No plastic chains but you can get very fine brass chains quite cheap afaik

Just make sure to give them a small smattering of glue along their length so they stay firm

Look for a real metal chain with 1-2mm chain length. Everything above will look a tad too chonky. You probably won't have much luck in hardware stores. Try to look for imitation jewelers supplies instead. Got like a meter of stainless steel chain for about a 10€.

If you have just 5 paints right now, it is a prime time to experiment. Just put a little dollop of each on a wet pallete and try screwing around with it. Wastes almost nothing and it's easy way to learn what you can do.

it's pretty close and you could mix some yellow contrast with it to have make it closer

I'll have to put them back in the color mixer I have, aggaros dunes was about 40% off and mixing in those yellows would be a buit tricky since those are all mono azos, so when you mix them into anything in that low pigmentation about, you'd get maybe 8 months before serious fading sets in

one problem I have with citadel paints is they use cheaper more fugitive pigments and a lot of dyes

a lot of the yellows GW uses are dyes, which means fugitive

cheaper and makes things look more vibrant at the start

My old Death Guard were fairly basic, I went for a grey/gunmetal scheme and copper/green highlights. With the basilisks being more metallic with some green stripes on the side.

What attracted me to the Moebian's was Dan Abnett's writeup that made them seem more like Blood Pact than just cultists, in that they're still a veteran fighting force, highly skilled and disciplined.
