My friend's game uses almost all of his CPU at both absolute minimum and maximum graphical settings, and in both instances his game runs at 20-30fps with a lot of stuttering.
GPU and CPU resources (according to Afterburner) are in both instances roughly 30% GPU and 70-90% CPU.
Drivers are current, files validated, anyone have any ideas? Cause it's kinda unplayable as is.

you will need to have SOME knowledge about the full match/team totals to know how you did
