Yes. It is the only ranged weapon worth shooting at Crushers on higher difficulties. It has infinite ammo between Surgical and Shock Trooper. The Exe Stance and Marksman's Focus buffs have made uptime for the ability and keystone easy to maintain. The damage is very, very strong. One Motion alleviates your slow swap speed woes. Also I run it with Tac Axe commonly because it's a very good melee sidearm considering how many talent points you need to invest into the bottom left of Vet tree to see the Helbore shine to the full potential
