I tagged a demonhost, psyker threw magic missiles and it pissed the demonhost off. I warned the psyker: "Keep throwing those magic missiles and when the demonhost kills you I'll sit back and laugh." Psyker kept throwing magic missiles, demonhost ripped them to pieces and sent them to the warp. The other two players died to a single beast of nurgle. I solo downed the beast, two hordes, and a lot of trappers, mutants, and dogs, and got everyone back up. The they all died within 3 minutes. I made it to the next rescue spawn, solo'ing chaos spawn, and it was a fukken bulwark patrol at their next location that got me down.

Attempt #2: Damnation. Normal. no modifier. players were level 26, 28, 29; one had an auric medal, the other had a maelstrom medal. Okay, let's try. They all die within minutes.
Fuck.

However, all but the former won't regenerate corruption from missing a wound from being downed, healthstims and medicae will; others just will go up to that wound damage but not further
