The content everyone was looking forward to was a new class, new customization for said new class, and new voice lines all around. They dropped the ball a little on that, feeling like its not all there

The new voice pack is essentially just what youd get if you swapped language settings. Like putting hd2 on german bc the lines are practically tuned out at this point
The techy has the same issue, but its also possible that the reason the lines arenā€™t triggered is due to a bug.
Also techy stuffs are mixed on effectiveness. Im pretty sure if the ability was weaker at launch people would be crying more about the omniaxe than the lukewarm ā€œits aightā€ it has now
