power falchion is faster, has better dodges, has more activated uptime as it's heat-based, its moveset is less costly for stamina, but doesn't do that kinda level of damage that power sword is known for

I'm going to get roasted for this but I genuinely enjoyed the Railroad the most of Fallout 4's main factions and the ethical dilemma of "ARE synths just robots? or have they become so advanced they're actually sentient?" and how much that line is blurred hardcore because there are Institute terminal entries talking about how the synths are DREAMING and they never programmed that, or how synths despite repeated mind wipes are still developing levels of thought leading them to rebellion to a degree they have never experienced in previous models, and that they've created something that's more than robot but not quite human, and what that actually means

Deacon brings this up and it's a point of contention with the Railroad too. It's poor leadership which I think makes them very human. They have dwindling resources especially after a lot of safehouses were hit by the Institute and the Switchboard was massacred. They're on their last legs when you run into them. They don't have the hands to help people like the Minutemen do if you rebuild the Minutemen. They don't have the luxury of recruiting like the Minutemen either. They have to be careful because any face could be an Institute agent. Minutemen don't care because they're just a bunch of locals with muskets promising to show up if a bunch of rabid dogs or raiders threaten the nearby farmstead
