I'm generally playing at the highest difficulty I can handle, like most people. if someone lowers the entire team's health selfishly then they are going to throw that fine balance out the window. if you want to do that, check the rest of the team is ok with it first. then you are less likely to get blocked

I think it's mostly the same, there are some meta Arbites builds for surviving Havoc

but Hive Scum doesn't seem to get much Havoc play as yet from what I've seen
