I was playing Darktide back when it came out on Xbox Series X, I played it extensively, I create one of each class, I played and completed all the campaign's for each, I have had so much bad things happen to me in this game, it would kill some people, because in the end, whether you get pox hounded, as a new psyker, and the rest of your team mates abandon you, and you slowly die, I have been gaslighted as an Arbitrator, I have been treated like shit, in every single of the missions, from hundreds of players, and even with that, I still chose to be kind and compassionate, because I know this is "just a game", and what I have experienced in real life and real death in my life of 59yrs, in games like Darktide, they can't do anything to me, because i won't let it, that life hasn't already done, and still with that, I choose Kindness, I choose compassion. After I left Darktide for over a year, uninstalled it, played other games, I came back for the new Classes, of Arbitrator, and Hive Class, and I have completed their campaigns, all my characters are level 30, (I have 1 Veteran, 2 Psykers, 2 Zealots, 2 Ogryns, 1 Arbitrator, and 1 Hive Scum). I have seen the "selfish" players more in these new classes, than any of the others; the lone wolf, the speedrunners, being treated badly when I chose to be an Arbitrator or a Hive Scum, because when I play, I play with kindness, I play with compassion, I keep looking back, pairing off with stragglers so that cohesion between two, is better with no cohesion at all. I "wait" for others, and no one waits for me, and even those in missions, that i wait for, they leave me in the dust, and even with that, I still choose to be kind to everyone.
