@indigo mason Basically Space Marines are rare and far between, a regular human will never see them in all their life time and even guardsman barely survive long enough to meet an Astartes
They act more independent outside of all Imperium factions. They can still be called upon but often they are under no one in command and will engage in their own shenanigans and strategies
Marines only show up if they deem it necessary of their aid or if it matches their interest

Atoma Prime/Tertium has literally no reason of Astartes showing up (up until now at least) so I doubt they would ever set foot here lmfao
