I don't think ocean bug meat like Lobster & Crab is necessarily bad protein; especially since it is for the most part boiled and only lightly seasoned if it's removed from the carapace. Your main thing here is the saturated fats in butter, but it's not like you're putting half a bar on it, it's melted and you're using it as a light dipping agent.
