Ok no joke a long time ago you used to be able to hit a very funny stagger breakpoint on Vet using a goofy set up but if you had max stacks of pinning fire, exe stance and a bunch of other buffs active at once that I forgot (probably Marksman too) you could just BARELY get a 1 shot shield break stagger on an Ogryn using the Boltgun

which was functionally useless

because Boltgun could stagger ogryn shields in 2 shots with far less set up

and you had to fire 1 shot anyway to get max stacks pinning fire rolling

this is no longer possible

but it was very funny
