Really just depends on your playstile. If you want class cannon then psyker is good for that. Veteran is a good all rounder. Zealot and Ogyrn are good melee types.

The one bad experience I have seen was a tank apparently not knowing how to use mitigations or his invuln so he blamed him dying on everyone else and started slow-walking through the entire dungeon.

It was a post-ARR dungeon so he had access to all of his main survivability tools. No excuses
