best way is to use them and level up; however, you can sacrifice weapons that have at least one blessing/perk to hadron to get bonus XP for them.

Well if you’re rich enough in game you can just simply make a bunch of legendary weapons and feed them into the mystery system. If not your just gonna have to play the game

You buy a big quantity of the weapon you want, level it to green and then sacrifice it to the weapon mastery

Was trained as a firefighter in Navy boot camp, got additional training every 6 months for the special-purposes of Carrier Flight Deck firefighting for if/when a jet engine catches fire. Really solid training, especially on the physics concerning the tetrahedron and classifications of fires that I use to this day; that type of knowledge is very pivotal; because when people don't have it they make things much worse, like using water to take out an oil fire and they end up burning their house down.
