Well, that depends entirely on intent.

If someone uses it because they have some health condition that makes it harder for them to do it, it allows that person to enjoy the game.

If someone uses it to squeeze out as much advantages as they possibly can, it's mostly a cop out.

It's like the difference between someone who needs medication for health reasons, and someone who uses that same medicine as doping in sports
