I can give you some links from a paint lab about acrylic adhesion on plastics if you want

Actual primers have a high level of solvents in them so they melt the top layer of the plastic to bond with it, what people call primers arent true primes and are just an opaque coat for a unified color

they are still thermoplastics so the heat from your hands will cause them to debond from the surface

but yeah heres part of the testing for it

it honestly dont really affect a lot of the paints you guys use as higher opacity paints will look more often than not the same even if its over black or white. It does with some like yellows and blues

I still prime as it helps me find problem areas for sanding easier

but you dont NEED to prime and it doesnt help with adhesion

Konig is actually an old forge world regiment, 322nd is just one of the units I served under, so I stole the number haha

I just like the Konig color scheme and lore

They had a commander who also had his own specially made FW baneblade too haha

The new cadians look pretty close to these guys so I figured it was a good time to make a force of them

I don't think TG would be too similar though, its the same as SM and CSM, they are two sides of the same coin but have different flavouring and functionality

TG would be a lot more melee focused for one thing, and it would bring a lot of good artillery and vehicle options to Chaos

Plus you'd be able to field lore accurate armies finally

I cant be the only one who is kinda revolted at the fact that your average Chaos army is 50 space marine models backed by like 20 cultists

That depends on the Legion, and no, because most legions dont run with traitor guard

Or they are just cheap chaff to them

Its also because cultists are literally just chaff to CSM. They arent the 'fun' part of the army. You can however run alot of cultists and theyre good for that role

I would kitbash the new tanks for IG which I refuse to say the name of with TG and use them as proxies but like afaik Predators are like half the size and apparently are very lack luster this addition, and Land Raiders, idk I feel like I could but it doesnt really work
