eh, you get used to it
But yeah
I'm SUPER excited to start getting into DA
I found a really cool grimdark scheme that gives the green armor this desaturated forest green look that will look amazing
I love DA, painted the leviathan box as DA, and now have Lion himself arriving in the mail
I wanna wait with Lion till I get practice in with regular units
Plus I wanna do a scheme similar to heresy-era Angels for him
Oh see I really just started out buying kits to paint them. I’ve now got a 1300 point army of dark angels, but not a single game under my belt.
I just like the green, and the lore
Funny thing, I actually am not fond of the heresy era scheme, I think black n red just looks too generic. I think it looks good on The Fallen tho
Mostly cuz of the cloaks capes n hoods
Yeah I agree, that's why I've been thinking of swapping out red for the green
Ooooooo
Keeping trims a darker silver, too
Also doing the Emperor's Shield as it is on the GW website so it contrats nicely
This is my most recent DA build
I know they don’t really fly this thing, but damn it. It looks good on my desk
The Ravenwing are getting some reinforcements! The Green Wing from the Dark Angels is actually pretty hard to paint in a grimdark style. The highlighting was the toughest and I left the mistakes that I made in the video, so maybe you can learn from that too. There are so many space marine chapters that it's hard to get the difference in the gree...
This is the guide I wanna follow minus the bone parts
@sweet sinew
Also ngl
Getting the Collectors Edition Codex really elevated my day cause like
Yesterday I landed a date with a girl and now THIS
The Emperor is similing down upon me
Dark Angels fans keep winning
All the new kits, and in your personal life
I should probably get the collectors edition codex, would look nice with my leviathan edition rulebook
this is a more lore accurate paint scheme for teh DA then the actual DA colorschemes lmao
I try to paint my figs as lore accurate as possible, I’m just weird like that. But I searched for days to find a good scheme for it, come to find out DA armies don’t really field it. So I just went with my own thing
ENIM IMPERATOR? Is that real or a mix up?
Uhhhh, it either came with the leviathan sheet or the dark angels combat patrol sheet
1st time painting an Age of Sigmar model, the tight angle really were my downfall, I got them ogryn hands
Finished painting my very first group of space marines! I'm kinda proud of these. And I've done a lot of learning with every model. Then went back to fix the previous ones. C&C welcome 🙏 🤗
(Also sorry if thr bad lighting kinds washes out some of the detail)
Love all the free hand on the cloak!
If I mix some screamer pink and contrast medium 1:1 will it behave more or less like a contrast paint?
that's some great freehanding! fantastic work
Now we're cooking. Never using premixed skin tones again. Mixing your own with Kimera Kolors is fucking great
When you guys go to paint a marine helmet with fancy lenses, what do you start on? Do you do the lenses first?
Ive been having a bit of trouble with it lately for some reason.
I usually do lenses last
If i was to put a shade in a recess, would it fill in the recess gap/detail more than if i used a normal paint or would it be around the same?
Looks like me at the end of the month waiting for the next paycheck lol

How is the face so accurately sculpted??
it's in a pretty large scale, about 1/18 I recon
Joytoy or something similar I guess?
3D print
Kimera colors really is fantastic shit
hell yeah
Their red is so nice
Whenever I find a place selling it I stock up on it cause it sells out quick in the US
#1 done
Improvements
It looks amazing but you just posting her face really makes it look like a meme.

After a very busy morning... Infernus squad is ready to deploy
yeah what do I keep saying about mixing your own skin tones? its easy and always comes out better, also do you want any of my flesh tone recipes?
Sure, shoot
very basic one for everyone is always white, burnt umber, and orange
mine specifically is pyrrole red light, burnt umber, titanium white, zinc white, yellow ochre, and cerulean blue deep
zinc white is there to make it more transparent
so I can get better undertone hues
for shading I mix in ultramarine violet
this one's mostly red oxide with yellow oxide and white. Touch of black for some areas and magenta + pathalo blue mixed with the skin mix for the eyebags
I dont know what of those kimera has
not a bad mixture
the starter set has
PBK7, PW6, PY151, PY83, PR130, PY42, PO32, PR170, PR122, PV23, PB15.2, PB15.4 and PG7
pr130 is umm...
insanely toxic
like deadly toxic
I hope thats a mislabel
thats an iron oxide that generally has mercury in it
and no one makes it
I really hope they meant that is pr101 but the red 130 variant
this is iron oxide red 130
it does label it as non-toxic as well so you'd think it's that one then
Well as I said, I can put a non-toxic label on lead paint because its not toxic if used correctly
No one does because its stupid, but you can legally do it
vallejo does stuff like that all the time like on their flow improver
pb15.2 is a weird one, that commercially doesnt really exist these days, but I can tell you exactly who their supplier is because of that
most of that selection is pretty good
now is that po32 or po34?
34
where the fuck are they getting that, that hasnt been made in... a very long time
no idea, could something they have locally
Not at all, that was discontinued due to environmental hazards
looks like it's the 130 red variant
EU does not produce that at all
wait i thought you said 32
34 is fine
pheww ok, that was a but scary for a moment there
pb15.2 though actually.... I know who produces their paints
sadly
over all its a decent pigment list
though 15:4 isnt phthalo green blue shade, its phthalo cyan
its much lighter than green shade
and better honestly
will probably get this set or some of the paitns from it later as well
heard good things about Mars Orange and Purple
pbr25 is a god tier pigment
this is quinacridone violet, and its only a tranparent pigment
so it has an adulterant in there
mars orange is generally pretty nice, it functions more akin to a brown than an orange though when mixing
People really like the Samurai Green and Cartaci Red from this list as well
those are mixed pigment paints
yeah figured, as they don't have the branding of pure pigment nor any pigments listed
pure pigment is a really bad branding
pure pigment is actually a really bad thing to list on a label because it means something very specific
which, working with scale 75 in the past, they... say it because the hobby community isnt bright and thinks that will sell more than a professional grade if they do that
pure pigment paint implies its a dispersion only
was about to say, the layman doesn't really care
yeah, I have to care because of lawsuits
I think I mentioned this but scale 75 tried to hire a company I worked for to produce their paints for US production a while back and we declined for 2 reasons
one was they didnt offer enough money
the second was we had to have them change their branding because of potential lawsuits
which, only colart and golden can handle lawsuits currently
they are the only ones who make enough and even then, golden is only 30~ mil a year
and they are the top one
colart is winsor & newton and liquitex
pure pigment can result in a false advertising lawsuit in a few countries, which is why no manufacturer wants to touch them for US distribution
they'd have to go industrial
where they dont care
Gotcha
i know, completely pointless to even bring up, but hey its some inside stuff to the manufactuering side of things
its a screwy field
Yeah seems like it
im just shocked they are using pbr25
thats an incredibly rare pigment
makes me wonder the quality of that as thats... not a cheap pigment
and if its the 30-50% pigmentation they claim, that would cost more to produce by a lot
its like 500-800 a kg
sometimes more
xenexos are like 250-400 and thats considered too expensive for most producers
and those are metallic pigments
Doubt they'd lie about it, I've also heard that it's indeed a great paint to use from other painters too
How do you guys put paint onto your palette? Do you have dropper bottles, use a brush or something else?
well 30-50% pigmentation means nothing in reality, they word it to sound like its volume, which if it was volume, the paint wouldnt adhere and several of those pigments, putting higher than 10% by weight will actually cause the paint to not work due to how potent those pigments are
Ive tested them, they are ok i guess for hobby stuff
but I cant call anything good because I have to compare it to the top end and it falls short of the top end
it has some major issues with its pH balance, which the average hobbiest wont care about
but I do for conservation purposes
average person also wont care if it will get destroyed in a year, they want the instant result like putting acrylics over oils
cant be frozen, which a lot of professional paints can be
the top of top end to be more exact
(dont get me started on the army painter fanatic paints and their marketing)
I understand that if you want paint on a mini to last, it's oils over acrylics, and not the other way around, but what do you mean destroyed in a year? Breaking apart due to lightfastness issues, some pH issue, or something else?
the acrylics cant form a bond to the surface
No, I mean, can other issues besides acrylic on top of oil adhesion destroy the paint?
sent you a video
the acrylic can cause a gas build up and cause the entire thing to crack
My first 40k mini...Im in danger and will never financially recover from this.
Welcome to the club
Money well spent
This is my home made storm lord.
It's a slow but eh progress
Black wash didn't work that great because the ink I used had a FUCKING METALLIC finish too it!! Need to get hold a different ink, yayyy.
what ink?
thats a weird ink if its a black metallic
I mean, bad wash or not Constantin still looks like a boss
Do you mean gloss finish?
You can fix sheen issues with varnish most of the time.
No literally has metal/shiny flakes inside
Watered down umber ink for the gold, using black for the blade and other lil trinkets
ive had good success with red/flash washes on gold
Agreed, making my own ink wash allows me to control how strong the wash is. Alot of water for less tint
Also like 1 drop of ink + 2 drops of water could do a whole squad of custodes
5 man
unrelated but i like doom guy x isabelle too 🙂
Yeee, misses asked me to use that
rip and tear >:3
Worst part: she's like a lil doom guy at times, more violent than me
My zealot’s name is constantin and no one has made the connection ☹️
You wouldn't really, unless you know HH or custodes lore well enough
Hulk hogan

some gold tonight
I have stripped this bastard 5 times over the course of 3 days. I want to die. But I also want it to look good. This one is going ok. Do you guys think I strip it and go again or just deal with it?
Nah its perfect
Those lenses are fire man
Just the sergeant’s shoulders left to do
First ever mini assembled. Never built a model anything together so I'm pretty pleased with how straightforward assembly was.
Awesome, are you starting Imperial Guard?
That's the intent. Got a few lists set up to go from 500 and build up to 2000 points using Combat Patrol boxes and a few extras.
Anyone have any death guard marines and would like to show them off? Just curious
So I'm about to get a really good deal, 40 boys, snikrot, 20 kommandos, 8 grot tanks,9 deffkoptas,6 kills kans,20 grots,1 big mek in mega armor, 1 big mek with SAG,1 mek gun,4 meganobz,5 flash gitz,2 warboss in mega armor,3 deff dreads and a gorkataut for $200
Fuckin STONKS
$1735 to be exact
the person selling that must be a clueless parent getting rid if their child's collection
there's no other way
Nah dude just said "I don't want to play orks anymore and it's gonna be a hassle to try and sell them all piecemeal"
Either way I'm gonna make out like a bandit
bruh
Like dude could get a ton out of it but I ain't complaining
I don't think anyone would complain lmao
”Repent! For tomorrow you die!”
He sent me the offer after we traded today, I gave him 20 primaris intercessors, 10 tactical marines, 3 inceptors, 1 chaplain, titus, a redemptor and furioso dreadnought and a squad of terminators and he Gave me 20 beast snaggas, 1 beastboss, 3 killa kans, 4 grot tanks, 5 stormboys,5 flash gitz, and ork kill team, and a grot mega tank
He’s an ork player, I seriously doubt he cares
Shit you right,he's a good guy
“Why the hell not” is the motto of the ork player
I have started translating the ork way to my personal life. Ironically I'm much happier
Can I control what's happening? No. Can I at least try and have fun on the way?you Bet your ass
do you ever scream WAAAA and smash the table for fun?
Well I stuck with it and I think I turned out decent. So thx to the ppl who told me to stick with it. ❤️
oh i forgot to do the spot highlight
There
They look so good.
I’m just after the sentinel and tanks, gonna use em with krieg
I gotta paint more tacticool marines
Yeah I’ll probably grab a tank for a TC
Ulgo think about buying army. Ulgo want true army. Like one ulgo was given to fight bugs with!
So i want to make a little bottle for my own paint mix. One of the 2 paints in the mix is in a dropper bottle (which is perfect) the other is a gw pot. Anyone know of the best way to get paint into somewhere from a gw pot without wasting a bunch of paint in the process?
I think JuanHidalgo literally uploaded a video the other day doing thayt

Ill watch it in a bit. Thank you!
Why no meme channel?
never forget what they took from us
I got this bright silver ink, I really like how it looks but it's a little bright for a basecoat of ork metal, if I get a black ink and mix it 2:1 ,silver to black would I get a more gunmetal look?
yup should be good. You can also just wash the ink over after you basecoat and boom you got recess shading
So I made the recent discovery that the fluorescent paint I use for OSL is actually... fluorescent lol
How did you make those awesome pictures? I have some "glow in the dark" stuff on my Votann and haven't managed to get such a result until now... I'm happy for any suggestion how this is done.
I have a little handheld uv light for curing resin that reacts with this paint :)
Ah nice.. Then i need to get some additional lighting for making photos XD Currently there is only my hobby lamp and the room interior lamps as also the flash of my phone for taking photos...
I should think about a photobox for minis at some point
So I think for these 5 flash gitz I'm painting I'm gonna go a bit simpler with the colors
My last ones looked like this
And while definitely "flashy" I didn't like how it looked in the end, so instead of 5 colors, every Git this time will have 2 colors and gold accents
Still flashy but not as busy
I about lost my damn mind upon seeing this
Arizonamarines is now a thing

oh shit, is the uv glow that potent or are there lighter glazes(?) of it to sell the OSL
Really liking this gun style vs my last flash gitz one
I need to get some for my traitor guard, do you have any recommendations for where to buy them?
Starting to replace my stolen combat patrol contents, only thing motivating me to finish these Tzaangors is knowing I can kitbash them to look cooler than my last vanilla set
60/20/10 rule is pretty much universal tbh can't go wrong as long as the theory between the colours you picked works
Ive tried AK, vallejo, and greenstuff world fluorescents. they're pretty much all the same :) so whatever is easier to get for you
yep, which means they will fade fast
Golden or lascaux, only acceptable answers in reality. And this isnt coming from me and my ego, this is coming from the hobby community
Most brands (the big mentions here are scale 75 and proacryl) mix other pigments into the fluos, so they dont actually work that well for what people want, mix in the chalk they add in and you get a paint that fades starts its fading directly after application rather than a few days later

This wasnt a bad video i say on them
To anyone that plays table top is there anything I should change or add to this line up?
3 shadowswords not just 1
That doesn't add up to 100. So the last 10 is grey plastic? 😉
Wait no it's 60/30/10 lol
Ulgo get minis and color then to Ulgo team!
If you have a good balance go for it, careful with the shadow sword it's gonna be hard to not take some serious damage and possibly loose a 1/5th of your army real quick
I personally prefer cheaper armored units because they're still crazy in 10th and I can sacrifice them without weeping. But also the more cheap tanks means the price of buying the army goes up a ridiculous amount
Thanks man I really appreciate the input
kitbashed voxcaster
Kind of a sad fact, that vox mask was going to be in darktide until it wasnt. 😦
one of the main 4 guardsmen had one in the cinematics, but even in the mission where you can see the four of them strung up on the pikes, none of them have that mask.
After a bunch of back and forth and touch-ups my friend and I finally settled on a paint scheme for his Nids
Oh yeah we bought the minis secondhand and a bunch of the "hormogaunts" had Termigant pistols so had to kinda improvise and turn them into pincers
Started the larger leather areas, this will take a while
Naming my Plagueburst Crawlers is the most fun I’ve had in a while.
And the sergeant marks the first squad completed, god trying to get the shoulder pad transfers aligned properly can be an ass at times 😅
my air brush isnt working for osme reason so im primin h my mdoel bu hand
im just using airbrus h paint all over th emodel until its like balck enough to ignore shadows
Im glad im not the only one who types like this
I've been following your images of this project for a little bit and I just noticed the scale of it because of your hand lmao I thought it was "standard infantry" sized
Outrider Sergeant
Oh yeah it's pretty massive
Tried kitbashing this Tzaangor to look a little more "lizardmen-y"
No horns and a tail goes a long way
you know someone means business when theyre doing sub assemblies on guardsmen
yep, 30 more to go 🤡
could i darken down magmaladroth flame with some black wash for shading then dry brush some highlights with fire dragon bright? it would be over imotekhs cape
I wouldn't darken orange/red with a black wash, might make it look splotchy/dirty.
clinically unwell
It has to be a sin in at least one religion to sub assembly guardsmen
That’s insane for a single guardsmen
Thanks yea I'm aiming for killteam, 1k-3k games this is just the 1st board out of 3
I did it for my vet guard kill team for some models, but yeah, not 30. It's just hard to paint a model clutching a weapon closet to its chest.
So many out of production kits...
Allot of it either ebay or Amazon is where I got it
Can i get away with using shades with my detail brush if i keep it wet and clean it with brush soap afterwards or still a bad idea?
I use my kolinsky brushes with contrast, metallics, the works. It doesnt matter as long as you clean it.
If paint gets in the ferrule, eventually it will build up and ruin the brush. so if youre using a detail brush, meaning the head is really short, then youll potentially wear it out quicker.
Why shade with a detail brush though? pin washing?
Yeah, at some point i will definitely do the oil washes.
tbh, as a guard painter, sometimes it's a necessity with some of those arm placements
At that point, get a fresh $3 pack of throwaways at Walmart or wherever, and use the points on those, without having to inflict anything like that on your good brush
Nobody is going to pick up your individual guardsmen and check to make sure you painted the inaccessible bits
It is never necessary for the average guard enjoyer, unless you're doing an extremely high standard or a painting competition. Which by then you're far from the average
Not that I'm dissing it, I think it's a huge commitment and badass. Nothing against it. Just could never ever reccomend it in any practical sense to any human being with an actual 2K point guard army
(I am a guard collector)
I think the idea of having an army and when you pick up a random model, its fully kitted out with every detail picked out is pretty cool.
I'm not a player, I just like to paint miniatures so I like it when they're complete
I mean yeah its cool but statistically a vast majority of warhammer players don't even finish painting their first army
I shouldn't say vast majority, but unpainted plastic is common place. Not surprising
Well yeah that's just different then
I mean yeah, i cant disagree. I have a friend that has prob about £2000 worth of grey plastic.
And hasnt painted in like a year and a half
Im a firm believer in not buying a bunch. But i guess its a bit different when you actually play the game.
When i buy stuff i have a strict rule set. One box to paint now, one box for later. No more, no less.
And maybe a single model here and there
me every time a new army or kill team gets released/updated: yeah I kinda miss this crap, maybe I should get back in the hobby...
also me, remembering I have amblyopia and can't paint: yeeeah maybe not
I usually buy one box at a time
The only reason I bought several of the Eldar at the same time was because I was trying to get them table ready for a match
Once I have 1k points table ready, I slow down to one box at a time
For example, I just got a box of Outriders yesterday and I'm going to finish them before I order a box of Terminators
I used to be pretty good about having no more than two boxes, the in progress one, and then the next one. Now I’m sitting on 5 boxes
Only in debt does hobby end
Think that'll do for the leather on this side, at least by brush. Might soften some areas and strengthen the highlight on others by airbrush closer to the end
I just dropped my sable brush. No more sable brush. 😦
Did you drop it into a vat of acid?
The void. Its gone
I understand
I have found the void can be satisfied with trade, often times I will lose a piece and have an old one thought long gone returned in exchange
"The floor is a cruel mistress, what she takes she keeps"
Kasrkin Sarge
Oh wow, I got the same thing and never realized it had a name. Mine came from my ptosis
So I'm trying to make a fleshy looking underbelly on my squigs, I've never done it before but could I paint the skin in khorne red, the belly in kislev flesh/bugmans glow, then make a mic of 1:1 khorne red and the underbelly color and drybrush that where the 2 colors meet to try and blend them?
I’m starting to find Phobos armor more fun to paint than regular Primaris armor
I like the boots
Phobos my beloved
Champion of the Knight Justiciar (made for the Arthur Bones homebrew contest)
Except I fucked up
Base coating almost done on me gitz
I glued the hand with the handles on but left the gun hand off, so some of the guns don't match up with the handles
Oh well, they shot them so much they ripped the handles off
Started a new Kill Team
Happy Birthday to Eldar Warp Spiders! They were released this month 30 years ago and they're still part of the modern Eldar range, what a champ 🎉 🎉 🎉
I think I've got it all planned out now just gotta buy a few things
Shadowsword approved
Oof
To anyone who knows more than I is this rhino supposed to look like this? Ive not seen one like it before
No?
That's what I'm unsure of it looks like a ramshackle but then again I'm not sure
The only thing I don't like is the lamp(?) Atop the missle tube but it does look neat
Seems like someone has kitbashed this rhino into an anti tank vehicle...
It's like the YT vid where someone kitbashes his Rhino into an apothecary Rhino...
Oddly enough I've seen that and I thought it was pretty dope ngl
Yup the Apothecary Rhino was just a real nice kitbash... A shame GW hasn't such options in Tabletop....
Would I look odd if I gave my ork kommandos olive drab green jackets and more bright green skin? Would they look different enough to not blend into each other
Just depends on how different the greens are, in application.
It could go either way.
It would help for the skin to have distinct contrast in itself for shadows, and for the jackets to have a different shadow contrast.
That way they'd be marked to the eye as different surfaces.
oh i love the scheme on this fine fellow
those are pretty close to Rogue Trader era Rhinos
only the boxes on top of the track pieces are a bit oddd
I am finally starting my guard again and I started doing this guy to get back into the swing of things
Still more to do but most of the way there
Ravenguard my beloved, when finally deciding on an army I was tied between DA and RG. Then the Lion came out, and well
So like this kind of skin tone
Maybe a little lighter because I still need to highlight with ogryn camo
And this shade of green coat
has anyone here moved their gw cup paints to droppers by using distilled water to help transport them?
Im scared ill ruin the paint
That sounds like a bad idea to me
I would definitely do more research before doing that
A youtuber guy did it and he is pretty well respected. But thats exactly what i thought when i first saw it.
I might just commit because i really want the dropper bottles.
Yeah, thats what im gonna do, but i dont really have a paint i dont care for. I guess one is just going to have to take the plunge,
Gonna have to break one of them the bad news haha
Its just a first gen kit, the box tubes on top are the old hunter-killers, and the searchlights used to look like that, its probably from the 90s
3rd party model?
the rhinos from negative 1ED looked like this
looks like a rogue trader rhino with some bits added too it
idk what the rules for the rhino were or if the bits mean a specific loadout but
I was able to find one that has that spotlight thingy on hte side
oh yea those bits are on the original sprue
its oldhammer
They're almost guaranteed to be getting either kill team boxes or a refresh soon fear not
Can I shoot every ranged weapon my unit has on one turn? Or do I have to choose
Like my gorkanaut has 2 rokkit launchers, 2 twin big shootas,a skorcha and a deffstorm mega shoota
You can shoot all that you have
a scavenger rhino is an interesting concept.
GW just announced
Haha
What the fuck?????
Is this...
What???
This is a thing?
I kinda love it
Holy shit I'm putting that thing on the Magister's disc and running it as a tzaangor shaman thats sick
is it a solo character?
No it's from this new Darkoath squad for AoS
okay that bow is definitely not made for horse archery...
So much better than the custodian model lol
The Custodes model is alright and it's nice that the Shield Captain is now his own model instead of being an optional assembly from the Custodian box
Holy crap, is the whole thing powered by his heart or something?
think of it like a brokhyr thunderkyn but suped up
there's a battery on his back
True
also a basttery in his left hand lmao that is definitely gonna be safe Mr. Ork
3.5 hours of painting the head so far
I’d love to see SoD to have a full darkoath prong
A very respectable attention to detail, amazing work
Current progress on second bladeguard
Have you ever painted a space marine face? If so how different is a human face to paint?
Can I fit 5 meganobz and a warboss in mega armor in a trukk?
I think so?
Ok I know meganobs take up 2 spaces. I was iffy about the warboss
Yeah he’d also take up 2 spaces
It's funny, I made these as trukk proxies but just used them as buggies instead because I thought "there's no way 12 boys can fit on this"
Until I saw this picture this morning
The exact base car for the kit, holding 12 boyz
Could you rate this guys?
That looks pretty good 👍
no its my first face actually. But i reckon space marine face is no different. The eye is the hardest part (obv).
its weird because the left eye doesn't have a socket so i have to manually paint the eye and the pupil.
What type of solution do I use for stripping minatures?
500 list for a new league. I got ran tf over by guard lol

Gorkanaut
8x grot tanks
6x killa kans
1x Mek gun
All for $225
My waagh is now full
That’s a whole fuckin army damn nice
It didnt have a socket? Thats strange.
It may not be the case, but maybe you covered up the details with the base coat? I know i sometimes struggle to do eyes on space marine heads because i covered up the eyes a bit more than i should have by accident. Whenever i do heads now, when basecoating, i go out of my way to try and avoid the eyes.
also I'm a big using shades on faces hater now. Im very messy when painting and a shade makes it nearly impossible to correct mistakes. It also covers up details very fast.
Honestly. Avoid painting eyes. It might just save you time and patience. I do it because im curious.
The citadel shades are so glossy its almost a pain in the ass to fix. You have to apply a matte medium over it to bring it back to the initial stage.
yeah, no socket. Just a single line lol.
maybe hes closing his eyes but it doesnt look right either
You can unironically get away with outright not bothering to paint faces most of the time too
Just base and shade and most people won't actually realise the face isn't painted unless you specifically mention it
Anyone got tips for getting the tiny decals on the chaos transfer sheet to behave? Struggling to seperate them from the paper they're on and they seem to dissolve in water or decal softener before they pry away from the paper
Idk if this helps but this is the main tutorial i use for transfers and all of mine have so far come out perfect.
Granted all the ones i did though, have been bigger ones.
Wait maybe i misunderstood but are you placing them in softener to pry them off the paper?
oh and i never posted the tutorial lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSJ1sCEkY_I
How To Apply Transfers for Space Marines and other Warhammer miniatures
In this tutorial I show you how to Apply Transfers so you can get them ready to play Warhammer 40,000
This is an easy to follow guide that uses Citadel products to achieve fantastic looking miniatures, even if you’re new to the hobby.
Here on TableTopReady, it is my goal...
i never heard of this. Please dont tell me you dip them in the softener liquid.
usually its very straight forward. Water on transfer. Remove then add on the model. apply softener
or something else is wrong because i still cant visualize how you managed to dissolved them while still on paper
Painting them is about the same. Both are very easy.
I find eyes a bit hard to paint. I thought it would be harder on a human considering thier heads are probably half the size of a marines.
I dont paint eyes, I draw them on with a pen
I don’t paint eyes, I’m too scared to try
Finally finished my kustom Kill Rig. This has definitely been the biggest kitbashing project I've ever done. The main piggle itself is from the Age of Sigmar Tusk Boss on Maw Grunta. The rest is a hodgepodge of other kits, gubbins and boyz I had muckin' about.
Do it
I'll give you a worse fear if you dont
I've traumatized a lot of children in my life
and those children will never not fear bread
or pineapples
or fish
or milk
whenever a barista serves me the wrong coffee i usually traumatize them with:
a gun
incoherent shouts
and many threats
Working on some Imperial Fists
Lotta spikes on those Fists
I was gonna say, dont look very loyal those guys lol. But damn i really like some of the ones in the second pic. Unpainted they look like some sort of chaos raptors. Very cool
Share when finished, I play Imperial Fists
Started painting exactly a year ago today, my first and then most recent!
Can confirm what corpse said, I hated painting eyes so I just never did it, so my minis always looked like they were missing something
So after like 20-30 subpar looking attempts I'm now able to paint pretty good looking eyes
The key with mini painting is to do the hard stuff because you're not gonna improve otherwise
human eye sockets are slightly smaller than space marines but not that significant
hell someone faces on my sprue dknt have a clear socket at all
All of this combined is an appropriate response.
My Mk6 Iron Warriors
hell yeah
@sterile grail Did u get the cadian upgrade kit?
question! i had recently had to move after just having gotten into the hobby and the place i moved to does not have any game shops / hobby stores for me to realistically just go and pick up a single pot of one paint or another when i need it. i know vallejo , citadel. army painter etc have big kits and bundles of paints you can get , does anyone here have specific recommendations or advice?
This advice would depend largely on your country of residence
lets just say gimme whatever advice you can and ill try to make it work if i can, but if possible. anything that i can do online is preferable
In that case I'd say hobby paint isn't your only option, some brands of student quality acrylic paint can also work. Which brands are better/cheaper/available depends on location. For example, golden is cheaper than citadel in the US, but more expensive in NL (for some colours).
im mostly trying to get a good cover of all the colors and shades i might need atleast at base , and then once i have that i can supplement anything i discover i need that isnt already in that
honestly losing my proximity to such an incredible game store as the one i was near before moving was probably my biggest heartbreak about having to move outside of being away from my friends lol
that stuff looks dope i dont blame you maggie
tbh all my favorite factions in aos are the human factions for each alliance nwo including darkoath
cities
flesh eaters
and nwo std
i knwo most of chaos is human but sshhh
i dont know a lot about AOS but seeing how excited you are about it definetly makes me want to learn more about it lol
that trailer in the page someonee linked was awesome af too
i know this is a 40k chat but its one of teh best settings tbh
AoS had a rough start, but honestly now it's doing great
Every new release is just amazing
lroe wise its bascially the apocalypses, only 10% of humans arent apart of chaos
the god of death is throwing bascially daily hissy fits
if you need recommendations for books or simple sum up of factions im here to talk about it
sweet! i appriciate it
i always learn better when i have an actual person to geek out with
like. i know i can get everything i need from google but making a connection like that makes it better imo
i am a negash simp but luckily even nagash most loyal followers hate negash
aos is also great in the facti fyou dont like a faction, you can just ignore
evey faction is treated equally
becaus ehtey are all equally important
whast your favorite fantasy troupe?
oh man thats a big question lol
or faction
also dont let people gas light you tino thinking fantasy is just aos, they are both very very different
or just race
the only imporatnt factions taht are MIA are halflings and chaos dwarves to my knowledge
but we are getting chaos dwarves soon
i imagine they will either be a 4th editiona rmy or come at the end of dawnbringers
we have normal dwarves
they arein cities
then we have TECHNO CAPTIALIST SPACE DWARVES
lmao thats awesome
or feral dwarves that snort psrts of their gods
i find myself liking dwarfs across many different settings
they are loyal only to the contract
they have a big book of law that they follow to the letter, but will exploit every flaw
a good kharadron will read any contract at least 100 times
holy shit i love him
viklings
imma call them that forever
honestly tho those darkoath humans look incredible
the demon minis look so fun to paint
they are apaprt of slaves to darkenss
who are likfull full on vikings
oh damn they look cool af
i might start picking up AOS models to use for my dnd games
also in aos not all factions are comletely evil
fair and valid
fantasy models were at first dnd models
i sent you a friend request so that we can stop crowding the 40k minis chat with aos stuff lol
Finally managed to get the man himself. Pedro Kantor for my CF army
Smol man
Smol = harder to hit
Shame it s forgeworld resin and not metal but it was a good sculpt so lucky there
That’s very lucky good for ya man
Thanks it only cost me more than I wanted lol
anyone know what I could proxy this as in 40K?
Im gonna start collecting solar auxilia but plan on using them as 40K guard and I wanted to know if their is anything that I could proxy this as cause it seems too big to be a chimera proxy
Fellow guard player, dunno the dementions on it but it might be right size for a Dorn, or just another Malcador if all else fails. They are pretty forgiving with land raider types despite size differences after all.
so I found a picture of it and DAMN IS IT BIG
auspex tactics suggested a malcador defender and someone else said a gorgon would be a good proxy as well
Either one sounds pretty bitching. Really I'm just hoping we get rules for it in our codex. The codex we will get 3 months before 11th like last time probably...
lol yeah I remember that felt bad for ya guard players
Ya know of all the HH things I wish had 40K sheets the fucken storm hammer would be really awesome to have
cause damn this thing looks cool
Hope they make some HH baneblades or something but I won't be surprised if they don't
The man himself
He seems to have a rather large fist.
Its his power fist
Been wanting him for ages
Still a great model tho
I did debate doing the same but i have a nsaty obession with wanting mostly older stuff for the things i want if i can reasonably find them
Just teasing 😉

thankya, the blade guard vets are a fuckin fantastic model to kitbash off of
another great one to make pedro with is tor garadon
Yup, but i felt like i wanted one in tacticus armor considering pedro wasnt known for wearing the more heavy armor

my bad my brain forgot the big chungus tank was a kitbash
Preview works for me. Though I'm more admiring the skull on the knee than the red 😛
Can see some of the filaments from the printing at this resolution, though.
Yeah, it was unfortunate it was printed only on a 8K printer
Actually might've been 4K
i had just bought the beast snagga stampede box !
WAAAGH
well. it was basically bought for me and ill be paying them back, if im being honest. but i had to snag one of the last 2 left in stock haha
Buddy bought me farsight as a gift. Should I prime in black or red?
@white tangle I don’t know what would give you guys the impression they’re not loyal imperial fists, everyone’s so paranoid! 🤷♂️
Reddd
Some of my most recent red Corsairs. I don’t know how chaos space marine players can stand all this trim
I recently did Kharn for funsies, holy shit the trim
Also you did great work
Thanks
My mother ordered me Angron, kinda scared to know how much trim a chaos primarch might have
Oh god, best of luck to you with that trim then
I found the trick is to not paint the trim
now hear me out:
you base the whole model in the trim colour, then paint in the plates
As a ksons player: we can't
Only like 30% of my army is actually painted
yes I do haha, just got two. It was a pain because the customs in my country is very restrictive.
Well, I can't see it in the left picture. It's your fault for taking such a close up on the right 😉
true enough
The thing is. At some point you just prime your minis in the trim colour. I play Word Bearers and after 60 marines i decided to pick up a silver primer
Gitz all done!
What are you guys equipping your scout squads with?
he's almost done.
It begins...
Your guy looks a little pale, otherwise great model! 🙂
thanks, camera auto color correction, i real life he looks fine. I use rakarth and ushabti bone to highlight the skin
You've improved a ton since you first came here
you're lines are also straighter since the last time I saw your stuff
thanks corpse, i appreciate it
Grey and black primer really do make a difference
The reds pop more and are brighter on greys. I shoukd use grey priner more
nice, i was just wondering if its worth it to get the upgrade for when i get my guard.
Yes, the undertone matters a lot with reds. Most the reds you guys use are transparent with an opacifier added to it, so changing out to a grey will do a ton. Try experimenting with other colors too, because you can get some really neat effects
Ye figured that out the hard way
what are those riflemen minis? They look sick
Onepagerules 3d printed empire hangunners. Swapped out the heads for their beastmen hyena heads in blender
Btw what do ya think of these anti cav atakes i added to the base?
I love them! What do you plan to run them as?
AOS fusiliers. But in a pinch if i need an extra guard squad ill say their abhuman guardsmen
Also made these

non-GW treekin for TOW
so im painting and i get some hand oils on my mini making the paint act strange. How would i wash the mini? Just water or soapy water?
Oil needs at least soap. Maybe more if it's already dry by now.
the hand oil doesnt do that much, its the grime that will cause more issues
Yeah im not sure what it is i just know it makes the surface hydrophobic and impossible to paint on. I just dipped the parts in some warm soapy water, rinsed and the paint works fine.
im just going to hope that there isnt some terrible unforeseen reaction that comes form acrylic paint and soap. If there is dont tell me lol
You want cold soapy water for acrylics, The heat will actually damage them
Depends on the type of soap
Just used normal bathroom gel handsoap. Not dishwashing soap if thats what youre implying. Wouldn't be surprised if that would do some bad.
